Over a month ago, I made an appointment at this clinic for a filling of two teeth (lateral incisors). The specificity was that the two teeth had to be done on the same day, a few hours after my braces were removed, in order to return immediately after the operation to my orthodontist to take the mold from my mouth in order to produce my appliance. dental. When I made my appointment, I was very clear by mentioning this specificity to them on several occasions, which I was confirmed not to be a problem. The day of my appointment, after removing my braces, I go to the clinic. During the operation, I am told that I will have to make another appointment in order to do the second tooth. After having discussed at length with the receptionist (the one who scheduled my appointment) as well as the dentist, I am told that a certain programming problem has occurred and that I have therefore not been allocated enough time to do both teeth (one hour had been scheduled to do both teeth. Even I, far from being a dentist, know very well that this is an irrational time frame.) This therefore implies making another appointment , take another leave of absence from work to return to the clinic (which is not glued to my home) and finally reschedule my appointment with my orthodontist to make the mold after the operation on my second tooth. The worst part about it all is that neither the dentist nor the receptionist even pretended to be sorry, or even touched on the possibility that they were wrong, they blamed it all on the system and told me the only option was to come back another time. To top it off, at the end of my second appointment, the same receptionist tried to charge me $ 20 more than the first transaction. When I pointed out the price difference to her, she looked at her computer and said "Ah, yes, I'll change that". It's not for me to tell you your prices, and you certainly don't need more funding from your clients. Bonus point, during my first cleaning at this clinic, a few weeks before removing my braces, Mr. Tapiero told me that the procedure was going to be to have my braces removed, to come and do my filling, and to return braces for the remaining few weeks of my treatment. What an absurdity, my orthodontist did not understand it. * I must however admit that the work done on my teeth was of quality, credits to the young dentist in question. In short, this experience clearly shows me the flagrant lack of professionalism of this clinic as well as an obvious lack of respect towards its clients. If, however, I had been offered a simple apology or admitted our faults, I would consider returning, but no, then I will not return. Je ne suis habituellement pas du genre à laisser des commentaires mais cette fois-ci, je me sens obligé de partager. Il y a plus d'un mois, j'ai pris un rendez-vous à cette clinique pour un remplissage de deux dents (incisives latérales). La spécificité était que les deux dents devaient être faites le même jour, soit quelques heures après qu'on me retira mes broches, afin de retourner immédiatement après l'opération chez mon orthodontiste pour prendre le moule de ma bouche en vue de produire mon appareil dentaire. Lorsque j'ai pris mon rendez-vous, j'ai été très clair en leur mentionnant cette spécificité à multiple reprises, ce qu'on m'a confirmé ne pas être un problème. Le jour de mon rendez-vous, après avoir retiré mes broches, je me présente à la clinique. Pendant l'opération, on m'annonce que je devrai prendre un autre rendez-vous afin de faire la deuxième dent. Après avoir longuement discuté avec la réceptionniste (celle qui a cédulé mon rendez-vous) ainsi que la dentiste, on m'affirme qu'un certain problème de programmation s'est produit et qu'on ne m'a donc pas attribué assez de temps pour faire les deux dents (une heure avait été programmée pour faire mes deux dents. Même moi, loin d'être dentiste, sait très bien que c'est une plage de temps irrationnelle.) Ceci implique donc prendre un autre rendez-vous, prendre un autre congé de travail pour revenir à la clinique (qui n'est pas collée à mon domicile) et finalement re-déculer mon rendez-vous chez mon orthodontiste pour faire le moule après l"opération sur ma deuxième dent. Le pire dans tout cela, c'est que ni la dentiste, ni la réceptionniste n'a même fait semblant d'être désolé, ou même effleuré la possibilité qu'ils étaient dans l'erreur, ils ont tout blâmé sur le système et m'ont dit que la seule option était de revenir une autre fois. Pour couronner le tout, à la fin de mon deuxième rendez-vous, la même réceptionniste a tenter de me charger 20$ de plus qu'à la première opération. Lorsque je lui ai fait remarqué la différence de prix, elle a regardé son ordinateur et dit "Ah, oui, je vous change ça". Ce n'est pas à moi de vous dire vos prix, et vous n'avez certainement pas besoin de plus de financement de vos clients. Point bonus, lors de mon premier nettoyage à cette clinique, quelques semaines avant de retirer mes broches, Mr. Tapiero m'a dit que la procédure allait être de me faire retirer mes broches, de venir faire mon remplissage, et de retourner me faire poser des broches pour les quelques semaines restantes à mon traitement. Quelle absurdité, mon orthodontiste n'y comprenait rien. *Je dois toutefois admettre que le travail fait sur mes dents fut de qualité, crédits à la jeune dentiste en question. Bref, cette expérience me démontre clairement le manque flagrant de professionnalisme de cette clinique ainsi qu'une absence évidente de respect envers ses clients. Si, ne serait-ce, on m'avait présenté de simples excuses ou on avait admis nos fautes, je considérerais y retourner, mais non, alors je n'y retournerai plus.

Dentist and nurses all were very good but the front desk seems to get mixed up alot Edit: that's because they are ! Found out they scheduled my kids appointments in such a way that if they had waited for one of them 15 days it wouldn't have cost me $350 out of pocket I'm an unemployed construction worker being threatened with collections for a bill caused by their mistake. I made an appointment at this office as they advertise on their website they do Invisalign and was told I was seeing an orthodontist. I waited 15 minutes for an appointment that took 2 minutes and was told I needed to see an orthodontist which I was under the assumption I was doing. This establishment should not be advertising for a service they can not provide. I was then charged the consultation fee. Complete and utter waste of time and I will NEVER return or recommend this office.

We have been clients at Tapiero, Bouhadana for almost 7 years now, and I mean client because this is how you feel when you are at their place. Dr Bouhadana and Dr Tapiero are great professional, in their hand you now everything will go well, they take care of every detail. We have had orthodontist care for my younger daughter, surgery for the wisdom tooth for the oldest, and my husband and I have had all type of treatments and surgeries. They are always available when you call. Everything ALWAYS goes perfect! There is no other way with them! On top of everything they are amicable, kind and make you fell like family. They will accommodate any request to help you in all the ways they can, I would recommend them with my eyes closed, I can’t imagine why would you go elsewhere!
