I took my daughter there for her very first checkup and some concerns we had and Dr. Gavin looked after her with such ease and made it fun for her, explaining step by step to my daughter and myself what he was doing. I never had a tooth extracted before. I was suffering from severe pain and after visiting Dr. Dai I was really relieved. He explained everything to me and gave me the appointment for extracting the tooth the same day. The entire staff along with the dentist were very kind and patient with me. The doctor said that it was easy, to my surprise and it was actually done before I could even feel anything.

My front tooth was chipped and I needed a filling immediately. After calling around a few different dental offices and comparing prices, Kennedy Square Dental seemed to be the most affordable. They gave me an appointment the same day. Not only was the receptionist kind and welcoming, the dentist Dr. Vu was amazing!! He had a very professional, calm and friendly demeanor. I was so dreading even trying to find a dentist but new here in Brampton I Google emergency dental and this was the highest rated dental office that was closest to me so I took a deep breath full of anxiety and called the number ready to be told I could not see that dentist because I only have ohip coverage because that's why I haven't seen a dentist in nearly a decade. To my delighted surprise the lovely helpful no nonsense receptionist who took my call had two appointments for me to choose from that day and all I needed was my ohip dental card/statement. I shook my head in disbelief and booked the 345 appointment. I looked at Google maps because we'll I'm directional challenged in the gta where nobody is so helpful and if they are you have to wonder why and generally just waste time so Google maps my friend I love you. So yes I got there early to stop for a bite to eat incase my mouth hurt too much afterwards I hadn't eaten all day and there's lots of places right where the office is. I got to the appointment and the receptionist greeted me with a smile I told her who I was here to see at what time she handed me a short for to fill out address etc general health and what is the reason for my visit. Simple no problem.. I rested a couple minutes with my full belly and was soon resting in a dental chair waiting for... something to actually be done! I'm so excited to finally feel better soon for now it's antibiotics and a root canal followed by an extraction asap. And the doctor was awesome such a helpful concerned soul.. I've got my appointment for the root canal the day my antibiotics cycle ends. Seriously no fuss excellent service all around. You will leave with a smile you love and so much relief. Thank you for all they do :D

Pack a lot of patience ! Every time I’ve brought my kids here, the average wait time, inspite of an appointment is about 45 minutes, which is almost unacceptable for a private enterprise. So if you value your time skip this place but if you don’t, seems like a good place otherwise.

I came here for a wisdom tooth removal and after hearing so many horror stories about how painful the process is I was super nervous going in. But I am so thankful that I had the exact opposite experience. I was put in the hands of the amazing Dr. Chattha and he made the tooth extraction soooo PAINLESS AND EASY. I did not feel a single thing during the process and it was so quick that I even asked "that's it?". Before he began he explained everything assured me that everything would be alright and it was. The aftermath was also not bad at all. I was able to go into work the next day, no problem at all. I had no problem whatsoever with pain or anything of that sort and I couldn't be happier to have had Dr. Chattha make this process comforting. I refer everyone that I know to Kennedy Square Dental so they have the same great experience that I had. Keep up the great work, from the front desk to the dentists!!
