Been my dentist office for over 20 years. Over the years, the quality slipped and customer service is garbage. They tell me not to worry about a minimal outstanding balance and to pay it when I come in next (couple months in the future) by the next month I get a notice I'm in collections. Well.... Thanks, after so many years of being your client, and after the scandal and arrest of one of your staff members, tell me one thing about payment arrangements and place me in collections with no warning? For real? I got a new dentist and they can keep their quackery. Good luck!

Im not sure what is exactly going on. Dr Peter Dan has been my Dentist for 30+ years. I do go for regular checkups and cleaning . Had a root canal done a few months ago and a few days ago it cracked and filling came out. I found a new dentist went for a check up And the Dentist said my teeth are in very bad shape. The Dentist showed me on the computer screen what was going on in my mouth and it was not good. DR PETER DAN has never showed me the X trays of my teeth in 30 years. I'm very unhappy and disappointed in him. Now I have to get that teeth removed and have a dental implant. The cost is around 3,600 dollars . Every time I go to him he says my teeth are in good shape . I found out today that This is untru. I also need to remove 2 more teeth that are in very bad shape. I'm in SHOCK!!!! I can't believe he would not tell me the truth and try to help me make a decision about my health. I wouldn't be returning to his Office and my family won't be returning also. This is my opinion Please make sure if you do go to his office you ask questions ask to see the xtrays. Could just be me but could be bad work. And carelessness .

I suffer from panic and anxiety Dr. Grewal went beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that I was doing okay.The whole staff was very nice and sweet and they all treat you like family. I will recommend this dental office.

I was very worried about coming to this dentist because of the reviews that they got on here but I decided to still go seeing that I already booked my appointment and it being so close to home. The receptionist ladies were okay nothing special. They weren’t rude or extremely nice so I don’t have any complaints about them. The dental assistant was very nice! She was so sweet and made sure that I was comfortable while she was cleaning my teeth. The only issue that I had honestly was with the actual dentist “the guy”. He wasn’t rude but he was very quick and didn’t take his time to communicate with me. I wish he would have sat down and actually communicated with me and given me my options and tell me what was wrong with my teeth in detail. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I booked another appointment with them because I wasn’t displeased. If I had to give them 1-10 rating it would be a 6 wasn’t horrible but they can definitely fix a few things to make patience feel more welcomed and informed.

My family and I had a great experience at Centennial dental! The receptionist and hygienist were very nice and answered my questions regarding my insurance. Dr Grewal did an awesome job explaining the procedure and it really helped relieve my anxiety about going to see the dentist after so long. If you’re nervous to go to the dentist, I highly recommend this place!

Every one from the front desk to the hygienists to Dr. Grewal have made me feel welcome like I’m an old friend, they were attentive, thorough and made me feel safe. Honestly, it doesn't even deserve a star. Dr.Peter Dan was looking after my teeth. But while he was doing that he gave me a root Connell without telling me I had an infection in my gums and did not prescribe me anything antibiotics for it nor pain killers until I went back because my mouth felt on fire. The receptionist had to tell me I had an infection in my gum and to come back to receive prescriptions for it. Also he did a root Connell again and during that procedure the numbing came off and I felt everything but I was trying to tell them and they did not stop the procedure to give me more numbing medication. I had enough to I switched dentist and they first time that I saw my new dentist he told me I had gingivitis and starting on gum disease , so all that time I was seeing Dr. peter Dan he couldn't tell me and help treat it ?? no he just wanted the money. The new dentist also took x-rays and all the fillings I had done by Dr. Peter Dan he did wrong and its only causing tooth decay in my mouth. So now I'm in debt with this place and for what ? bad service and a worse mouth? I was very descriptive in the detail and I'm sorry for it but I just want people to understand and know before you decide to became a patient here. Maybe I can sure him for melpractice ? I don't know but anyone and everyone I can deter from this place I will and even if its just my word of mouth ill make it known this isn't a proper dentist.

I have been coming here since I was really little and remember being on the kids photo wall for no cavities. My family fantastic dentist passed in 2020 but I'm still a patient cause I love the staff and hygienists.

I went to this office last year to look anoit my teeth the dentist filled my teeth for me and a couple weeks later the filling came out . I called back to book a next apointment but something with family came up so I ended up missing the apointment . I made a call yesterday to book an apointment again the last Then told me I missed an apointment so this is my last one I can get if I miss it I can’t come Back to the office mind you I am on onTario works and it’s hard to find dentist that will take us . So I got ready and went to the bank because my card was having issues called a Uber and as soon as I got in the Uber I made I call to them I was lettin them know I’m a few mins late but I am on the way right now I’ll be there shortly the last them laughed over the phone and said ur apointment is over I said I’m a few mins late but I’m in the car right now I’ll be there ASAP miss and she kept Laughing like there’s something funny if that’s how they treat people that’s crazy people should have some understanding on top of that my filling came out

I have never been a fan of the dentist, how ever, Dr. Grewal is amazing. All the staff are very friendly and always happy. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone who needs dental work done. Dr. Grewal is very good at her job, she makes you feel comfortable and is very gentle.

Great and knowledgeable dentist . Had some dental work done and really happy with the end result.. Dentist and assistants are courteous and professional would have liked to give 5*, but receptions are abrupt and rude. Don't listen even when proven wrong . Note to the dentists please train your receptions to have acceptable manners.

Used to love this dentist when Dr. Rohringer was there. I have a dentist phobia and he always made me feel comfortable. Also, I dont have benefits and he always worked with me because I went regularly. Since he left...the front desk staff and hygienists are still amazing but.... I get it's covid but they did not inform me they were only doing scaling before I went (my friend in Georgetown had a full cleaning). There was no discount. I asked for the same discount Dr. Roghringer gave for people that dont have benefits and they only took $20 off.

Watch out for the office at Bramalea road near the Hospital. Customer service is very poor. Only interested at grabbing your money. Patients beware - check your statements from your insurance company. Reception will make claims to the insurance company and pay themselves.It happened to me.

Absolutely horrible. I am warning anyone out there to not ever go to this dentist. It's in a horrible area I was constantly harassed sexually by dark males that actually followed me numerous times into the dental office and they did absolutely nothing didn't ask the man to leave they just sat and watched. One time I had my underage sister with me and this happened that was the last straw for me. I had quiet a bit of work done here the dentist was extremely rude rushed through everything I had a filling put in on the Thursday (my front tooth beside my eye tooth), I told him after words that the filling didn't feel right he didn't polish it just through some bond in there and sent me on my way. Saturday came I was eating a samwhich and felt a crunch I looked in the mirror and the whole filling came out I wasn't able to find a dentist that could take me on a weekend so I had to walk around Saturday and Sunday with half of a front tooth it looked rediculous and was embarrassing. When I called them on the Monday to explain what happened the receptionist snapped at me and said it was probably my fault because fillings don't just fall out like that, I told her maybe if they spent actual time on patients and treated them with care that this wouldn't happen, she then hung up on me and proceeded to leave nasty messages on my voicemail for weeks following. So unprofessional, they are extremely rude and arrogant and their office is extremely unhygienic please do not bring yourself or your children there it is a very unsafe environment.

i have been seeing Dr rho ringer for years he is an amazing dentist. at one point i found myself without proper insurance coverage for a short time i received an amazing cost reduction for an emergency repair. i have always visited Dr rho ringer and will continue to do so as long he practices. sometime we all make mistakes and a long as he respects professional boundaries i will continue to visit
