I have been taking my father to Alpine Dental for almost a year and every time I have dropped him off and picked him up he was happy about the service so I decided to change my dentist to Alpine Dental today and am very pleased. They are very welcoming and not judgmental at all. I am extremely pleased with the communication they provided during my services and the results! I went in today for a appointment with Dr.Mohhamad in regards to a pretty big gap in between my eye tooth and the one next to it. For year's I wouldnt smile or I would cover my smile because of insecurities with the gap. Dr.Mohhamad fixed my gap and gave me my confidence back. He did an amazing job and words cannot describe how much happiness this has brought back into my life!! Thank you for your services. You and your team are amazing!! If I could post a picture I would, but it is not letting me!!

Updated review after several appointments at this clinic..Very unprofessional.. Poorly managed.. Had a regular appointment for me and 2 wisdom teeth removal appointments cancelled by the office.. Two of them because the dentist wasn't going to be there.. The wisdom teeth removal appointments were handled very badly.. The appointment was booked five weeks in advance for Friday November 8 in order to minimize time missed from school and work.. I called the office on Tuesday before to ask some questions and was told that the dentist wasn't going to be in.. I was furious and advised the receptionist that I wasn't very impressed with their unprofessional behaviour.. Said how horribly inconvenient it was for us to be cancelled last minute after taking time off to accommodate recovery.. Asked when they were going to notify me and was told they would have told me on the Wednesday.. After I let her know how angry and inconvenienced we were.. She said they could accommodate an appointment the next day on Saturday.. We get there Saturday and after the dentist puts my son in the chair and looks at the x-ray (that they've had since August btw) that they can't do the surgery as the teeth are impacted.. He wants to rebook for another time.. Like we haven't already made enough concessions for this office?? Clearly these people only care about their own time and have no regard for their patients time.. This is a huge inconvenience for me and my son.. As he now has to book more recovery time off work to have this done.. Which won't be at this office BTW.. I called Paris Dental where we used to go and they are going to try and refer my son to an oral surgeon.. The only reason I'll go back here is if I have to get a referral for an oral surgeon or to have our records sent to another office.. Was looking for a dental office closer to my neighbourhood.. New dentist office that I drove by on the way to and from work.. Stopped in Wednesday and they were able to see me Friday afternoon.. Their website says they're open to 7pm but are currently open til 4ish.. They were willing to stay late to accommodate me.. I saw Dr Mo and his assistant (Katie I think).. Both were very friendly.. Dr Mo is very professional.. They did a great job on cleaning and polishing my teeth.. Bonus whitening as a new patient.. My teeth look and feel great.. Will be taking my child here as well..

Best experience I ever had at a dentist. They made me so comfortable and it was painless. First time I had a cleaning where I didn't have sore gums afterwards. The staff was amazing making me feel so welcomed. They also helped keep my son entertained by turning g cartoons on for him. I highly reccomrec this place for all ages

I went to Alpine Dental between September 2019 and January 2020. I using a dental office already but really needed something closer to my home. What a mistake! My first impression of them was good. The dentist I had was nice, the receptionist was too. But the more I went in, it got worse and worse. I needed a bit of work done and had to space out appointments. They called to cancel my appointments so many times, giving different reasons like the dentist wasn't going to be there, they had to close early, we want to move your appointment up. Red flag one. I always needed appointments after 5:00 for childcare and one time, I was told I could bring my kids in and leave them in the office and the receptionist would watch them. That never happened obviously because that was red flag 2. They also called me constantly to see if I could come earlier for my appointments, which I couldn't because of lack of childcare, and they always seemed annoyed even though I explained every time why. Red flag 3. Then on the last cavity that needed to be filled in December, the dentist doing it didn't seal the filling properly and I had a sensitive tooth for the rest of the month. I made an appointment to come back in January. After weeks of sensitivity and pain, I got a call from them saying they had to cancel my appointment. I got annoyed and called my previous dentist office and they got me in right away. That's when I found out the filling was never sealed via X-ray. Because my tooth had to previously worked on by Alpine Dental, my current office couldn't bill my insurance for the cost of fixing it in June. Thanks to Covid19, I couldn't get it worked on again until June and was told it could need a root canal now. When it was still giving me issues. I now need the root canal and my insurance is only covering a portion. All because it wasn't fixed properly. I should be asking Alpine for the $1350 needed to cover the root canal since they caused that particular problem by not sealing the filling. Short version: -unprofessional -frequently cancels appointments -not quality work done leading to more problems -harassing phone calls If I could give them zero stars I would.

My experience at Alpine Dental was quite pleasant and very welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with spoke with genuine care and ensured that I was given the best treatment. I've had some unpleasant and mediocre experiences in the past with multiple different dental clinics, so I wasn't really expecting too much. However, the people here really made my teeth extraction pleasant. I wasn't anxious at all about the procedure, and about payment too. I'm so thankful for their generosity and giving me such an affordable price. I truly believe they care more about providing dental work that is attainable for anybody rather than earning money. I highly respect the dentist, the dental assistant, and receptionist at Alpine Dental. They've been incredible in all senses. I highly recommend this clinic!

I had a dentist appointment today to get a tooth removed. Dr.Mohamed Al-Sabagh's procedure was efficient. He really cares for his patients, not only health wise but also those who are struggling financially. I definitely recommend this place to everyone for all their dental needs. Today I was reminded of how there are still good hearted people in world. Thank you to everyone at the clinic. If I could rate this place a thousand stars, I would.

Alpine Dentist is the most amazing Dentist office I have ever been!
