It felt like the dentist was just trying to get me in and out as soon as possible - she didn't have great bedside manner, so I ended up walking out confused, discouraged, and feeling lost most of the time. Not only that, but when requesting procedures, I wasn't informed that my insurance had denied one of the procedures, so I had to pay out of pocket for it. The receptionists and nurses are nice enough, but I won't be going back.

Felt perfectly safe with their covid-19 precautions. My appointment was on time, all staff was very friendly and courteous. Dr. Pappas explained some things that I could consider for the future but I felt no pressure that these procedures had to be done immediately. All in all a wonderful experience.

Two months ago I had a crown procedure the pre-authorization said yes, I can do it and get insurance covered. Then, on the day of the procedure, they put the wrong code and I called my insurance and they told me to ask them to put the right code. I had to come back to their clinic and they changed it. When I got the crown I was going to nee the upper retainer and I asked first of what was going to be the cost for which the dental assistant said $65 and I paid that amount at that time. After two months I got a bill for $65 and when I asked why they told me was the remaining amount of the upper retainers. I said that I got just the upper side and they told me that they don't know why they didn't charge me for that right amount of $ 120.00 and now I have to come back to pay the money. I am not going to come back to this place again!

Office staff called and asked if I could come in a little earlier than scheduled. Worked out great, no wait in waiting room. Dr. Bonar and his assistant were awesome, never felt a thing throughout the procedure. Had an issue with electronical submission. The office staff patiently worked with my insurance provider and all was resolved. Highly recommend Chancellor dental group.

Doctor Alex Pappas is the most gentle dentist, always concerned if you are feeling ok during the procedures, and the quality of his work is tops. He is also very personable, that I feel like we are friends after all these years, he is so genuine. The staff at the clinic are also very friendly, and very professional. I also am very fond of Dr. Pappas' assistant Steina, she is very good at her work and has been a team with Dr. Pappas for many years. Dr. Norrie preformed my two teeth extraction with ease, and without any pain. I’m pleased with his knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend him for any dental work. First dentist appointment in at least 4 years yesterday and I am SOOO glad I switched dentist offices!!! Dr.Sonoiki at Chancellor Dental Group was great. She gave me options, explained everything really well, was warm and professional! Dental Hygenist also was personable and as gentle as she could be. Finally going to the dentist doesn’t have to be a terror inducing event! My previous dentist visits (at the place we had gone since I was a kid) left me early in tears the last time from a snarky dental hygienist who left me with immense pain that gave me headaches for 3 days and a dentist who when I expressed that I was having sensitivity and had questions about some other issues shrugged and basically told me just to live with it. So glad I finally realized that there were other dentists I could try!

This dental office is a well-oiled machine. I have been going for over 10 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. We see Dr. Pappas and he is fabulous. The clinic is warm and inviting, clean, and they are very well-organized. Back in the mid 1990’s I had a bad dentist experience and swore off going for a few years. Then I made my first appointment with Dr. Pappas. It was the best decision I ever made. I have been going for semi-annual check ups and have had lots of procedures performed for the last 20 years or so. I do not have one complaint to date.

Would give them no stars If I could. I let them know I'm coming from an hour and half away. I have 2 broken teeth that needed to be pulled and money wasnt an issue at the time. 2 xrays later and a scolding from the denist for not having my mouth clean enough before the visit I was out the door 15 mins later In more pain then I was from her poking around. I was told to come back 3 weeks later. Second time around i canceled as they were about to do the same thing. Have me drive an hour and half only to take a look when I have 3 broken teeth now. Will not reccomend to anyone. GO TO VIRDEN .
