Very nice and good at explaining what needs to be done

I procrastinated for several YEARS to address some pain I'd been having with one of my teeth. It got bad enough that I finally decided to see a dentist and chose BCC Dentistry because it was near and highly reviewed. I got the x-rays needed and it turned out I had a cavity that had reached the nerve, thus requiring the dreaded root canal, filling, then finally a dental crown over 3 visits. I can say I have had an excellent experience at this dental clinic and I highly recommend them. Highlights: -The dentists, assistants and receptionist are all kind and friendly. They even remember your name. -Highly professional, knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions. -They show me my x-rays and images to clearly explain what I need and why I need it. -Extremely honest. I never feel manipulated to have a procedure I do not need. -Clean facilities with state of the art equipment. -They are sensitive to any discomfort I may have. -The root canal, filling, crown procedures were as smooth and painless as they could make it. It wasn't nearly as scary as I thought it would be. I wasn't asked to write this review. I just want to let anyone hesitating to see a dentist to have no fear and book an appointment at this clinic. Even if I move out of the area, I will continue to make this clinic my go to place for any dental work I need.

This place has been very welcoming. the people that work here are very kind and generous. They try not to make things awkward so they ask about your day so you can feel comfortable and more at ease when they're doing your teeth. The past few months I've been coming here to get my braces on and I've never been scared once knowing that they will take good care of my teeth. I used to be scared going to the dentist but now I'm happy I'm actually quite excited to come back to the dentist. They get the work done and they didn't waste time. I'm really happy to be coming to this dentist i wouldn't want it any other way:)).

Did a thorough check and tried to save whatever they could of the rotten tooth i had. Very satisfied with the work performed on me. Overall the clinic is very hygienic and well maintained.

I have had four fillings and two root canals from both dentists here. Every time I come in for my appointment I am well pleased with their services. They do an excellent job from the reception to the dental work. I have had poor dental experiences in the past with other dentists and for a good while I have been hesitant to go to one, but when an infection had developed I finally decided to have it checked. So glad that I was referred to this clinic. All their staff are kind and pleasant. They have bottled water in their waiting area. I'm impressed at how clean their building is, how I wish more businesses would be as excellent in service and management as this clinic.

I’ve been to many dentists before coming here and I never realized how much I was being taken advantage of until I came here. The dentists and staff here are very honest hardworking people who genuinely care for your teeth and provide you with quality dental services. Not only were they super friendly, but I felt comfortable and trusted them with my teeth. Dr. Sukhpal Mangat and Jagrupan Mangat are very well trained, compassionate and provide individualized treatments. It is well worth the 30-45 minute commute demo my home! As I continue to come, the more I am thankful to have found this dentistry with these truly dedicated professionals. All the staff menbers are very cordial, the environment in the clinic is very calm and i learned alot from this clinic. The best part of clinic is patient handling. Can’t express enough how happy I am, got my braces put on here. The staff is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and they work fast. Their office is well equipped and very clean. Now I understand why this place is a five-star I had to have a root canal done and this was the closest place to my home as I live in Brampton the dentist was an absolute pleasure to deal with along with his staff they were actually very helpful even though I did not get this job done through insurance and it was paid out the pockets are very understanding and accommodated very well if you're looking for a dentist in you live in the Brampton area definitely worth checking out
