Dr. Priya Rabheru has been my dentist for many years now and I couldn’t be happier driving to Peel Dental Care from Toronto. The staff are always so kind and professional. I felt very safe and comfortable due to all the protocols and precautions they put in place for covid. They are being very careful and it was great to see!

Ok, I selfishly want to keep this place to myself but this dentist office deserves my loudest praise, so here it is: I feel like I’m surrounded by family and close knit friends when I’m there. I know that every single person who works there wants to be there and that they enjoy their job and their work mates. I had a hygienist today named Susie, who I can’t even begin to say enough good things about. She was kind and compassionate and just an all around good person. Dr. Richard also knows his stuff. He is so good at what he does and I trust what he says. I don’t remember the name of the man who built me a night guard, but he was funny and fun and cared about my comfort because he knew the process was uncomfortable. I love my job, and I wouldn’t make a great hygenist I don’t think, but in another world I would love to work in that office. Great job everyone! I am so blessed to have found you!

I’m a little disappointed because I made an appointment for my partner here, and I explained it will be heavy cleaning required. I asked for the rates. She said $190 min for light cleaning and $275 max for heavy cleaning. My partner came out and said they only cleaned the front bottom teeth and charged $190. They said they didn’t have enough time; but they new it was for heavy cleaning? Apparently the x-Ray is included in the $190; however, they want him to come back to finish the cleaning. This means I have to pay another $190 minimum or more for the rest of the cleaning next time he goes. Which adds up to $380.00 (190 + 190). This is more expensive than the maximum price for a heavy duty cleaning 1 time of $275.00 I feel very cheated and scammed. They know I have no insurance.

Tammy had booked the appointments for us and was very thorough with social distancing practices and checking our temperatures and hand hygiene. Dr. Ohayon had removed a few teeth for my boyfriend and he had never even seen a Dentist until today! He had a 90 degree root angle and Dr.O removed it without ANY difficulties at all. I’d have to admit he’s the best damn Dentist I’ve ever met! I also had Suzy the hygienist clean my teeth. She was very gentle and has great conversation. My teeth feel sooo clean! Overall the cleanliness was superb and Personal Protective Equipment was well put to use.

Sharp decline in the quality of both the customer service and dentistry over the past two years. Used to be patient-focused, but I think there was a change in management and the current level is not what it used to be. My wife had multiple issues on a very routine procedure, and the dentist made numerous mistakes but she was made out to be "difficult". Last straw for us was the office calling to confirm a check-up for my daughter and me on Thursday for an appointment on Saturday, then calling back on Friday and cancelling both appointments (I guess their 48 hour cancellation policy only applies to patients) I was offered another appointment three weeks later, and when I complained, I was told that Saturdays were busy - but that's why I booked the appointment six months ago! They're obviously not interested in having my family as customers. We know of two other families who have left, and if they don't improve I'm sure there will be more.

First thing they need to work on is change the front desk employees. Those girls has no idea how to do billing and talk to the client. They have an attitude like the clients are obligated to go there. Reception is the first impression of a place and they obviously need to work on that.

Been going to this dental care for almost my whole life, A lot has changed. The service was great and they took great care of my family and I. BUT I think they got new management which really made a difference. The dentist made small mistakes which could have been avoided. The positive side is that the people are super friendly and caring (well most of them).

For people who yank and drill teeth, make your mouth bleed, and tell you “you need to floss more!”, they’re pretty great! Jokes aside. I was back to do a cleaning and check on my gums that had some pain last week. I had missed appointments due to my concerns about Covid. I was fully vaccinated before I had the courage to get treated just to be on the safe side because I have health issues. I was greeted and taken directly to the room. The cleaning and the follow up with the dentist went well. All safety precautions were in place to make me feel more comfortable. Great job.

I had two of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. Dr. Ohayon was very patient and kind. I was freaking out and he made me feel at ease it did not take very long and i felt no pain. Great place and great people always welcoming and ready to work with you. Services, follow-up's and scheduling are comfortable and well coordinated. Procedures are explained in a relaxed and simple manner and not rushed like many other places and we find this important. Equipment and facility is very well kept and clean and they even have kids friendly entertainment zone and toys to keep them busy.
