Before today I haven’t been to a dentist in over 15 years. I have always been so afraid of the dentist, and the needles, and the shame I felt when they found something wrong with my teeth. A few weeks ago I became aware of a cavity that absolutely needed dental attention and so following a friend’s recommendation I made an appointment with dr. Miranda. I had A GREAT VISIT. The whole staff was so understanding and supportive of my situation, there wasn’t a typical needle for freezing and the whole process of getting my cavity filled was painless. They checked in with me to make sure I was never in pain and helped calm me down if I started to get a little worked up. I know I was being a baby but I also know a lot of people are like me when it comes to the dentist and I just want to shout it from the roof tops- go see Dr. Miranda and her team!!!

This is by far the best dental office I have ever been a patient of. Dr. Miranda and her team are skilled, patient and extremely polite. The staff are considerate and take their time listening to what you have to say. They know how to put a smile on your face when you walk in and keep it that way walking out! I've been to the dentist consistently for the last 10 years since learning I have TMJ. From that point on it's been difficult to go to the dentist due to the pain, but after I became a patient here, that has all vanished. If you're looking for a Dentist THIS is the one to go to.

My 8 year old daughter had an infection and a painful toothache, I took her in to see Dr. Miranda. Such wonderful bedside manner and staff. They took great care of my daughter and had that tooth out in no time. I have us all scheduled to go in for a cleaning and routine check now. My daughter gives her two thumbs up.

I am new in the town of Belleville and I was looking for a dental care to continue my treatments. So I booked an appointment with dr. Miranda. The moment I arrived the door was closed and there is a note saying you need to knock and wait. I knocked 3 times. And then I waited outside because I did not want to be rude and knock again and again. Nobody heard me and I received an email saying I was 10 min late, so I knocked again and the receptionist opened the door, she seemed to be angry, she didn’t look at me at all, even to say hello/good morning, not friendly not welcoming, she gave me an attitude. I was not finding my insurance card to give to her and she were very impatient, also when she asked my postal code I told her I would check on my phone because it’s new and I don’t know by memory. I could see in her face she didn’t like it, she was very very rude and impatient with me. Maybe because my English is not very well, and she is not prepared to serve customers that doesn’t speak her language fluently or doesn’t have everything ready for her. Dr. Miranda and her assistant were amazing, very professional, friendly and welcoming, she is so caring, she explained me everything that needed to be done so I booked a cleaning. Today I went to the office again and unfortunately this time I was 5 min late, because by the time I was leaving home my baby 3 months old started crying, I had to calm her first. Then the receptionist called me and I was in the elevator. She opened the door and she didn’t say hello, nothing. She just said “sanitize your hand and fill the form” very rude. The hygienist were amazing, she did a great job, and I will go back every 3 months to do the cleaning with her. I am very disappointed with the receptionist. I was not expecting to receive this attitude, I am very sad and I felt discriminated. I will go back to continue my treatments just because Dr Miranda were amazing with me, also her assistant and the hygienist. I would give 10 stars for them if I could. They are very trustful. It’s very hard to find a good Dr and hygienist, and I finally found it. I am not writing this review to not recommend this place, the opposite, if you really need a great dental care book with Dr Miranda, but I am writing this review to tell my personal experience regarding to the customer service I received.

Dr. Miranda is a non-judgemental Dentist with a gentle touch, compassion and an attention to detail. I have seen a number of dentists in my lifetime causing some dental anxiety. I have had 4 back to back appointments with Dr. Miranda in 2017/18 and expect she will be my dentist for life.

Amazing team here, Dr. Miranda always knows what she is doing and makes sure to keep you in the loop as she's working. Chelsea's teeth cleaning is superb, I didn't even know I could leave my appointment feeling so fresh! What I really like about Dr. Miranda's office is that they will always suggest whats in your best interest, but they never push treatment if you don't want it. This has definitely been an issue for me in the past with other dentists in the Quinte area, so I'm very grateful for this place. Honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars to this clinic and staff.

Everyone in the office is verry friendly and, I'm going to say understanding, for example when you are a baby about dental work, that's ok! Anytime I have had a problem (tooth pain etc) they get you in just as quick as they can! I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but these gals make it as painless as possible.

The work done by Dr. Miranda is absolutely phenomenal. She works efficiently and is always on time with appointments. The prices are also very affordable compared to other dentists in Belleville. She takes time to explain the reasons for services being suggested and ultimately allows her patients to make an informed decision about their oral health care. She is honest, fair in her pricing, and caring. Her team is friendly, approachable and flexible with your scheduling needs. Priority work, breaking up services into multiple cheaper appointments and payment plans are available to clients along with direct billing to insurance companies. I have been a patient for over 13 years and have now referred my family over because of how happy I am. My partner and I are frequent customers/ patients, regular cleaning (approx ever 3 months) and what ever dental maintenance required ( filling Nov 4, 2020). The entire team are friendly, compassionate and professional.The moment you step foot into office, you are greeted with a warm welcoming smile and hello from Kathy and Sue! Any concerns you may have, appointments, coverage or billing, they have the answers at their finger tips. I look forward to my regular visits with the dental hygienists, making my teeth all shiny and bright ... I just have to become more diligent at home with following their recommendations of the importance of flossing. As per Dr Miranda, what can I say ... she is simply incredible and makes her work seem effortless! The moment you sit in her chair you are put at ease, you almost forget that you are about to have work done on your teeth and today was no exception, I was in and out of the chair in 30 mins. I have been to this dentist and she is great. However I told my son's girlfriend to book an appointment here as well and they denied her. She cannot work for medical reasons, so she is on odsp. The office wont take people on assistance even though it is 100% covered. I think this is very discriminatory. I was horrified and disqusted to find this out. What kind of dentist discriminates against people who simply cannot work due to health reasons
