They do awesome work and make your experience light and fun. They know our family members by name. Our 2 and 4 year old love going the dentist and they get the royal treatment every time. This whole dental practice is amazing! Even with all the Covid restrictions and all precautions in place it remains a smooth, professional and relaxed experience. The staff are absolutely amazing and are always able to quickly answer any concerns or questions. I took my 2 boys aged 5 and 7 in for check up and Fillings. The dental assistant was so friendly with the boys and answered their questions with patience and explained everything to them in a way they could understand. Dr Trent Bevans is an absolutely amazing dentist! As I watched him work on the boys teeth he managed to keep the atmosphere relaxed and somehow managed to keep it a fun experience for them while getting their fillings done! Last but not least Dr Bevans is an amazing family oriented guy and just an all round decent person. I cannot recommend this practice enough from my personal experience and he will remain my dentist for many years to come! From the front desk to the action station behind with the Dr and all the staff it is an absolutely 10/10 experience!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Bevans and his team at Abby Dental. A very warm and friendly environment, these people make your visit comfortable. They are super accommodating too! Dr. Bevans was able to save a tooth that otherwise may have had to be pulled. During my visits, Jen and Dr. Bevans are always making jokes and we are always laughing (as hard as that might be with a rubber damn in your mouth, LOL). Excellent dental care all around, and our kids say the same. The Dr's and hygienists only recommend things we need, so we have high trust that our best interest is in mind when things come up. Appointment scheduling has flexibility around school and work. Optional appointment reminders a few days in advance via text or email are helpful, and the friendly admin staff work well with insurance parameters to maximize care and minimize cost. I highly recommend Abby Dental.

Doctor and hygienist are good, but admin stuff is not good at all. I was overbooked with the cleaning appointment which put me over my covered annual amount, I was not notified that I would be going over, and the stuff didn'twant to admit that they have failed to do so. I was told that it is on me to know when I go over. Was hoping this would be the place that would go above and beyond for their costumer, but they failed to even do their standard procedure. As well as not being able to admit the mistake or luck of their effort, which is very unprofessional and shows that they just don't care about you.

Our son had to get a filling and he went in with anxiety and was crying a bit and staff quickly placed him in a chair to relax and comfort him. The dentist, Dr. Trent Bevans, came and explained the procedure. By the time our son came out, he turned to us and said, you know when you are scared and have so much anxiety, and everything turns out okay. I am so happy right now, and love my doctor and could give him a big hug. Now as long as our son knows he is having Dr. Bevans he is happy. We love Abby Dental for their family like atmosphere.

My Dentist is in the process of a move. I required some needed cleaning, check up and now fillings. I called Monday asking if they are taking new patients, was told yes. Got an appointment that Tuesday which is not heard of. Now its Wednesday and I will be getting my fillings taken care of. Extremely impressed , and will continue to go there for all my dental needs. The front end staff are very pleasant and welcoming when you come in, which is a great first impression for a dentists office! I took my little 1 year old in for a checkup, just to get her comfortable with the atmosphere. The hygienist was so great, she showed my daughter all the little dental tools and made sure she felt comfortable. Dr. Bevans was great too! He answered questions i didn't even know I had, and helped my little girl enjoy her introduction to the dental world! I have also visited Abby dental and Dr. Bevans for my own check up and cleaning! An old filling from a different dentist broke. It felt like it took some of the tooth with it. Abby Dental fixed it. It was not as horrible experience and I guess that's all you can really hope for with a dentist. They addressed two teeth, top and bottom of mouth, in the same visit. Didn't feel a thing. Plus the staff treats you well and makes you feel comfortable.

(as much as you can love a trip to the dentist) Very happy with all the cleaning work I have done here every 6 months; and any fillings/crowns etc. - friendly staff very concerned with your well being. What is nice is that I have always been ushered into the chair on schedule, and time estimates are accurate. This group works well with my insurer and I have not had issues there. I recently had a temporary crown come unglued and it was quickly replaced after I just dropped into the office to get it fixed. Location is good too - and I never have an issue with parking.

This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. The front area is in great shape and is always very clean. I had 4 fillings done in a little over an hour. They were very thorough to make sure that the cavity was well placed to avoid future errors. You can tell they are very much seeking to improve your health rather than simply make money off of you. They made sure that I was not in pain the entire time. The staff was great with my 2 year old son. They were very gentle and patient. He was very tired because he had missed his nap, but they worked great with him.

I have had this experience, unexpectedly, back-to-back at the beginning of December 2013 shortly before going on vacation abroad. I had one tooth giving me pain and, a few days after solving the problem, a second one started! I love going to Abby Dental! The staff there is awesome. Once when I was nearly late because of a stressful event on the commute to my appointment and when I told them what happened they offered me a back massager to put in my chair during the appointment. I've never seen them behind schedule despite the fact that my appointments are usually towards the end of the day. I just had two crowns put in and they did a beautiful (and painless) job. Overall though my favourite thing is how the staff are so clear with what the procedures are throughout your appointment. I'm always at ease because I'm never questioning what's going on. 5/5 stars!

