We have been visiting Dental Square for our dental needs for more than 2 years. Staff, including Dr. Giri, are very friendly and professional. They have a very well laid process for connecting with patients and follow-ups. One very good part with Dental Square is that they do not aim at fully completing your annual plan allocation. Unlike other dentists, I do not see push to provide services because there is a "Balance Left". Dr. Giri also provides very personal advice apart from his dentist expertise. Definitely, his motive is his client satisfaction than making few extra dollars.

Hi I just want share an experience at dental square. We were there for my dental concerns. Dr giri and his staff are so helpful and professional. They checked my wife x rays and explained every and each thing supposed to do for her teeth. They done her root canal and cleaning of cavities. Dr Giri’s associate doctor done that job very well. Awesome Dr Giri and his staff. I had very first emergency visit yesterday with no appointment no call just walk in. They said they are quite full for the day and can book me for coming week. I have to leave for my vacation so as I requsted they took me in with no wait time . For someone who hates going for a dentist appointment, I have to admit that going to Dental Square is not that bad. I had a pain-free experience when going in for a cavity filling. Great Staff, Amazing Dentist and hygienist. I had to have an emergency root canal and they ensured that I understood what the procedure was, what the complications were, advantages and disadvantages. They also ensured I was not in pain and put me on antibiotics right away. This was all in the first appointment with them! I was so pleased with them, that for my subsequent appointment I got my whole family to come and get their cleaning done. We're a family of 6. We have never had a good experience with any dentist and this office surpassed any expectations we had. Our children had a pleasant time, as did my husband. Dr Giri is introduced by my neighbor, I had multiple tooth fillings & a wisdom tooth extraction from him. I had the best experience with his treatment & the tooth extraction was done so convincingly without any pain (yes literally) that I didn't even took painkillers prescribed post procedure, he has some good artistic hands to perform those procedures :). The staff is very polite and always welcoming. The prices are very reasonable and if you have dental insurance coverage they have direct billing of the claims. I recommend this clinic & Dr. Giridhar for dental care/treatment for your entire family.

Horrible experience ever. I went to check up and clean my teeth and then the doctor wanted to do a filler gavity for seven of my teeth and one extraction and I did not feel any pain or problem in my teeth I did just the scale work. The prices are very high and they manipulate with the real prices and do unnecessary procedures just to gain money without caring about patient. Scamming and I strongly DO NOT recommend this suspicious clinic. By the way I took my X-ray from this clinic and showed them to another dentist and he told me that there was no problem in any teeth and never need to do a filler gravity. Simply negative _

Dr. Giri and his staff have done an excellent job implementing measures to ensure the safety of both their clients and staff. For instance, clients need to book appointments well ahead of their visit, as well as fill out a questionnaire to confirm that they have not come into contact with the virus. Moreover, upon arrival, patients are asked to wait in their car until called to ensure that the waiting area is not crowded and patients maintain a 2 metre distance. In addition to this, once inside the office, patients are given protective equipment such as gloves and shoe covers as a precautionary measure. All in all, the team at Dental Sqaure has done a tremendous job caring for their patients in such troubling times.

Visit the dental office for the first time at the end of June as a new patient. Dr.Giri explained to me about my current teeth situation and came up with a recovery plan in detail, along with dental hygiene advises. I just had one root canal done 3 days ago in the front teeth, no pain at all other than the needle for numbing the area. Also did two other teeth fillings in one setting. I was really happy with the results! Today I had my second root canal done in one of the molars which happens to have 4 root canals in one teeth instead of the expected 3. Dr.Giri explained the whole situation to me and made a decision on the spot to clean the 4th canal and finish the operation. He is very helpful, friendly and trustworthy dentist that always think about my best way. All the stuff members are friendly and welcoming too. Would highly recommend anyone who needs dental help!

I met Dr. Giridhar for the first time recently with regards to a dental problem. Dr Giridhar was very cooperative. He was elaborate and explained in detail what was wrong with my tooth. He was upfront and stated the exact nature of the problem in the truest sense. He explained where the root cause of the problem was and what it would entail to solve the problem. When he was in doubt about a certain issue he was transparent and honest to convey whether an additional procedure would be required. Dr Giridhar also gave a precise estimate of the cost involved and suggested what the plan B would be if plan A is not successful. Moreover, Dr. Giridhar was able to understand budgetary constraints and willing to work with me to the best of his ability. In a nutshell, he was patient, cooperative, transparent and open, and empathetic.

