The receptionist was the only nice person in there. Had an appointment for a consultation regarding a loose cap and a cavity, the dental assistant was very rushed, the dentist lady didn’t even look in my whole mouth and did a terrible job on my tooth. I am really wondering if they are even fully licensed. Will never ever go back again. Save yourself some time and money and find someone else.

Came to this dental office recently and they’re fantastic. Hygienist is great, doesn’t guilt me for drinking coffee, just offers practical solutions to stop the staining. Dentist is great, prices are extremely reasonable and they give time to pay, you can tell they’re not just in it for the money.

They also are very informative on the promotions and information that they have going on within their dentistry and listen to patient concerns. I reccomend highly if you want your teeth properly taken care of. Thuy is an amazing receptionis and she takes very good care of her patients.

Shady. Told me they sent my x-rays out THREE times and they didn't. So I go in and it turns out they want me to go to THEIR cbct scan place. Lied to me about my x-rays and prolonged this whole thing when I need work done. We're talking about my health here. Also tried to ping my insurance for scaling that never happened on April 28. Yeah, not returning.

Been having trouble with my teeth for years. I’ve been to a number of dentist and NONE of them were as bad as this place. The dentist and receptionist DO NOT listen. I went in for a tooth removal and I’ve made it clear that I’m not the biggest fan of needles in my mouth so I asked for IV sedation. On the phone they said it was fine but when I got there they realized they don’t do sedation there(even though the receptionist said they did). The dentist argued with me for 10 minutes and talked me into cleaning the tooth and going for a root canal. After cleaning out my tooth he said I’d be able to eat properly after 5 years. My gums were swollen and bruised for 4 days and I still can’t eat properly on the right side of my face! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I can’t ever say I’m a person who likes the dentist. I’ve never been comfortable or been able to laugh in an environment like this. A specific receptionist has made my entire experience so memorable. Her name is Thuy, always ask for her. Not only is her costumer service exceptional, but her personality lights up an entire room. I may sound like I’m exaggerating, but I can genuinely say the staff and doctors here are exquisite. I love that everyone is so lively, not only are they professional but they don’t take their job so seriously. Thuy made my while dentist visit an enjoyable experience, I recommend not only students in the area come here but anyone looking for a new dentist as well. I’ll definitely be back, it’s always such a joy seeing Thuy. I can for sure now say that my fear of going to the dentist has gone out the window.

Just a fabulous little gem of a Dentistry location just west of Cannon And Wellington Street. It is located in a strip plaza, you will also see the stand out Convince store in the same plaza. The dentists along side with there assistants are super calm and collective. And I mean this right from the reception until you get off the chair to pay, I had a thrill get some minor work there done. All Covid-19 precautions we're being used to ensure office Health and Standards precautions.

Monarch Dentistry took her with open arms and even helped her find a plan to help her pay for the work she needed to have done as we have little money and poor coverage. I am a dental assistant who worked there for only one day and I now tell everyone to never come here ever!! They are dirty and give poor dentistry. To keep your mouth healthy go elsewhere. I will never be back to work for them ever again. I feel bad for the day I already did.

I booked an emergency appointment that I didnt deel comfortable with, upon arrival I could see without entering there was 3 patients inside none wearing masks, the dentist himself was not masked and the 2receptionists had masks but wearing them below nose isnt proper. This was the day of the stay at home orders being put in place so covid precations are very strict rn. I would not recommend going here unless you are comfortable with putting yourself at risk. I still need a dentist as no where else is accepting patients rn. I never even went in for my appointment because after sitting outside for 15 minutes watching I felt extremely unsafe being in the same area as these people. If I could this would be 0 stars. Stay safe and go somewhere else.

Had recent dental work done for myself and my two children. They're friendly enough but always seemed rushed and we always had to wait a long time in reception and the chair before being attended to (which is SUPER FUN for kids!! Not.).. Anyway, used up all of my benefits for some fillings that only lasted a couple of months. Same issue with one of my children. We floss/brush regularly and avoid sticky foods. I'm confident that they don't know what they're doing. My smile has never been worse. Would not recommend.

I love this place! I had a hole in my front tooth and was overdue for a cleaning. If you're looking for quality service this is the perfect place for you. The staff are very kind and are passionate about their job. The receptionist Thuy and Carrie are always nice on the phone and in person. The dental hygienist Allison was very pleasant and did a fantastic job cleaning up my teeth. She kept talking to me while cleaning to help me relax as I was very nervous. Dr. Wissam and assistant samantha did a phenomenal job on my teeth and I feel much better no more pain ????

King George Rd near food basics office is terrible!! The office manager was very aggressive. Wanting me to come back 4 months after my check up for scaling that I didnt need. The dentist gave me a clean bill on my teeth. Not a thing wrong. The front desk told me not to worry about the insurance she would handle it. Totally scamming insurance. She called me again insisting I come in. The call ended in an argument. Also she took more than 12 months to send an estimate to insurance for my huband. 2 years later the work isnt even started. Right from the beginning there was wrong information given about my husband's work and no estimate sent. Dont waste your time.
