My review is long overdue, but I needed to post my comments regarding the amazing care and customer service from Dentistry on Queen. On Nov 8th I was up most of the night with a horrible tooth ache, so I sent an email to Dentistry on Queen for an appointment. Sana was quick to respond to me the following morning and was able to schedule me that afternoon. Following an X-ray it was confirmed that I had an infection and required a root canal. I picked up my prescription and the root canal was scheduled early evening on the following day. I would like to thank Sana and the amazing staff at Dentistry on Queen! The receptionist and hygienist were very welcoming, friendly and compassionate, They helped make my experience less stressful. This place is very clean and organized. Don't go to this place. Horrible experience. Last time I visited them because food were sticking between my two teeth. Nothing serious. Doctor gave a filling on one tooth. After few days I got really bad infection from that tooth. I visited other dentist and he said without root canal there is no other way. I had to do that just because of their mistreatment. Previously I did a root canal here. My current dentist saying the root canal was not done properly and I might feel pain on that tooth in future and the tooth might need to be extracted.

Since my first appointment in November, 2017 when the office was still located in the antiquated 800 Princess Street building, I have had fillings, an extraction, a crown and several implants as well as regular cleanings. Every procedure was painless and efficient and I never had to wait more than a few minutes. Most importantly, everyone has been friendly, professional and respectful, and the atmosphere is always congenial. The new ground floor office on Queen Street is bright and inviting, and parking is free and convenient. I feel confident that "Dr. Omar" has a carefully-thought-out dental plan for me and I know that I am in good hands at Dentistry on Queen.

Dr Omar is very friendly and does an excellent job of putting you at ease while explaining the steps for your treatment. He has great bedside manner, skill and expertise The staff is also extremely welcoming and professional, going out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The entire office experience is very modern and pleasant, and patients are given the opportunity to watch whatever they want on Netflix during their treatment. I would definitely recommend this office to anybody looking for a new dentist!

Dr. Omar is an excellent dentist, professional and very friendly. I recently had a crown put in, and Dr. Omar loved my line, "Every King (or Queen) deserves a crown". Sana, on reception, always makes my day...such a wonderful smile and pleasant personality. The dental hygienists are very experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly...they take the time to answer all my questions. The new, all ground floor, location is modern, spacious, clean, and relaxing, and well situated downtown on Queen near Division, with free parking...I love the large street-level windows where the patient can see out, but passersby can't see in...call me nosey. I highly recommend Dentistry on Queen. I give it 5 crowns.

This dentist is really patient-focused and doesn't over bill/only does procedures that are necessary. I was once-upon-a-time a patient at Salvaggio Dentistry (across the street). Salvaggio does everything possible to use up a maximum amount of your insurance coverage (if you have it), and constantly has a "treatment plan" to use it all up as the years go by. Dentistry on Queen is entirely different; it's a small operation where you actually get to know the dentist. And the dentist really seems to care about your dental health and minimizing the number of procedures to only those that are necessary. (Instead of maximizing them to use up all your insurance coverage.) I trust this dentist and probably you will too.

The dentist does everything himself even cleaning and the hygienist does front desk and cleaning they did good crowns but nothing super extra. I find the dentist good but a little rough on cleaning. No extras no coffee, drinks, chap sticks or even TV.