In 2012, my teeth were full of pain and I went to see Dr. Giridhar. I liked his approach and how he treated me. He is very patient and explains procedures so I am comfortable. He explained everything in our common language so I really understood what he was talking about. I also appreciated that he saw me on short notice when I had a very painful situation and he got me over it without much discomfort I never seen such a wonderful doctor, who can do all types of treatments with minimal pain. I am afraid of Dentists before going to Dr Giridhar, I visited 2 Dentists before going to this Doctor, the other dentist's told me that they have to remove one of my tooth or do a Root canal , But Doctor Giridhar avoided the ROOT Canal and did an excellent job and fixed my tooth without Root canal and saved my original tooth. I am sure other doctor might have drilled my tooth and did a root canal and made money from my insurance company. I am glad I found a Good Dental doctor who has good ethics, He will discuss and explain you pro's and con's and suggest you what is best for you before doing any treatment. I highly recommend his services if you want painless treatment.

I am going to Dental Square from past 3 yrs. I know Dr Giri personally from past 10 yrs. He is very hard working, bright and compassionate person. He does only necessary dentistry and never is after your insurance money. I have 100% trust in him both as an individual and exceptional clinician. He is the BEST dentist in the GTA so far I have seen. He has excellent knowledge and I love to visit him for any concern related to my teeth. after seeing such good reviews i couldn't resist going to this doctor for general teeth checkup. It was my worst Nightmare though he try to be honest but he is not. He screwed up one of my tooth because he couldn't do the filling properly when i complained of acute pain he said it needed a RCT. I couldn't sleep whole night and he called me in again next day and charge 400$ on my insurance as an emergency visit and was sent again after reducing the height of the tooth. It took me around 5 months to get rid off that pain completely after i stopped eating from that side. Not going back to him.

I was referred to Dr. Giri by a family friend, and I must thank that family friend daily! My first impressions of the office was just how clean the facility is. I always find it ironic how some dental offices preach about hygiene and cleanliness, yet their offices aren't clean at all. I went to Dr. Giri looking to straighten and whiten my teeth. My first visit was a consultation for possible options moving forward. As a 19-year-old, metal braces were not an option for me, and I was looking to fix my teeth in a more stealthy fashion. Dr.Giri mentioned not every patient can be recommended for Invisalign, but said that I was an ideal candidate. Dr. Giri was very clear about the process, and answered all my questions in great depth. He's an approachable doctor, and doesn't take long to get comfortable with. A great communicator! After getting impressions of my teeth done for Invisalign, an official package plan was sent to the doctor that showed how Invisalign would repair my teeth weekly. This was the most exciting part of the process, as you could see the potential changes unfold. I was given 24 aligners, that I am supposed to wear for 20-22 hours a day. The aligners get changed every two weeks, as your teeth begin to shift. You take the aligners out when you want to eat/drink, or to brush your teeth. The great thing about Invisalign is, unlike braces, you can remove them to eat your favourite foods! I'm three aligners into my process/six weeks, and I can't be happier about how the process has unfolded thus far. It was a bit weird getting used to the aligners at first, but they become second-nature after just a couple days. The pain for the first couple days, and when you change your aligners is mild. I recommend changing your aligners at night, so you can sleep through the pain (if present.) Overall, the doctor involved in this process has made it simpler for me as a patient. The office's cleanliness is greatly appreciated. The staff is extremely friendly, and always willing to have a chat with you. Thank you Dr. Giri, going to the dentist is now exciting and painless!

There's so much awesomeness to this dental office, where do I begin!? The environment at Dr. Poonam's office will help you relax and feel comfortable while you receive your dental treatments. They understand that many people are afraid that there will be some pain associated with dental treatment and they work to alleviate both the pain and the fears. My entire family (myself, hubby, our 10yo daughter, 4yo daughter, my younger brother, my mother and SIL) enjoy our trips to this dental office. My 4yo asks weekly to be booked in for a check up every Friday she says (lol) as she absolutely loves being there! Everyone there is very friendly and devoted to what they do. From the receptionists to the hygienists to Dr. Poonam himself they always manage to ensure we leave with a huge smile.
