I couldn't believe it when my son that my son called on a Friday morning that he had a cracked tooth and that it was painful enough that he couldn't sleep that they couldn't see him until Monday. This is considered by definition a dental emergency. Perhaps the receptionist didn't understand this but I am very disappointed since this office has provided our dental care for decades. Luckily my son found another dental office that provided emergency care.

I have been going to this dentist for a few years, never had a problem with dentists. It's the receptionist ladies. They have been rude to me over the phone on almost every occasion. when I called to book an appt for my son, they acted as though he wasn't a patient there, which he is, and spoke to me as if I didnt know what I was speaking about.... I'm not impressed and have considered looking elsewhere for a dentist because of it

As a trombone player, the loss of a front tooth is a major interruption in my ability to play. The appearance of a missing front tooth impacted my ability to feel comfortable in public. I immediately paid a visit to Dr Sam, my regular dentist. From the minute I sat in the chair all of the staff were supportive. We talked about the options and it was decided a bridge would meet my needs both timeline and budget wise. The broken tooth was extracted, and a fake tooth was added temporarily. After the healing period and preparation work, a temporary bridge was created and impressions were taken for the permanent bridge. Two weeks later, the bridge was installed. The whole process took less than two months and no one saw the empty space. A job was well done. (They do treat chickens there.) Thanks Dr Sam and your team.

I hate going to the dentist. Everyone does. However, Dr. Al-Janaby is the best one I've ever been to. He is a friendly, jovial guy who knows what he is doing. My brother got to assist him a bit when he was doing Dental School and was the one who recommended me Dr. Al-Janaby. I'm glad he did because when I go to the dentist now I don't dread it because I know Dr. Al-Janaby will take good care of me. I can't comment on the other dentists as I don't have any experience with them.

I visit this office regularly for cleanings and check ups. I look forward to being greeted at the front desk by Morgan who always has a smile on her face. Every dentist & hygienist I have seen has been informative & professional. I highly recommend this dental office as they have an amazing team that can look a variety of dental issues. I have had cleanings, fillings, crowns and denture work all looked after at this office.

I have had great experience so far. Dr. Ahmad Al-Janaby did very satisfying treatment. My tooth was in a very bad condition with pus and had to undergo root canal right away. It was a bit scary for me in the beginning but treatment was done very patiently and awesomely well. Now i especially travel from Toronto to have my teeth health checked. Keep up the good work guys!

I have been going there for many years and always had good experiences! This year I called to inquire about my families annual appointments, which I've never had to do, they always called me. One of my reasons for staying in same place. Response was too busy, ok then when can I get in. Response was busy and humming. So I sent email, no response. So now I'm looking for new dentist. Dental care isn't covered and we pay why should we get this kind of treatment. Things happen for a reason I found a great new dental office. DR KIM 625 park road north, lifetime dental center!

The WORST Dentist office! Honestly this is the worst dentist office within a 2 hr drive!!! My girlfriend had a cleaning booked today...her hygienist manipulated and tricked her into a 400 dollar bill when a cleaning is only 150. She specifically mentioned how she only wanted a cleaning. The hygienist manipulated and pushed her into getting things done she didn't want. I'm disgusted with the customer service and the dishonesty within this business!

Disappointing how staff have treated long time clients. I had simple questions and was met with sarcasm and disrespectful tone. I get that these are trying times but this behavior is unprofessional. I cancelled my appointment and have found an office that knows what it means to care for clients.

Don't go here. The dentist lied about my cavity and my x ray. Made my tooth worse. I went to a dentist a day later who confirmed this. I had to stop because of the pain thankful he couldn't do more damage. When I called to speak to one of partners as it is a chain another one in west Brant, the secretary brushed it off and I never heard back. These dentists are just out to make as much money off your insurance as they can. The office staff purposely altered a friends dental file and they pulled the wrong tooth. This place needs to be shut down.

I love the front desk staff and their dental assistance however I have been going here and had to switch dentists simply because I am on odsp and disabled and all the sudden even though we have been fine for years they told me to switch dentists bc they would no longer take my coverage. Why ? not a nice way to treat long term clients. when the new dentist arrived here he is so ignorant and FORCED me into multiple root canals my new dentist told me weren't done properly and they needed to be pulled basically just to bill my insurance for stuff that wasn't needed . The new dentist also basically was really sarcastic about my dental care aswell as I have a crowding and can not afford braces he also insisted I was lying about being in pain where my wisdom teeth were one meeting with Dr stone on park Ave and he pulled them the level of discrimination against disabled clients here is gross they will always try to fit you in for something un needed like a root canal because it's more money than just pulling it and they left me in pain . Before then deciding even though I've been coming here since I was 5 not to deal with me anymore instead of working on their customer service .

Dr fadi is always great and patient. Normally I dread going to the dentist but he's got such a calm and compassionate presence. I drive about 40 min to come to this dentist even though I have many dentists in my own city but I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. Would highly recommend Brantford mall dentist office and more precisely Dr fadi for your dental needs.

For the past 3 plus years I have been a patient of the legendary Dr. Ahmad Al-Janaby. I can say without a doubt that Dr Ahmed is one of the happiest people you will ever meet. His calming, caring and positive nature can put even the most anxious individuals at ease. Before I became a patient of the Brantford Mall Dental Office I would avoid a dental visit at all costs, now I look forward to seeing an old friend.

They told me to arrive early to fill out paperwork so I came in 10 min before my scheduled appointment time and then I still had to wait 40 minutes before I was seen! Two other patients in the waiting room said that this happens all the time at this office. The worst part was that the dental hygienist did not apologize for the wait and when I said I was frustrated about waiting for so long, her reply was "you were filling out paper work anyway" - do not trust these people with your teeth.

Switched to Brantford mall dental for a more reasonable price and have been nothing but satisfied! The dentists, and all of the staff are so kind and helpful! Would highly reccomend.

The past couple of years I have been asked if I would consider veneers and crowns especially for my top teeth. Well in May I finally decided I would go ahead with the veneers and crowns. What a difference in confidence, smile, and my whole demeanor Family and friends thought I had my teeth whitened. I can't thank Dr. Sam and Dr. Marianne enough for convincing me that this would make a huge difference.

Dr. Ramy Mondsur is terrible. He never took care of my teeth and I had lots of problems. He is rude and stands far back when he examines your teeth. Like you're dirt. Don't go there. He made me cry. I've moved on and so glad. Beware!!!!!!

Fantastic... Dr Al-Janaby is the best...especially for someone like me who is normally terrified of dentists. Prices are reasonable if not better than reasonable. They are always available for emergency appointments too (when the business is open).

The customer service is terrible. I've been three times and each time I'm given a dental hygienist who seems very unhappy to be at work. On my most recent visit, the front receptionist was rude. I do not have insurance and I require a mouth guard. I asked if my bill for today includes the guard and she replied "Oh God no!" She said you'll have to come back and get that the next visit and a cleaning. I asked how much that was going to cost and she got all frustrated and very rudely said well I don't know what you need so how would I know what it will cost. The fact that she snapped on me, for asking what I felt was a legitimate question, is unprofessional and frankly, unacceptable. The doctor was great and he's literally the only reason I will return one final time to pick up the mouth guard. I do not recommend Brantford Mall Dental.
