Amazing experience there! The office is refined, very clean, and adhere to the COVID-19 sanitary practices. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the kind receptionist and was asked to fill out a COVID-19 Assessment form. We then engaged in small talk and she made me feel really welcome. The other staff also welcomed me and I felt as if I was appreciated as a patient. I waited a few minutes then the staff asked me to rinse before my cleaning. After that I went in and it was pretty comfortable. The hygienist was gentle when cleaning my teeth; not like others who have put my gums in serious pain before. She continued to ask me if I was alright and I was relaxed while in the chair. After the cleaning, the doctor was called and checked my teeth. The doctor was also very kind and professional. The whole experience was professional and a very pleasant experience.

My most recent experience with Dr. Amir was probably the best dental experience I have had in a very long time! He made me feel so comfortable! The reception staff were also very friendly. Amazing place! You are treated like family, even if you aren’t a patient(yet ????). I had a dental emergency that no one would help me with. Family Dental got me right in and fixed the issue quickly. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a smiling, friendly face at reception. There is little to no-wait time. They do incredible work and make you feel so relaxed and at-ease. I’ve since become a patient and would definitely recommend Family Dental to everyone! ❤️

Great experience (for a dentist). Everyone was kind, and in a good mood! Covid measures were in place and everyone followed this, which is nice of course. I went for a cleaning a week ago and it went very well. Had a younger woman who was friendly, talkative and made the cleaning feel like a breeze. Reception was also as polite and friendly too! The following week I had to get some fillings and this is due to me avoiding the dentist for a few years due to fear, past bad experiences, etc. Not only were the fillings painless and quick, but we actually shared some laughs as well. Gave me some relief and I am now happy to come back, and not after 2 years like last time:) overall, everyone was extremely kind, friendly and accommodating. A visit to the dentist is a real fear for some, but even if you dread the experience, this is the place you'll want to be when it happens!

I havent been to the dentist since covid started. being immunocompromised, the dentist was a place I avoided during the pandemic but I am SO grateful I found this clinic. my hygienist Heather was super great! she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable, she explained everything she was doing and was super reassuring. the dentist, Dr tran, was awesome! very friendly and very fast! if you are a dialysis patient or know someone on dialysis, the staff in this clinic are SO knowledgeable and caring. well done brantford family dental!

Switched here after having going to another office for over 10 years. Although this place is small and not overly fancy, the staff and the service has been great since I've switched. They never try overcharging me and always make sure I understand what my benefits can cover beforehand. Heather, one of the dental hygienists there is especially great! She is extremely thorough, friendly and makes sure you know exactly what's going on. All the staff is friendly and are always accommodating to my crazy schedule as well!

Also had a problem with my insurance that I'm still dealing with and theyre helping me through the whole thing im so happy I went and got the pain dealt with. l haven't seen a dentist in many years, 12 years to be exact, it's because I experience an enormous amount of anxiety when it comes to having x-rays, hearing the drill or having other peoples fingers in my mouth. This is a fear that has manifested over time. Your friendly professional staff did their very best to make me feel comfortable and the Nitrous was also a huge help. I would recommend this dental office to others with similar fears. If I could say anything negative about my visit it would be this...I could hear the Doctor becoming impatient with me and my gagging issues, which wasn't helpful. If she only knew how hard it was for me to just walk through their front door, maybe it would help her in dealing with other patients like me. I don't plan on returning for any follow up appointments, it's not a reflection on my visit , it's just me. Alex

In my search for a new dentist that was affordable, my initial contact was with Alisa, who made me feel comfortable enough to come in during this pandemic. I then dealt with Kim, who was just as welcoming and friendly, and fit me into a cancellation. Upon arrival for my appointment, I met with Heather, who listened attentively to my concerns, and along with Dr. Tran, helped me resolve my issues. Everyone, from beginning to end, made me feel like an old friend, and helped me in every way they possibly could. I wish there were still more doctors today who are not just in their profession for the monetary gain, but, because they sincerely care about helping people who are, during difficult times, in dire need of medical assistance. So very grateful to have initiated a new relationship with Brantford Family Dental.

I am in that age bracket where in my youth, dental visits resembled a throwback to the Dark Ages! As a result, visiting any dentist has been something to avoid and put off for as long as possible - for years in most cases! At this practice, I can honestly say, I have for the first time felt I can make a commitment to regular visits and check-ups. The staff are friendly and welcoming as well as very helpful. The hygienist I saw was warm and chatty as well as professional. And the dentist, Dr Amir, was the most reassuring, kind dentist I have ever been to! And with a sense of humour. It is obvious from the atmosphere, that the people who work here are treated well. This is not always the case in medical practices (or any place of work, for that matter). It is another reason I will continue to come here - every year, rather than every 4-5!

I recently spent a Thursday night with an painful broken abscessed tooth. Friday morning at opening time I called the Brantford Family Dental Centre. They had me in the office by eleven o'clock. I believe I was home around noon. I didn't think to check the time. Everyone there was friendly and pleasant and I was impressed with their calm competency. I have had a fantastic experience in this clinic. Although I live in Hamilton and drove half an hour to get to the clinic, I believe it is worth it . Everything was professional and perfect. For example, the Covid safety policy has been implemented well and I felt very safe and comfortable during the sessions for root canal procedure. I’m new to the area and we were looking for a new dentist. I had a sore tooth so I booked a cleaning at the same time. I told them about my tooth pain. I was booked in for 2 other appointments. On the first one he fixed probably 5 shallow cavities. No freezing required. So I figured they’d fix my sore tooth on the second appointment. But nope… he said he was gonna fix something else. I was like, no no. Here’s my pain, first tooth with a led filling. I’ll need you to fix that one. Oh ok he says. I was frozen and he said it was all done. I left and I was happy with the service but again. He didn’t fix the proper tooth. I was out of coverage with my work dental plan. So 4 weeks later that tooth broke and I had to pay out of pocket at another dental office. Friendly staff but I felt like it was all about the money. Get you in and out as fast as he can.
