Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This is the best dentist I've ever been too.. kelly( dental assistant) is exceptionally nice and very easy to talk to. Makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The office is very clean and the waiting room is comfortable with a nice big flat screen TV to watch while you're waiting.. I would reccomend this dental office to anyone wanting or needing dental care....absolutely fantastic all the way around!!! Great job guys!!!

I called this place after my 8 yr old daughter cracked her front adult tooth. Even though they were busy doing their yearly CPR and first aid training, they dropped everything to help someone who wasn't their client. They greeted us at the door and rushed her in. Dr Paul calmed my daughter and made her more concerned with what to watch on Netflix (because the tv is right in front of the chair) than on her tooth. Within two hours of the incident my daughter was smiling with a fixed tooth and free toy. He took before and after photos to show her in a tablet as well! Moreover, Dr Paul texted is the next day to check in on her progress. Dr Paul and his team have the best bed side manner of any medical team I can remember going back 25 years. My family is switching over all of our dental needs to this office. Please, if you're on the fence about finding a good dental team, call them and book an appointment.

Dr Paul and his team were very helpful .. I am an international student .. new to this city. I was having a severe tooth ache due to an improper crown.. The province was under lock down at that time. I was unsure of what to do at this situation as I was new to this place and didn't know people around here who could help. I had found out about waterfront dentistry .. and messaged them .. at late night as I couldn't sleep due the pain. And on the very next moring Dr Paul had called me and got to know more about my situation and immediately had precribed the right medication and were also ready to treat me without prior appointment. I was really relieved after visiting his office ... his team were supportive and helped me with my insurance too. I came to this office with an emergency - not only was I treated with care and genuine concern, I was treated immediately for a complicated extraction with Dr. Hern. Being only days before Christmas, I was terrified I would have to endure the pain I was in - not only did they spend more time on the extraction visit, but they also provided post op care with Dr. Paul just days after Christmas when it appeared an infection took hold. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answered any questions I had, they provided a wonderful environment and the procedures went off fantastically. I liked the fact that the doctors send post-service email asking about how the patients are recovering. My father is still recovering from deep dental cleaning and two teeth fillings. They are extremely thorough, approachable and patient whilst explaining your dental/oral situation and provide visuals to help you understand the situation. The only complaint is that I didn't find them earlier in my life when many of the problems I now face could have been prevented. It is shocking that I did not receive a comprehensive dental exam like the one they provided until 28 years old... They put many other dentists to shame. She is very professional and made sure my every need was met during my visits. Dr Paul is the most thorough dentist I have ever met. He explained all of the necessary procedures to me and what my options were. He even followed up with me after my visits by email to ensure I was doing okay. Yesterday, Dr. Paul performed a procedure on my son, as requested by my son’s orthodontist. Today, my son’s orthodontist and four members of his team gathered around to see the exemplary work that was done by Dr. Paul and his team. Most of us would never know about or understand how to evaluate this sort of thing, but Dr. Paul’s skill was noteworthy enough that 5 people who see inside all sorts of mouths (my son’s orthodontic team) made a point of recognizing that the procedure was done so well. Jan.17/18 I had the misfortune of breaking off half my cap on my front tooth. Panic set in! I'm 71yrs. of age & realize my teeth may not be long for this world. I had always taken extremely good care of my teeth but the past many years they'd had none. Unfortunately the dentist that had done my last work was no longer in operation & I decided to try Waterfront Dentistry. Several people had recommended this practice so I decided now was as good a time as any to give it a try! I realized as I entered that there is seldom a chance in any business of getting service without a long standing appointment so didn't hold much hope. As I walked in I was taken with the happy atmosphere & the many smiles greeting me. I told the very pleasant lady at the front desk what had happened & that I was not a patient. With no further explanations she told me I would require a 'sit down' with Dr. Paul & kindly escorted me into an examining room. I was then attended by yet another very happy smiling young woman who explained that she was going to take an x ray.....was I alright? Feeling rather ill at the mornings happenings I just told her I was a little shakey. She informed me that there had been a cancellation so Dr. Paul was able to see me. Within the next hour & a half I was treated with the utmost respect & kindness by all & had my cap temporarily repaired. I was so very impressed by the sunshine in that office that day & the aura around every staff member was something you rarely see. Dr. Paul was delightful & explained in language I understood what the situation was with my teeth. Although this was my first visit, I felt like these were people I'd known forever. I will definitely be returning to have future work done there & highly recommend this business to anyone. I really enjoy my visits to the dentist here. Traditionally, dentist want you to open your mouth and sit there while they work, leaving you walking away without really knowing what was done. The great thing about Waterfront Dentistry, is that Dr. Paul goes through your whole visit step by step. Photos are taken of your teeth so you can SEE what issues need to be addressed. I've had photos take during my procedures, it's amazing! Dr. Paul is great at educating his patients on why it's so important to maintain oral health. I can definitely say I have a greater appreciation and understanding of my own oral health. This makes it not only easier, but fun to take care of your teeth. My family and I have been seeing Dr Hern for years. He is an amazing dentist. I was a little worried when Dr Paul took over. Dr Paul and his crew are very nice. Dr Paul really cares about your teeth and making sure you know exactly what needs to be done. He projects your teeth onto the tv screen in the room so you can see and follow along with his explanation and concerns. I would totally recommend Waterfront Dentistry to anyone. Almost forgot to mention. I chipped my front tooth and Dr Paul repaired it so you can't tell that I ever chipped it. Also, one night my hubby and I were eating wings at a near by restaurant. Hubby bit into the wing and a chunk of tooth fell out. Waterfront Dentistry was open late that night so we packed up our food and headed straight over. We were so happy that they were able to get him right in for the repair. I can't say enough good things about everyone who works there and the great job they all do.

