They deleted my very informative review! What a shame, I’ll just have to leave another one. Very rude doctors, condescending, and not understanding. Always got very uncomfortable stepping foot into this office as did my late mother and other family. They also do bad work, and give Aboriginals the cheap treatment, wonder why? Now going to a much better place and recommend others do too. Feel free to delete my review again but I’ll just keep posting it again. #badbusiness.

My in-laws have been going to Market Street Dental for over 30 years. My husband went there until he moved. 12 years later we have moved back to Brantford from BC. They welcomed us and our 3 kids as new patients. They were sooooo good with the kids. My 5 year old absolutely loves going to the dentist. I would highly recommend this dentist office for all ages. It's been great for our family.

I have been going to this dentist since my childhood and since I have gotten older, they have been very unpersonable and have offered me horrible customer service. I have never been judged by a company so bad in my life, as I needed braces but could not get them until I stopped growing, as the orthodontist recommended. I also got into a terrible car accident which resulted into me canceling my appointment and they tried to bill me $50 for cancelling. I have gotten a new dentist/orthodontist in Newmarket at Dawson Dental and they are amazing.

Dr. VanAllen fixed the pain in my mouth and gave me such beautiful front teeth by fixing a terrible bridge that was put in by another dentist terribly he found a problem under the bridge that could have lead to my death and I am forever grateful for their great work. Market Street Dental has always been very efficient, effective, and nice to my family over the years we’ve been there. Both Dr. Boyd Van Allen and Dr. Leah Van Allen-Haase are extremely knowledgeable and efficient in their work. Dr. Leah did a great job with my retainers, braces, and any dental problems that I’ve come in with. I am always quick to be seen when I go - I never wait more than 5 minutes, if that.
