I went here many years ago only to use my insurance, having no issues. The dentist decided I needed 5 fillings done. Once the job was done they gave me a bill for over $500. I was shocked as my insurance should have covered it. When I objected they said oh the material he used isn't covered by your insurance! I was never given a choice of materials and would not have gone ahead knowing that. Not knowing what to do I paid the bill even though I was a cash-strapped student at the time. What they did was not just unethical but also not legal. Makes me angry to this day.

You must see Dr.Parneet Kaur, she is incredible and extremely professional. I’m scared of dentist then again who isn’t, but Dr.Kaur made my experience of tooth extraction very pleasant and calming, she explained everything every step of the way. She made me feel at ease and relaxed (which I have never feel at any dentist) My experience at the clinic from the time of booking with front staff to the chair and beyond was 5Star worth. great service guys keep up the great work. Wouldnt give me a quote on a wisdom tooth removal and gave a more expensive exam quote than Sterling. Its not good business practice to not give quotes or ballparks, feels like you just want me to pay for the exam and then youve already locked in $200 so it matters less if i get the extraction or not. Sterling, in the same mall, was much more helpful and gave quotes.

Altima Dental at Bramalea is a very professional dentist office. I've been going since I was a kid for regular cleaning, wisdom teeth removal, cavities and checkups. Their staff is very friendly and are handling the COVID-19 pandemic exceptionally well. I always look forward to going. Thank you for keeping my teeth at their best!

Extremely satisficed. The staff will call me and send me a reminder making sure I will not miss my appointment. The first job was performed by Dr. Panchal. He did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable at all times. He was professional, caring and concerned about how I felt during procedures. Next, I went for a dental cleaning. The job performed by their hygienist, Rachel, was above and beyond customer service expectations. She was professional, friendly, careful during the whole session. Both Dr. Panchal and Rachel provided me with excellent advice. Also, the receptionist would tell me that she would double check with my insurer if the service will be covered and would keep me informed. They all went an extra mile at all times. My future dental needs will continue to be at Altima Bramalea dental care.

I called Altima Dental yesterday with a dental emergency, the porcelain cap from my front tooth completely broke off!! ( I was devastated and thought it would be days or weeks before I could even get a temporary cap or crown put on). However, once I arrived at the office I was greeted by the Office Manager Nokie, who was very pleasant and had such a vibrant personality. Just the welcome alone from her allowed me to feel comfortable as I don’t enjoy having dental work done! Not my favourite thing!! I was then welcomed by the Dental Assistant Surekha. Surekha made sure I felt calm and relaxed throughout the entire visit. She answered my questions and reassured me and even held my hand when I felt anxious! She was great! This was my first encounter with Dr Jackson, he did an amazing job restoring my tooth, he was extremely pleasant, gentle and very skilled. He had excellent chair side manners and explained every part of the procedure. I felt I was in good hands through every step of the process. I was there for about 2 hours from beginning to end and the entire time I felt reassured by the team of experts that worked together ensuring my overall experience would be a good one! And it was! I would highly recommend Altima Dental for their professionalism, expertise and quality service when it comes to treating their clients. I was very satisfied with the service considering I did not have an appointment and I walked in with an emergency. The team was very accomadating and I was able to walk out at the end with a full set of teeth intact and a smile! ???? Thank you so much guys!

Worst place ever. This corporation does not invest in its tools or products. I had several filling needed to be replaced in less than a year. Went to a new dentist that utilizes new technology, digit x-rays, and had actual office not cubbies where you can hear the other dentist drilling. This dental office is about 10+ years behind. Also, after my last few bad experiences with Dr. Jackson, major pain while being worked on and repeat visits to have the same tooth fixed, I have now realized after being elsewhere this is not normal. I wasn't frozen properly and Dr. Jackson work is less than adequate.

Hello, We visited your location once about a couple of years ago and have now received notices that our account is in arrears for an amount of $40.60. We were never notified of this charge after our appointment was complete and only now have we seen your dental office attempting to get $40 off of my wife and I. This is a very unprofessional way of doing business (especially since you have been spamming us with e-mails ever since we first visited your office) and we have only been there once because of it. Booked my Daughter in for a follow up as she had a Cavity filled less than three weeks ago. subsequently she experienced uncomfortable pain around the tooth area took her to see the dentist to have it checked out. They charged for x-rays and a check up, $238, resolved nothing, coated her tooth with a gel and sent her home. Here we are a week later and the tooth pain has returned and here we go again back to see them and another charge for no solution. I’ve been going to the Brampton location for close to 35 years my wife has been going there for 45 years. It’s become a case that you’re no longer a patient you’re just a dollar sign to them. I will be looking for alternative dental care for my family and myself.

I had teeth cleaning done at Altima dental a few days ago When I got my bill, I noticed 4 units of scaling done. I have been going there for years and I have never had 4 units done. The hygienist was going over and over again with water cleaning wand and looking back at clock while doing this. I was only there for cleaning last year and this was not necessary. She tried to tell me teeth were dirty but never have I had 4 units before. I told her up front I needed to save money on my plan for dentist as I needed to have my teeth fixed. .Since she charged so much the dentist did 2 teeth but told me I would not have enough coverage for other 2 teeth. This was a very bad experience on my behalf since hygienist just did what she wanted without my consent. Nancy

Altima is usually good except when they scheduled me for a cleaning based on my benefits coverage, only to find out my benefits were maxed, and I had to pay out-of-pocket. They gave me a discount to compensate for this, but I was still disappointed as I only went in due to having benefits to cover the cost. :(

I went back to them in December because my front tooth broke. They told me they could do nothing, and needed a crown which I can't afford. I went to another dentist who was pleasant, and fixed the same tooth that they claimed needed a crown. He always checks to see if okay, because of epilepsy.The dentist now is helping me fix the damages they had done. So today I check my mail I received a no show charge. I never confirmed an appointment, and definitely would not have made that appointment after that last visit. Stay away unless you want your teeth ruined. They'll charge you for an appointment you never made, or confirmed. If there excuse is I've cancelled in past, well its because I cannot predict my seizures to give them 48 hours notice. The best thing to do is STAY AWAY you'll have to pay more money just to get your teeth fixed from the damages they'll do. I'm so done with them. I'm so mad wish I go back , and warn myself to a STAY AWAY.

I have been a client of Altima for almost 10 years now - I have never been so disappointed and frustrated by a dental hygienist. I have seen her two times now, both times she kept me waiting for over 20 minutes. The first visit she explained to me she needed a break and went to get food as to why she kept me waiting. This visit I was waiting again only to see her bring her family members back and preform services on them as I was waiting again for 20 minutes. Then she explained to me she was working on her kids because they weren’t brushing properly at home. Then as she was finally starting to work on me she started speaking in another language to co workers in front of me. She also told me to see another Dentist - when I only go to Altima to see Dr Atta - would not recommend dental hygienists here and now I’m considering finding another Dental provider.