Dr. Paul is now the new owner where I have practiced Dental Hygiene for the past 23 years. I have to admit I was concerned for him being accepted by the patients since a lot people have a hard time with change. I figured he had his work cut out for him. Boy was I wrong the patients are loving him and I know why. He is genuine and has a caring and comical personality that make patients feel instantly comfortable. Although I may be a year or two older then him lol I find we are like minded. We both believe in what we are saying so and have the patients best interest at heart and I know the patients pick up on that. The added bonus Dr. Paul comes with a wealth of knowledge as well as extensive specialized training such as periodontal disease, implants and cosmetics kind of like making the office a one stop treatment center. Another favorite is Dr. Paul uses photos so patients can see what he sees allowing them to make informed decisions and be part of the treatment plan. How great is that !! 5 stars all the way! But only because i am unable to give 10 stars or I definitely would. I don't even know where to begin.. I reached out to these amazing people, along with a prayer and they answered. I was contacted back near immediately, on the phone by Corry after sharing my story with them. A story of disappointment, insecurities, sadness not to mention heartache and great loss. They went out of their way to book an appointment for me as soon as the next day (which is almost unheard of) as I'm sure they were booking weeks in advance. But here I was with a next day appointment. I was told by Corry, that Waterfront Dentistry had read my story and that they were willing to help in the most unexpected way, but I wouldn't know just how much they would help until that next day appt. I was greeted and treated very well as I entered the office, which by the way I was quiet scared and anxious of, not knowing what to expect. However, those feelings were quickly diminished and gone once I met the wonderful staff there. They made me feel very comfortable, welcomed and reassured that I would be taken care of throughout my visit there and that's exactly what they did. (Took care of me) and then some! I was taken inside to the dental chair to be examined, the entire time being told step by step exactly what they were going to do, which made me feel very at ease, the dental assistant was very informative and pleasant as well. Dr Paul then came in and greeted me by first name and said that he had heard my story (That I won't get into here as it's very personal and regarding the death of a close family member) along with my troubles with confidence and the lack of wanting to smile because of teeth that needed work, and it had touched him, that it hit very close to home and that we were meant to meet as he believed in fate and validity of my story, and that is EXACTLY what it was, "fate". Dr.Paul offered to do not only what I had asked him to do in my letter, But offered to fix everything that needed to be fixed with my teeth at NO cost to me. I couldn't believe it and I still can't. He was so polite, well spoken and generous... I was literally beside myself and thanked him probably 10 times. He explained to me everything he had planned to do and made sure I understood what it would entail, that it would be a lot of work but he was up for the task... What a thoughtless and amazing thing to do for someone not to mention a stranger.. Financially I could never afford to repay this man and his entire staff at the practice of Waterfront Dentistry.. I would truly, from the bottom of my heart like to thank and express my gratitude to him and the entire team. My teeth were in bad shape when I discovered Dr Paul. He did a tremendous work, replacing several teeth broken by teeth grinding during my sleep – and ugly front teeth - with 10 beautiful crowns! Unlike all the other dentists I have known, he takes a lot of pictures and sends it to you which gives you a very accurate idea about the state of your teeth. I have struggled with my teeth for over twenty years. I have never felt confident to smile, and it's been very frustrating. I have always felt that with the many issues I have that there should be an overall "Plan", but that never seemed to be the case with the dentists I've visited. At least not until I went to see Dr. Paul. I broke a filing in my front tooth on a Saturday morning, and for cosmetic reasons I did not want to wait until Monday to have it fixed. My dentist was closed on week-ends, and when I called Waterfront Dentistry they took me in that day, even though I was not a patient. The office itself was bright, welcoming, clean, and calming. The staff was considerate and very personable, especially Dr. Paul's assistant Tina. Instead of just addressing the immediate issue I was squeezed in for, he took several pictures of my mouth and explained, and took the time to answer my questions without me feeling rushed. He asked me what I wanted overall for my teeth, and of course I told him I wanted them to be perfect. His response was for us to get a plan in place. FINALLY!! The fillings he did look great, and he probably asked me every minute if I was doing okay during the procedure. He also personally followed-up the next day to make sure everything was all good. This is the first time I have had true confidence in a dentist to accomplish what I've wanted for so long, and it was truly unlike any visit I've ever had.

