Called to book an appt as a new patient. I submitted the form online a month ago and never heard anything back in regards to booking an appt. The receptionist said they would be in contact when they have an opening. I asked - to verify - that there were currently no future openings, she said no there wasn't. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.

These guys are probably the best dentists Ive ever been to. The hygienist was awesome, only nicked my gums 1 time scraping tarter. Dentist McIntosh is personable, honest, forthcoming and is concious to respect budgets. Only small complaint is the cost, you really need to have good insurance, but its dentistry so yeah. They have a plan coordinatorwho helps make financial plan/quote for treatment ops which Id never had before but really appreciated, these guys walk you through every detail. (I have a lot of dental work to be done) These guys are very very professional/personable and they check all the boxes for high quality service. So glad I went to them. Worth every penny.

Amazing place with amazing staff. I'm very uncomfortable going to dentists, but this place made me feel right at home. Sedation was as easy as taking a pill and laying in a chair. By the time the dentist came in to work on me, I was totally fine. I barely even felt the freezing needle. Top notch dentists!

I’ve been going to princess dental regularly for 7 years now. It took everything in me to walk inside a dentists office again . I had been twice in my life before Princess Dental and had less than favourable experiences that left me with a great anxiety of dentistry. I remember booking and rebooking my first appointment. Walking in the office to walk back out because the mere smell of a dentist office was enough to give me an anxiety attack. When I got enough courage to go through with my first appointment I was blown away about what dentistry could be. It was a fantastic experience. I still get shaky, old nerves die hard. But I have the utmost confidence in the entire staff that I’ll be treated professionally, kindly, effectively and efficiently. I have since moved away from Brandon, but refuse to go to another dentist. They are completely worth the drive. My whole family now goes to Princess Dental including my two young children, who are also treated amazingly! I’m happy to know with Princess Dental I am helping foster a positive relationship between my children and dentistry. Love Princess Dental.

Everything went really good and I didn’t experience any pain . The dentist really tried to calm my nerves and help me relax. I had a too extraction. The only thing I didn’t like was that I didn’t get any stitches as far as I know and I’m more sore on this tooth than any other tooth I had extracted before. I’m getting throbbing pain. It could just be because the tooth had such a long root so I can’t really say it’s anyone’s fault. It didn’t start until anesthesia wore off though. I wish they would have given me some pain relief as well. Even if it was for a day or two.

Couldn’t have asked for a place with more friendly staff and workers. I had some anxiety with a cavity filling and both the dental assignment and the dentist where so good to me. They made should I was comfortable throughout the whole procedural. I was given a blanket when I got cold and was offered NetFlex to watch as we waiting for the drugs to kick in. They would stop at certain moments to make sure I was still doing good. What a great experience at a dental office and I never thought I would say that, but it’s true!

Great experience ! I had booked an appointment for a filling in April for July because that was the next available date. I called in May because my tooth was in a lot of pain. Dr Carswell called me back , we decided I needed a root canal. She prescribed me with something for pain until a time slot opened up. I received a call about a week or so later and they were able to fit me in for a root canal with Dr Gudmandson. The girls at the front desk called me back promptly and were very nice. The dental hygienist and dental assistants were just tentatively and kind. Both Dr Carswell and Gudmandson were fantastic. Would high may recommend Princess Dental !

Listen if you want proper results find one of your less market dentist with experience professional. This place has a million dollar setup with wonderful customer care, you would think you are at an all inclusive hotel. Unfortunately this is but smokes and mirrors, you will hear them use the word referral a lot in their conversations with you, begging the questions why am I here then. Though persons have varying preferences or idea of what good service entails, I will never have a follow-up here once is enough. They are like a outsourced Dentistry, you never know what you will get, if you have a knock for Gambling then go ahead gamble with your expectations money and definitely results. Come back and post your experience if you do! Heck I may just have expected too much! But for the price why not? Take my advice don’t be swayed by their fancy location and external look! Settle with a good Dentist you know and trust. I will give a star for their setup! And because I must! Oh deny all you want it’s fine! Note that you cannot post a review without a link sent after service rendered. I had to append my original post because I could not post another. I can only use the link you sent me. So! Touché! Doesn’t change the facts. Like I said persons willing to experiment can garner their own opinion from your establishment. No interest on throwing dirt on your business but rather inform others of potential pitfalls to your service. I see you have many 4 and 5 stars kudos! You also have so many dentist stations maybe I had a bad Draw! Touché!

The staff and the service at Princess Dental as always, was excellent. The professional staff interact so very well with their patients, making even a trip to the dentist enjoyable. The new location is beautiful and appears to have all the state of the art equipment to service its clients. Parking which used to be somewhat difficult in their old location is now plentiful and as convenient as humanly possible. I have and will continue to recommend Princess Dental.

Our family of four made the move to Guy's office when the kids were preschoolers ... more than 30 years ago. I still love walking in the door of Princess Dental because of the smiling, happy faces. The staff makes me feel welcome every single time, and let me know they are happy to see me. We have had so many great experiences under their care, not always the way people feel when visiting the dentist. I remember telling Guy once that I would agree to do a promo for a root canal as my experience had been exceptional ... no pain, no follow-up and very little anxiety over the whole thing. The care given to us over the years has been wonderful. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
