In my teens I got braces here with this dentist. I had plenty of dental work here during that time in general. After I had my braces removed they only put a retainer bar on the bottom row of my teeth and not on the top. Ultimately, my teeth shifted and now after having 5+ years of braces I hate my smile and all that pain and money was for nothing. I changed dentists after this and never looked back. Extremely upsetting and disappointing. I do not recommend.

The Staff @ Lakeridge are very friendly , understanding and Kind, They have always went out of there way to make our experience,Needs before there own , Have been there for us in emergency's.. anytime ... My Family has been with them for 20 years + And we will continue to be there extended family for many more years to come

For most part friendly staff...until Dr."B" fixed cavities, started a root canal without consent and collected money from insurance for all of it. When questioned, wouldn't take the time to find out where the communication went wrong; he simply dismissed us as patient without giving proper direction as to how to have the root canal finished. This was a violation of multiple codes of ethics!

I always feared the dentist office more than the normal person. I procrastinated going for a very long time as my dentist was located in a bad part of Toronto and I stopped going for many years which made my fear come back but after getting an infection on a very decayed tooth and suffered so much pain for 6 months my husband finally convinced me to see his dentist at Lakeridge Dental Office in Brampton. I bite the bullet one day and walked in when I was in the area. The best move I could of ever made!!!! They were so friendly and welcoming. They knew I was fearful and were very gentle with me. I had my front teeth fixed, cleaning, fillings, and that nasty decayed tooth extracted and honestly I didn't even know it was extracted until it was over (I was awake) . I now can go to dentist without the overwhelming fear (yes just a tinge now but manageable). I highly recommend this dental office to everyone and especially if you have a fear of dentist office. They really make you feel comfortable! When I had my tooth extracted they even gave me a cozy blanket which really helped! See my happy smiling face in my pictures enclosed!

Well, I have been to many many dentists in my lifetime. This is where I now stay. In the past, dentists have seemed arrogant, snobby and uncaring overall.. Not here folks. If you want to like your dentist go see Dr. KOVEN. MY entire family loves this man. A great dentist, an absolute amazing guy. Friendly, humorous and talkative. Funny and capable. He thoroughly knows his trade. We will one day soon move to Cambridge, but will keep this dentist here in Brampton. Also highly recommended is Paul the hygienist, for children he is impressive. Kayla is also a terrific hygienist. Could not say enough. Staff are all very good. Dr. B is a genius. Great for wimps who hate pain too. Haha

I used to have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist until I met Dr. Koven and his staff at LakeRidge Dental. They are extremely professional and really have a light touch when it comes to dental work. No pain, no problems, and even a few laughs with the staff along the way. They take patient safety related to Covid-19 and have gone above an beyond to ensure that you are safe and comfortable. If you have been holding off on dental work, you don't have too. Lakeridge Dental will take care of you safely. Thanks Dr. Koven and staff!

I made an appointment here because I has experiencing pain in my teeth. When I came in for the appointment the technicians were great and my dentist was amazing. He chatted to me about his big dogs and made me feel comfortable and at ease. He explained everything very well and made me understand why I was in pain and what needed to be done to stop it. Unfortunately, the pain seemed to be coming from my sinus and not my teeth but I really wanted to continue being a patient here because the Dentist eased my fear and the office as really clean and updated. When I went to book an appointment for an assessment and cleaning I was told that the procedures could not be done at the same time and I needed to book two separate appointments. One for an assessment and then another one for the cleaning on a different day. I explained that I have extreme fear and anxiety regarding the dentist and would rather make it in one visit to avoid multiple visits which require me to take anxiety medication, which I really do not like taking. The staff would just not accommodate me. They were insisting that I come in for two appointments and were not really giving me a reason as to why this could not be changed. The only reason I can come up with is that they knew I have union insurance and were trying to cash out on as much of it as they could, even though my mouth is a mess and there is more then enough work to exhaust my insurance yearly for the next 10 years. Anyways, I did not end up returning to this establishment, and I am very disappointed because my dentist was very lovely and made me feel great. Hopefully the front desk staff learn to be a little less rude and more accommodating. You turned away a fully insured patient because you could not push aside one policy that does not even make any sense.

I have been a client of Lakeridge 10+ years, and I can confidently say I love going to the dentist. When entering the office, the group of ladies at the reception desk never disappoint... Always greeting everyone by name, with a smile, and sometimes a hug! After checking in, help yourself to some coffee or tea - hen right to the room you go, barely any wait time! The hygienists in this clinic are also so friendly, and very gentle. Doreen is my absolute favourite! Xo! My dentist, Dr. Koven is a great guy. Always accommodating any requests you may have (tv channels, radio stations, etc) and always makes you feel at home. Another factor I love about this office is you never feel rushed. Everything is always explained in detail to understand. I would highly recommend attending this clinic in any compacity. Going from a traditional 'scary' dentist during my childhood to these guys was the best descision! Thank you thank you!

I first went to Lakeridge in October last year, for what I thought was an emergency filling. It turned out I needed a root canal to save my tooth. The dentist I have is simply the best one I've had in the past 35 yrs here in Canada. She's patient, kind and understanding and explained everything simply. She gave me her opinion and outlined my options plainly. I've since had a number of visits for various issues. The staff are all very kind and friendly. There's no shame or embarrassment felt because they understand and are there to help you.

Online it says they will see you for a dental emergency. I called the office and told them I have a chipped front tooth with a mental pin that was put into my tooth exposed. I was told I could be seen in 3 days. How is that an emergency service? Seeing me three days later?

Awful. I went for an appointment hoping to find a new dentist. They spent a full hour taking pictures and xrays and charging me for it. I didn't even get the cleaning that I went for and then they tried upselling me on orthodontic services... this somehow involved removing perfectly healthy teeth and putting fake permanent teeth on top?! I'm 32. I've never had a cavity, this made no sense other than it would have been expensive, making them money. Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. Beware!

I had braces here as a child. When they removed my braces they destroyed my teeth. Now as an adult I now have to pay to fix everything they have done. Enamel was ripped off my two front teeth glue was left in places. They are horrible do not trust them. The dentist told my mother they'd be happy if I never returned. i was a 12 year old child. They were furious with me when i threw up when they put too much cleaning product in. Never ever go here!!!!! Find anyone else!

Dr. ROSIE LEIGH exposed confidential information when she shouldn't have also she was supposed prescribe pain killers and did not STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS BUSINESS CONDUCTS THEMSELVES UNPROFESSIONAL AND DR. BLOOMINFIELD IS UNAWARE OF WHAT IS TRANSPIRED IN HIS CLINIC.
