Very bad service I will not recommend anyone there My son 5 .5 year old he have fast from the midnight his appointment time was 11 am but he not seen until 2.30 pm and the staff was very much rude.

Amazing office! They are so kind and helpful. From receptionists, dental assistants, dental hygienists to the dentists, they are are super friendly and answer all your questions very well! I was so worried and anxious for my son's treatment initially. Very satisfied from treatment !!

Frustrated and disappointed. Cancelled my daughter’s scheduled surgery 3 times. Only suggested a different specialist on the third cancellation. Got a refund and found another gem of a specialist who is very warm and accomodating for almost half the price. Required payment upfront wasn’t even required!

I highly recommend this place. My kid was very comfortable for her first dental check up. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. From the front desk to dentists themselves. Everything was explained up front. All the questions were answered and procedures were explained. The charges were clearly communicated. It was great experience all throughout.

Parking is extremely difficult to find and is extremely expensive. Asking $6 per hour and the staff cannot tell you how long you will be there. I had to cancel because I didn't have enough change in my car to pay the ridiculous fees. Staff should have given me a heads up about poor parking conditions and high parking fees. What a waste of our time. Extremely disappointed!

Today my 7 year old had his first dentist visit. Everyone was so kind especially Uzma, Dolly, Cristina and Cindy, and professional from the initial phone call to the visit. They definitely put a nervous kid ( and mom) at ease through the entire process.

It would be difficult to imagine a better dentist. The new office is wonderful, but most importantly, the staff are amazing with kids. We had trouble getting xrays, but the doctor and staff did everything they could to make it work and our little one did so well because of them. The little toy at the end doesn't hurt either.

I could not be happier with the service and the staff at Treehouse Dental Care. My oldest child was referred to the office in 2014, and we have remained on as patients since. I was so happy with the care, I brought my other two children here as well. The front desk staff are lovely. They are professional, friendly, and always make my children feel welcome. The hygienists and dentists are similarly lovely. They make the children feel comfortable, never seem rushed, and answer all of our questions. My children are now also under the care of the orthodontist that attends their office, Dr. Mark Rykiss. Dr. Rykiss and Barb are beyond lovely. On a personal level, the office staff and Barb really went above and beyond (more that I could have ever asked or hoped for) to help me with a difficult situation, to ensure the children got the treatment they needed, and in a timely fashion. They remained professional through all of it, and I will be forever grateful. We drive over 40min from Brampton for these appointments, and it is worth every minute of the drive. I would never go anywhere else. I highly recommend this office.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. I have never seen any place like it. The atmosphere for the kids made my day. I never thought I'd say this, but, I genuinely enjoy bringing my kids here for their dental care. As a Dad, I can guarantee you that no Dental Clinic is better than this one. Cheers to Treehouse!

I was Recommended to go to this office by a friend. and I had a very bad experience with the receptionist, she was rude and did not want to help, and was very uninformative and not willing to answer any of the questions I had. I think if you are working for a pediatric dentist, and working around children and parents who are nervous about their child's dental care (especially if they are only 2 years old), you would think they would have a little compassion.

The Dr. is nice but her work isn't great. My son had an adult tooth chip 3 months later went back the bonding was coming off then not even 8 months later the whole thing came off and wants to charge me to re-due the same work. Found a fabulous Dentist that charged me $300 for everything.

I paid over 3000$ on my 5 year olds dental work when they screwed up on one of his crowns and it got infected they told me they will have to charge me to see a dentist to fix his problem, you would think they would fix their screw up free of charge but no, I don't recommend their office at all one word for them heartless

I being trying to reach the office in Etobicoke for the past few days I keep getting a Patel voicemail. Really disappointed I need someone who can help my friends who can only speak Portuguese. I understand you are moving to a new office but the idea of having the phones with someone else's voicemail and not your own is the worst idea ever is not professional at all. You just lost 3 kids who were planning to come to you and will not refer your office at all.

