They wouldn't do anything for my dental anxiety other than refer me to another dentist out of town that I couldn't afford. Several fillings my family had done either broke or fell out completely. Our new dentist has had to completely redo them as they weren't deep enough and/or weren't bonded properly. We left this office when they stopped direct billing but we're still dealing with their shoddy work.

Not a bad dental office, it is clean and looks upscale with friendly staff. The hygienist and doctors were a pleasure but unfortunately they do not offer direct billing to your insurance provider anymore, which may be of an inconvenience to some.

I've been a client at Parkway since they opened, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with a smile and a warm, welcoming waiting room. Friendly staff explain everything to you and make you feel comfortable. You can even watch TV while they work on your teeth. Dr. Pio Modi and his staff are great. I recommend them to all my friends and family, and everyone has been happy with the care they've been provided. On top of all that, the cosmetic dentistry they do there is amazing. I've seen before and afters and it's jaw dropping. If you're looking for a dentist office who cares, you won't be disappointed with Parkway Dentistry.

I have had anxiety over going to the dentist after a bad experience, but when I made the appointment with Parkway and met Dr. Malik and the girls there I was put at ease. They explained everything they were going to do before doing it so nothing caught me by surprise. If you have anxiety over visiting the dentist I highly recommend biting the bullet and giving Parkway a call!! Update: Finding out what was causing my pain I was given an option of having the tooth pulled or a root canal. I opted for the extraction. This meant meeting another dentist that I had never met. I will not lie anxiety was through the roof but then i was introduced to Dr. Modi. I explained my fear and he was wonderful. So I sit here the next day with minor discomfort. Best decision EVER! to listen to my coworker who said they are great!

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with the staff from this office. I was told by one of the Dental hygienists, that was doing a cleaning on my mouth, That my insurance allowed for another cleaning appointment throughout the year. I decided I might as well take advantage of it and booked another cleaning appointment. When they tried to charge the insurance company after I received my extra cleaning there was a delay(as usual) and I sat there waiting for about 15 minutes until the payment went through. They then sent me home because it was taking to long. Months later I received a letter in the mail stating the insurance would not cover the cleaning and I had an outstanding balance owing for the cleaning and not only that but it was 30 days behind at this point! They were actually trying to charge me a penalty on top of the original fee. This was very surprising to me since it was the first I had heard of it since being at the office. When I contacted them they told me I needed to contact the insurance company and find out why they weren't covering it (which they should have done from the first place) at this point I was no longer with that insurance company and could not call to inquire. Parkway proceeded to send me numerous letters threatening collections! I have told stories of this situation to other people who have had similar instances and told me the dentist would simply throw the bill out because it was clearly their fault. Don't use this dentist! Not only are they slow when it comes to charging the insurance, the staff clearly don't know what they are doing. They are not willing to waive minor charges when it comes to their own mistakes and will take you to collections for a small bill. I'll never go back and be reporting this to the BBB and anyone else I see fit. What a horrible experience!

Amazing experience, amazing staff and amazing dentist ???? Would - and HAVE - recommended Dr. MODI at PARKWAY Dentistry to many - all with great results. I was introduced to Dr Modi years ago, when I was at Dr. Lague (? correct spelling) and have been with him ever since. He has restored my smile back to where it was when I was pictured, in the Expositor, with a couple other girls, noted for the best smile at Victoria School ????. And to top it off, when the dental work was completed, they presented me with a gorgeous bouquet (which I bragged about to anyone who would listen, lol).

Dr Modi is one of the most thorough and caring dentists I have had the pleasure of working with. He explores al the options and gives you the facts to make a decision. I had extensive reconstructive work done and he took great care in making me feel comfortable along with his amazing assistants. Lexie is my hygienist and I have never had anyone take such great care in cleaning with no pain. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Parkway for all your dental needs. In 2015 my wife had a bridge replaced by Parkway Dentistry at an out-of-pocket of about $5000 after insurance. Less than 5 years later, a significant portion of that new bridge fell out while eating a piece a toast. Having since moved from Brantford it is impractical to return to Parkway to have it repaired. I am still waiting to hear from Parkway Dentistry if they stand behind their work. I would expect a bridge to last more than 5 years...particularly when the original bridge had lasted more than 20 yrs. Be careful with Parkway when it comes to major work...or get some sort of guarantee.

Dr Mody’s assistant is amazing. She is personable, professional and empathetic as you progress through your treatment. I love Parkway Dentistry. I have been with Dr. Modi since he was on Brant Avenue. I then followed him here when he opened up his own practice. I recently have had Dr. Malick for some dental work and he is awesome as well! I brought my ASD son to him and he was amazing with him. So was the dental hygienist Alyssa. They actually got him to open his mouth and brush his teeth. So happy with them and very highly recommend.

I have never had such a poor experience as a customer as I did at Parkway Dental. I was in a lot of pain and waited 3 weeks for my appt. I was also asked to change the time to make time for an emergency appt. After waiting a bit in the waiting room, I was seen and I explained how nervous I was so I received laughing gas. I got 3 freezing needles and the freezing did not seem to be taking effect. I was told it was because I was too nervous and she could not do any work. She also mentioned she was out of time for me. She then told me I was still being charged for the laughing gas, even though I had NO work done at all. Luckily the lady at the front desk waved the fee for me. Afterwards, I wasn't sure what to do. I needed the tooth fixed and Parkway tried to refer me to a sleep dentistry (which I cannot afford), and then everytime I called to see what to do next, I did not receive a call back. I felt so unimportant and I cannot believe a dentistry was so unhelpful. Luckily I went to Cornerstone and they fixed everything for me and were so helpful and caring. I would never recommend Parkway Dentistry to anyone.
