just called because i have a busted tooth busted right in half. they can't get me in for about 10 days and that appointment is for exam not even the repair. they don't care about your issues they only care about squeezing as much money as possible out of you. i am paying cash and i want my tooth fixed now not 2 weeks later. pathetic. this is how they treat customers who don't visit them regularly. probably because they don't profit much off me so why care about me. awesome service thanks for nothing

Ive been recommended this dentist office a few times now so I thought I would check it out. I am happy to say that my experience has been wonderful. I sat down with the treatment coordinator Kristy and she went over all of the treatments and concerns they had about my teeth. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Staff is very friendly, would highly recommend! A phone charging station would be a nice touch????.

WARNING PLEASE READ!! This is a must read for anyone considering getting their wisdom teeth taken out here. I got mine taken out last October and it was a terrible experience. First of all the anaesthetic didn’t work on me at all and I could feel absolutely everything. They didn’t ask me if it was working and started going right away and out my mask over my face. I had tears running down my face the whole time but no one stopped. Finally after it was over I just wanted to go home. They gave me no instructions as to how to take care of the hole or anything. I ended up getting two infections and dry socket and having to come back in and pay more money for them to fix this problem. IT GETS WORSE! About 7 months later I go in for a normal tooth cleaning and the hygienist goes “your top wisdom teeth are starting to come in”. I legit just started shaking and asked what do you mean?? Apparently they somehow forgot to take out my top wisdom teeth! After that terrible experience and eating mush for multiple months they “forgot” to take them out! And yes they charged me for all 4!!! It took me an additional 6 months to get my money back after countless phone calls and messaging back and fourth with them. They did absolutely nothing to say sorry or fix their mistake, they couldn’t even get my money back to me at a reasonable time. I’ve contemplated writing this review for a full year because I just wanted to forget about the whole experience but I really want to warn others before they make the same mistake I did with trusting them with taking out my wisdom teeth.

So, I've been to a lot of dentists, and I am comfortable in this office. Dr Arwa is extremely competent and knowledgeable. All of the staff is competent. One of my favourite places, even though it's "the dentist".

This dental office is by far the best in Brantford. I’ve gone to other dentist’s before and they always had to put me under a general anesthetic to remove any molars. Dr Gangar at Cornerstone, removed one of my back molars this morning with no need for GA! He really impressed me, gentle, kind and patient! A big shout out to his assistant and the front staff! You rock girls!

After a very difficult tooth extraction, I can definitely rate this place 5 stars. They are very conscience of pain and made sure I was as comfortable as possible, and did not hesitate to use freezing. They constantly checked up during the procedure to ensure I was okay. Very happy with the service :)

My daughter had to have a front tooth pulled due to an accident. Being seven and never having a tooth pulled, she was very nervous. The dentist was very patient and got down to her level by letting her help with the procedure. My daughter was thrilled to be a big girl helper and the appointment went really smooth. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that they do direct billing. I’ve been going to cornerstone for years now and have never been let down.

Dr. So is fantastic. Had to have a couple teeth extracted and he did a terrific job. I had no pain during the procedure (with just a local), and barely any bruising or pain afterwards. I cannot express enough how much I despise the dentist. It is my least favourite place to be so I tend to avoid going as much as I can. However, I recently needed a root canal and couldn't avoid it any longer. I initally tried to get it treated at Parkway Dental but- long story short- they essentially made me feel unimportant and provided no interest in helping me. So I booked an appointment at Cornerstone. Dr.J was amazing. He was so caring and understanding of my stress and did everything he could to make a root canal bearable! I cannot believe I can say I had a pleasant experience having a root canal done. It was all thanks to Dr.J. I would highly recommend going here. Especially if the dentist stresses you out!!