I want to take a minute to personally thank each and every staff member that helped my son through his dental sedation and procedures yesterday. The office staff were incredibly warm and friendly, the RN Francine was warm and incredibly thorough in her workup of my child prior to his procedure, the anesthesiologist Dr. Mensour was very friendly and welcoming to a very scared little boy and exceptional at explaining the anesthesia process, answering all questions we had and providing vital feedback for our pediatrician to adjust my son's medication protocol. Dr Khan was the icing on the cake. He took his time earning mine and my son's trust, explaining not only his process but showing us his x-rays and explaining why he was proceeding with his plan. The entire team worked diligently to provide a safe, friendly and welcoming experience for my child who has high levels of anxiety and has had horrible experiences from other dentists. This experience has helped him feel safe in going to the dentist and that is worth its weight in gold. In future, I will be recommending any and all friends and family to use Treehouse dental care for their children's needs. Thank you so much, your level of compassion and care for my child will not soon be forgotten!

The entire staff and associates have been very friendly, patient and professional in giving our son the proper treatment and care. Our son had dental extraction surgery, and as parents, we were put to ease as everyone there guided us with what to expect before, during and after the procedure. We were so glad to be referred to this Pediatric dental office and we highly recommend Treehouse Dental Care. Such a beautiful office too and a very accessible location!

Don’t go their...I don’t recommend (treehouse dentist office) Etobicoke location to any one and I told them to close files of my 3 kids we are not coming back again because I had bad experience with the receptionist front desk they were so rude and no experience .My son had appointment on February 5 afternoon and I had their business card showing date and time on it ,and I called them to confirm she said you don’t have any appointment ,she was so rude and she transferred to other lady and other lady said same thing and........,

What a Beautiful and Clean office. The Staff makes you feel at ease and took great care of my little one. Dr. Campbell and her assistant Monia made my daughter feel comfortable. They have nice singing voices and went beyond what I expected. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a Dental office for your kids.

DO NOT GO HERE!! i am an RN with experience in pediatrics care and please save yourself the very expensive headache. The doctor comes off as very friendly and charismatic at first, good with my 4yr old boy HOWEVER they over charge as well as insist on doing work that you MAY NOT WANT DONE. My son had two major cavities in his teeth, one which needed root canal and another on opposite side. On exam doctor assessed other minor cavities--nearly one on every tooth (i think 8 teeth in all) --quoted over $4000 on top of the $190 consult and $20 PPE fees. I asked for surgery only on the major problems as he has baby teeth that will fall and he doesnt have any symptoms, so i would rather monitor it vs further damaging his teeth as fillings may fall out. The receptionist said either doctor will do ALL OF THE WORK or NONE as "it is the law" in an incredibly bullying manner that striped away my right to consent to treatment for my child. I questioned her and she was insistent. The dentist dr.grewal called me later starting in fewer words same thing--All or nothing BUT with midazolam he "can pull the tooth if [i] hold him down". OUTRAGEOUS.. i asked what his recommendation would have been had those minor cavities not existed and only 2 teeth affected? He denied he ever told his receptionist of the "all or nothing law" SAVE yourself and ur child from unnecessary work--these ppl are not in business of caring for children but rather looking to bill as much as possible knowing that most parents will do anything for their children. Don't fall for the fancy office space.. another receptionist there was yelling at another poor kid the entire 20mins i was there. Wait and see someone else.. they will squeeze you in for a verrryyy expensive consult for sure. They aren't doing you any favors that's for sure.

Don't go there. They are expensive even if you have employee insurance. They charged 190$ for child's diagnosis and my insurance only allows maximum of 64$, even though my insurance is one of the best. I had to pay the rest out of my pocket. They do not communicate these charges upfront. Only at the end you will know how much you have to pay, at that point they won't even refund. They also don't bill directly to insurance, you have to pay them full amount and then your insurance will reimburse the covered amount. So unless you are super rich and can afford the high fees, don't bother going to this office. I am not going there again.

Excellent service! I took my son to Treehouse Dental Care and had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and took care of my son to the best of their abilities. The staff were efficient in helping my son and the clinic was comfortable and clean. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend. This is our first time when we get a chance to visit treehouse dental care for the treatment of my brother. The doctors are very experienced. I'm also there during the surgery of my brother. Specially, the way of talking with children is very polite and nicely. This thing really touched my heart. Besides, clinic is very clean and beautiful.
