So First off I have very bad anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist. But honestly I am glad I came here because this is honestly the best experience I've ever had with visiting the dentist. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the staff are all great and friendly. One person I would like to point out in particular is Kyomi (I hope I'm spelling your name right) she was honestly the best experience I've ever had in my life at a dentist office. So friendly and very talkative, went through each step with me as I was getting my teeth cleaned. Completely eased my anxiety and talking to her was like I was talking to a friend ive known for years. 11/10. I want to go back and get my teeth cleaned again just so I can chit chat with Kyomi again. Shes a very funny lady too. Give this women the highest praise for me!

I usually HATE going to the dentist but all the employees at this clinic are so friendly and make you feel welcome. The dentists and dental assistants joke around with you and make you feel comfortable with an uncomfortable procedure. I don’t dread visiting the dentist like I used to.

The staff are amazing! The girls are the front desk are kind and very welcoming, The Dental Hygienist I had cleaned my teeth better then anyone ever has! He was gentle and really nice! My Dentist is amazing, I’ve had a fear of the dentist for a very long time and he’s great with talking me through the procedures, My 11 year old son was also terrified of the Dentist and he did amazing! He didn’t even know they put the needle in his mouth! The all around atmosphere in the clinic is great, I’d highly recommend going to see Dr.Ali

Very dissappointed with this clinic! Those who have dental insurance, make sure to check the front desk first if your service appoinment is still covered by your insurance or else it will end up charging you addntn’l fees which even them can’t explain it to you where those fees came from. I’m sorry to say but it looks like they are taking advantages of your insurance.. “BEWARE”!!!! I will make it sure this matter will never be ignored and make necessary action on it. This matter will be reported immediately to the Manitoba Dental Association, I will assure you guys!!!! They’d offer us a refund and until now, it’s our second visit supposedly and it’s dissappointing that they cannot make a proper refund!!!

Terrible dentist. The person ripped my farthest molor out very roughly. Told me I didn't need antibiotics when I specifically asked if I would. I found out later I definitely needed them. Very disappointed will never return.

Was very nervous.....but received excellent care....Dr Randhawa and hygienist were both very reassuring and extraction was pretty painless...I also came in as a walk-in patient and got to me right away....just found my new dentist....payment was very easy with my blue cross....no unexpected fees etc

Victoria dental made my biggest dream come true. They picked me as the winner for the new smile contest. I went for my first appointment on Friday. I was greeted by friendly staff in the lobby. They were super helpful in answering any questions I had. The environment was warm,friendly and the Decour was great . The dentist I saw was Dr. Hammeed. He was such a nice man. He impressed me with his knowledge. He made me feel so completely comfortable. We took opportunity for the first appointment to discuss an oral health plan. Witch was much better for me to go home and be able to think about everything we had discussed, it was nice. The amount of new technology this building offer is amazing. All of their technique’s and abilities can transform anyone smile. I am only looking forward to the amazing transformation of my smile. Update: I've been in touch with Smiles and my issues were addressed and I actually feel completely validated. I appreciate the opportunity to discuss my experience and continue to attend this clinic as the location and hours are very convenient for me. Thanks again to Smiles for being receptive to criticism! I really wanted to like this place, I've been in a little denial about how bad my experience was. First strange thing was the first person I dealt with told me my medication isn't intended for the affliction I listed. It was none of her business, should have not been an issue as long as I was disclosing my meds. After my cleaning, the dentist arrived looking absolutely dishevelled. I thought hungover but could have been just tired. Either way, I said hi, he ignored me and went on for some time about job offers he has in Winnipeg and Ontario . After the first exam I made a few appointments for some work I needed done. My first appointment I had the same dentist that did the initial exam. Neither he or the assistant gave me numbing gel, he didnt warn me that the needle was coming either. At one point he was using a double sided tool and stabbed the opposite side of my mouth. I was making noise and he didnt get what he was doing wrong until there was blood everywhere. He didn't say anything just dabbed the area like I wouldn't notice. My next appointment, I had a new dentist, no one told me why. The new guy was fine, however I felt pressured to get more work done in one appointment than I was comfortable with. As a result, my insurance ran out before I expected and I was in a lot of pain. One of the receptionist was also pretty rude to me on 2 occasions and condescending to her coworkers in front of me. Last thing I want to mention is their chairs are outdated and almost no padding. Very uncomfortable and trigger migraines for those who have them

I used to love going to the dentist before I went here. The dentis hit a nurve while drilling and got mad at me for jumping. To top it off he put a silver filling in my mouth. He also wanted to give my daughter fillings even though her teeth fell out a few months later.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Brandon smiles Dentistry located 457 9th street Suite 10A Brandon Manitoba with my 10 year old daughter. She had several loose teeth,one at the bottom and two at the top. The one at the bottom was really irritating her especially during meals and brushing nonetheless I brought all to the dentist attention. The bottom tooth was more of a concern because it was her baby tooth that was shaking and her permanent tooth already protruded from her gum. She was experiencing discomfort for a year but not to the fact for a dental emergency. However today we had enough and visited the dentist. She was afraid and prolonged the process,which caused me to become very fraustrated and felt bad for her at the same time. I just wanted it to be over with it. However Dr Ali was so excellent through it all,his patience,professionalism was beyond my expectation,his demeanor made such a great experience despite the hiccups during the procedure that was my baby girls fault.Sabrina his assistant was so sweet, sincere and caring as well allowing my daughter to hold her hands through the procedure. Despite the fact she was only doing her job,she was my daughters comforter and a mother figure also in the back area and to be honest you don't find people that genuinely care while providing services to others. They helped so much through her dental anxiety and as a mother you want the best care when it comes to your love ones especially your kids. I can elaborate so much on my experience from I arrived into the office to the time I left the office. They don't provide high quality dental service in my opinion, but high Phenomenal dental service. This will be my place for any future dental services. Team Dr. ALI & SABRINA!! They call me 2nd time for clean and didn't clean properly my teeth and they call me 3rd time for treatment when my teeth was ok but now I am having problems after come back from there so I will not recommend to all of you to go there ...
