I was told that my phone would be ready Monday, August 24. I changed my plans so that I would have time to pick it up after work and before they closed. I called that day to confirm they were ready and the lady on the phone said that they were. But told me that she was “too busy” to finish the process for me. She told me I would have to wait until tomorrow. Now, that’s not a big deal, but I changed my plans and told my boss I couldn’t work overtime today. That’s 2 hours I missed out on. Now that it won’t be ready until tomorrow I can’t work overtime then either. That’s another 2 hours of overtime I missed out on. I’m very upset. If you don’t think the phone will be ready TELL ME THAT. If you thought that it would, and things CHANGED.... CALL ME!!! Don’t leave me in the dark until the last minute! Thanks a lot Telus!! I’m not impressed.

We switched our Company Cell Phone's to Telus from Bell several years ago. Telus cut our bill literally in HALF and got us way better plans that Bell was giving us. We aquired Kayla and the Communication Zone as our rep just last year and continue to be impressed by the service we receive from Telus. Kayla is prompt to reply to emails (usually within minutes) and generally just GETS THINGS DONE! Exactly what we are looking for as a business.
