This originally was a 5-star review because of how professional Dr.Joshi is and how transparent he was about the work getting done on my teeth. I still stand by my statement that Dr. Joshi is a WONDERFUL dentist. I recently changed my review after receiving Account Statement for $100 after I was told I had paid in full during my original appointment in February. When I called to ask what had happened I was met with different answers 1. They forgot to add the additional work done in the original bill 2. My insurance pays every 2 weeks so there was a discrepancy on the bill 3. There was a glitch/error from the computer when adding it in. I personally don't believe its good practice. If I had recieved a call shortly after my appointment explaining there was an error I would have no issue with that, mistakes happen. However sending off an account statement saying I owe them money due to an error made on their behalf without any explanation seems uncaring and unprofessional.

Outrageous. Scammers here beware of those crooks. They'll give you a price quote on the phone or at the reception level and when go to the dentist he'll do all the possible unnecessary operations to overcharge you. Whether you have insurance or not, these guys will steal and take all your money for their benefits. Too shame how dentistry has turned. Do your research and see someone else. ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Tridont Dental got my wisdom teeth out quickly. I called in Saturday and they booked me for Wednesday for consultation, but i said i need it sooner and i needed my wisdom teeth extracted and they did it on Tuesday. So really great place if you need things done.

Was good when I initially started coming here. Had a few visits and something felt really off by what was said to me. Decided to see a different dentist and came to my own conclusion that benefits are getting abused here. Not only that, but had a portion of my tooth was drilled, which I'll now have to spend more money fixing. Again just personal opinion about here. Hours are really good though and usually someone is available promptly for cleaning.

First time coming to this dentist I was very nervous at first but the employees here were very warm and welcoming. The dentist was extremely instructive of the procedure and helped me understand everything that was to happen. When we first moved to Ontario we went to Tridont Dental, I've been a patient for more than 20 years! The wonderful staff and amazing service keeps me coming back! Manjit,Velma and Kathleen in the front reception answered all my questions I had about my treatments dealt with my insurance so smoothly. Dr. Elvikis has been my dentist since I was 7. Dr. Hanna is calming and gentle and Dr. Mario always brings a smile to my face when I see him. Nina and Helena are wonderful assistants!! The hygiene team is gentle and informative and keep my smile bright and healthy. David, Bridget and Michelle are awesome! David has an awesome sense of humor and makes it so easy to come to the dentist. Over all, this office is highly recommended by me, over 20 years and counting!

I found this location throughout my insurance company. I read reviews before visiting the office. I was sceptical for some reviews regarding using my maximum yearly allowance during visits. I was told about my treatment and service. Amazing service and covid19 protocols are followed. I was asked about my maximum insurance amount as well. Let me be honest I rather take advantage of what I am entitled so I didn't mind. Hygienist was well knowledgeable and so friendly. Dentist was so nice and even did a cosmetic retouching on 1 piece without charged. I did 3 visits. On my 2nd visit receptionist was not so friendly but Hey it was Saturday and quite early. 3rd visit same receptionist with better attitude. I'm quite demanding when I'm paying for my service overall I'll definitely recommend this clinic. No pain at all with my doc. I would definitely recommend disposable paper on chairs for each visit on the NEW normal. Great smile ????????????????????

I love going to Tridont Dental Centre. I have been going there for a number of years and would recommend anyone to go there. I am always afraid of dentist as a child growing up but after going to Tridont all my fears disappears. When I enter the office the staff makes you feel welcome and like it is your home. I recommend my whole family there including my son who loves it. my brother and sister and their entire family. The staff would handle all insurance claims as quickly as possible. your appointment scheduled is always on time never have to wait more than two to three minutes. I have dealt with Dr. Salman, Dr. Wheeler, Dr. Carr Tia, Nina, Manjeet, Kathleen etc. They always make you feel welcome and comfortable. I would recommend you try it yourself you will never regret and will thank me later :).

I have been a patient of Dr. Nick Wheeler for over 25 years. He is the dentist for my whole family, in-laws, husband and two sons. My younger son is still his patient even though he lives out in Ajax and works in Markham. I think that says a lot about the level of trust and satisfaction. Dr. Wheeler is extremely helpful and knowledgable and I have great trust in him. My hygienist is Michelle and she always makes my visits fun with her great sense of humour. That sense of fun does not detract from her professionalism, as she is the consummate professional. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, all in all making my dental visits very pleasant experiences.

Tridont is a great dental office. The staff are very pleasant and professional. I have Dave as a hygienist and he's always happy-go-lucky. My only complaint is one of the dentists (I don't know his name, a brown guy) is really weird and doesn't seem to care very much. What's worse is he insists on shaking patients hands with the weirdest limp-fish handshake I've ever seen. Thankfully I don't have to deal with him very much.

Michelle is drop dead lovely and lively! She makes the chair experience the best. The receptionist on the other hand, did not seem to care for me as a person. And tried to make me pay out-of-pocket when I clearly have benefits. And she had no manners when explaining my 100% coverage. Worse she made it seem like Great West Life was a made up company with made up benefits. By saying: “they claim you have 100% coverage” but we don’t know that for sure until we get the chequered. CLAIM?!? So the company providing the benefits is guessing? SMH.

No respect for their customers time. Appointment was 1:30p.m. Came in at 1:15p.m. and filled out all documents as a new client. Sat waiting for 20 mins. Very unprofessional. Do not book people for appointments to have them sit indefinitely in your waiting room. This is NOT an OHIP covered service, you are paid VERY well. Try to be professional in regards to your appointments and respectful of your clients time. I will have to look at other dental options as this is ridiculous. Lol... Everything seems late with your establishment. Your appointments, billing, online responses. Don't worry, it's not surprising.

Always a great experience from this location. Michelle the dental hygienist, is always friendly and in great spirits. She gets right to the point and efficient in what she does. There is a dentist there, male, who said I need a ton of work. Made another apt and I questioned everything, turns out I didn’t need anything. He’s trying to get more out of me and my benefits. I mentioned that I never want to see him again. Listen to your patients and your associates and ask their experience, it’s the only way you’ll know. Otherwise, come on in everyone, they will always treat you right!

My first visit to Tridont Dental at Shoppers World Brampton was over 30 years ago and I wouldn't dream of going any place else. The ever calm, pleasant and skillful Dr. Wheeler has seen myself and my 3 sons through numerous dental issues including a broken tooth, wisdom teeth extractions, braces referrals etc. Michelle, my hygienist, is wonderful and always takes the time to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Kathleen and Manjit in Adminstration always greet you like family and are always ready to assist with whatever issues you may have. To whom this is concern in your office please in the future be more understanding what your patients are trying tell you. About one year ago I had my front tooth fixed. With one year later my tooth filling came off. Trying to explain this issue they didn't even lesson or care. About 30 minutes later they charge me about $350 for the second time with one year this is crazy. Extremely dissatisfied .