Excellent dentist Dr.Bryan, I got the run around in Kelowna with 3 different dentist and was going to be sent to a forth specialist to get 1 back tooth pulled, that was going to cost a fortune out of pocket!!! A friend referred Dr.Bryan in Vernon and within 1 hr in and out of office, job done, no pain, tooth pulled yayyyyy they billed bluecross yayyy all staff was friendly, professional and I highly recommend Abby Dental Care! Abby Dental saved my day! I was in need of an emergency wisdom tooth removal and I had phoned everyone and been told that I was pretty much s.o.l. Until I got in touch with the emergency teams and abby dental. Made it in on a Friday evening by the skin of my teeth (lol) They took my info, one quick scan later and I was in the chair getting my tooth taken out! I could not believe how quick and polite the service was, even being an emergency situation. I would never reccomend these people. They really know how to wreck someone's mouth! What they did to my wife was absolutely horrible. They had hed come back after some extractions, never looked in her mouth, told her some stuff, sent her home. That was another charge for no service. Four days later, she was in such excruciating pain had to make an emergency visit. If they were so dam good , they would have taken a look when she was there.

Each time I was out in less than half an hour, smiling and in less pain than when I went in. Would recommend for anyone on a budget, or anyone that dreads the dentist. I do get nervous going to the dentist but they put me at ease right away. I hadn’t had a cleaning in over a year and I was a little bit worried but that worry was for nothing. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My hygienist was unbelievably gentle yet, very thorough and she educated me on so many things I didn’t know. Dr. Bevans was also very gentle and informative. He was direct and helpful on what needed to be done to keep my teeth healthy.

Seriously, AMAZING! A filling of mine fell out and it was partially under the gum line and intensely sensitive. My regular dentist couldn't get me in for a week and I couldn't even chew. Abby Dental got me in the same afternoon the filling fell out and fixed it on the spot because, and I quote, "We don't like people leaving here in pain." They are AMAZING. They fit me in, they were so kind and nice and SUPER gentle and willing to help simply because I was in pain. Very kind dentist office - I HIGHLY recommend. They are officially my new dentist because I know they'll treat me like a person, listen when I say it's sensitive (so please don't poke around!) and they are all SO NICE from the receptionists, to the assistants to the dentists. I have been a Patient of Dr. Broaderip for many many years ...i first met him when he was new to the okanagan and practicing in Penticton B.C. ..I followed him from Penticton Kelowna to Vernon , back to Kelowna and back again to Vernon with a stint in Westbank too .I have referred many people to him and his practice with no one having any thing negative to say. Those in the office here in Vernon are always smiling , friendly and there to help out as best they can .They have always been very accomodating and when i have called with emergency needs of my family or clients they have been able to get us in quite quickly...i would reccomnend ABBY DENTAL to anyone and will continue to do so...keep up the good work !!!

They direct billed my benefits, they had my X-rays transferred over from my previous dentist within minutes, the office was immaculate, and the cherry on top was the dentist going above and beyond to squeeze me in to get my filling done right after my cleaning. Very displeased with this clinic. My husband had his 4 wisdom teeth removed today and the pills they prescribed to take before the procedure did nothing. They then had to overdose him with numbing agent. The doctor proceeded to say “you can thank me for this, you’ll be numb for at least 12 hours.” Unfortunately, this delayed him to be able to take his anti inflammatory and pain meds due to the fact that he could not feel anything, swallow or move his tongue. It has been 5 hours and he is not fully numb but still not able to drink/eat or take meds, he is in a lot pain due to the delay in taking his meds. Will not be returning.

I woke up in a ton of pain in my one tooth. I went to one dentist in town and he said wait a couple weeks.. Abby's was completely booked and it was Friday but they fit me in. In the past year both myself and my husband required emergency dental services. The team at Abby dental was accommodating and dealt with us both promptly in spite of us being new clients. The dental staff was enthusiastic and fun, and the cost was under quote with each visit (seriously, that has never happened to me at a dental office!!) No reason to go anywhere else. The staff are a real team front to back and top down. Up to date dentistry where everything is explained and people are made to feel comfortable (as much as you can at the dentist). It started with an emergency visit a few months back and since then they've very quickly looked after a dental implant issue that had been lingering elsewhere that I am grateful for.

Abby dental has been so great! I always feel they have my best interest at heart! I have been coming here for 3 years and always recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. Quick story from my last visit. As I was in the waiting room waiting to be picked up by my wife after my appointment I saw an elderly man, obviously a little down on his luck, struggle painfully to walk to the front desk to pay the bill. There the front desk told him the dentist took care of his bill today and to have a great day. I could see the tears in his eyes as he thanked them profusely and left the office.