After reading Dr. Paul’s excellent reviews we decided he was the one and we are very happy to say it was the best decision we could have made. From our first visit to his very attractive high tech office we found Dr. Paul and his staff to be caring, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and more than happy to explain and discuss everything in detail with you. Dr. Paul outlined a treatment plan for both my wife and I that would put our teeth in optimal condition along with colour photos of the teeth in question and what needed to be done with them. Neither of us have ever been given a treatment plan such as this with so much detail and the time Dr. Paul took to explain it all to us. I have since had three fillings and a crown on a tooth I was beginning to have problems with and am very happy with the results. Not only was Dr. Paul very gentle during the procedure, he followed up twice within the next few days to see how I was and if I had any problems. He also sent along colour photos of before and after pictures of the teeth that were worked on. If you are looking for a dentist who is caring, gentle, extremely knowledgeable and has your best interests at heart, we would both highly recommend Dr. Paul and his staff.

Just an amazing place. Doctor Paul, Trish and Lori were wondering as well as the 2 hygienist sorry forgot their names. I was in terrible pain was seen the next day. Several days later had more work done pain free. Received a call from Doctor Paul the next day to see how I was doing. Absolutely a wonderful amazing staff and group of people. I highly recommend this place so professionally well run place I’m fairly new in Belleville and was concerned and always fearfully of getting any dental work. They made me feel at ease. Great people. I recently moved to Belleville. 2 weeks prior to moving o found out I had a cracked tooth that would require major work so opted not to do it in my original location. I researched dentists in Belleville and decided to try here. 3 days before my appointment the crack must have gotten worse as the pain was brutal. Once I called the after hours number, I had antibiotics and something for pain. When I got to see Dr. Paul, he was thorough and gave me a treatment plan. Personal, friendly and super helpful, Dr Paul and team were so amazing. I am so grateful for the care they provided.

I was slightly nervous knowing I would need a lot of dental work but the staff and Dr. Paul have put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable during my initial visits. They take the time to explain what they are doing and what needs to be done in future so you don’t feel like you are on an assembly line. Also the personal email from Dr. Paul inquiring about any issues after treatment is a nice touch, I don’t think I have ever had that experience with any other doctor.

Plenty of cheerful faces once you enter the office. Lori works efficiently to ensure the needs of the patients are met and goes above and beyond in greeting them once they arrive. Shelby and Courtney, while new to the practice are a great fit to the team. Courtney is Dr.Pauls right hand and is swift in fulfilling assistant tasks upon request. Shelby is such a fun bundle of joy with the brightest smile. She keeps the flow of the office going through ordering supplies, cleaning instruments and assisting in any other area she may be needed. Best office in the Quinte area, offering professional and educational dental care for many and are top dog for a reason.

Being new to Belleville I had concerns about finding a new dentist. Based on the outstanding Google reviews for Dr. Paul and his team at Waterfront Dentistry I decided to give them a try. A couple of months later following a checkup, cleanings, extractions , 2 crowns and filling replacement work (I'm an older model with lots of miles) I can give a solid 5 star rating to a wonderful team. The pictures and post procedure follow up are also a nice touch.

Most of us at one time or another have experienced the stress of having to change our various medical practitioners due to relocating a residence and other reasons. Like rolling the dice in a way. When I moved to the Belleville area last year I knew no one in the area whom I could ask about a new Dentist. I had been going to the same Dr. for 50 years. As it turns out, I feel very fortunate to have landed with Dr Paul and his very warm and friendly staff. They all take the time to explain all aspects of the various thorough procedures and even the billing. When questions arise, even when not at an appointment, they are all very prompt in their responses and explanations. Of course, I’d much rather not go to the dentist-ever, but seeing as how most of us do...I’m very comfortable in recommending Dr. Anjay Paul and the Waterfront Dentistry as a very comfortable choice for their attention and care.

My husband and I came to this clinic about a year ago. Dr Paul was very friendly and did a good job. He asked us to review him, which we did plan on doing. However, we didn't get to it right away. He texted more then once and called us and even emailed us about it. One of his partners (I'm not sure how they are associated) also emailed us about it. In total they asked 5 times. We felt that the pressure and constant asking for a review was very annoying, pushy, unprofessional and unnecessary. It made the whole experience feel like he is nice strictly for reviews. I'm sure other who gave 5 stars genuinely mean it. As for us, we don't care to return because of that experience.
