Yesterday I went in for a procedure that was ultimately unsuccessful. The dentists gave it their best efforts and tried a variety of methods. At all times they provided a detailed commentary about what they were doing and why. I received a thorough explanation of the problem and feel that I have a good explanation of why it was not possible to complete the work without much assurance of long term stability. The dentist told me he could complete it but that he didn't think it was worth it as it was likely that I would continue to have problems. At the end of two hours of determined efforts I went to pay my bill and was told no charge. I was very pleasantly surprised. They were focused on providing me with the best care and not so much on maximizing their own revenue. Highly recommended.

Dr Brett and the staff are wonderful! I always have a great experience (even if I need to get a filling!). Most recently I took my daughter for her first dentist visit and it went soooo much better than I imagined! The hygienist was fantastic with her and although I was terrified of taking her and was worried it was going to be cavity central, we walked away with no cavities! Thank you to the amazing staff at East Hill!

East Hill Family Dentistry is incredible with kids. They took time to explain all of their equipment and their process to my child. They treated my 5 year old with dignity and respect. It is refreshing to find a dental office that is willing to slow down and take the time to explain their ideas behind treatment. The way they billed the insurance company was ethical and fair (they are not milking the system).

Words can't describe how thankful I am for the East Hill Family Dentistry. When a client of mine was in pain and no one else was able to assist her, the EHFD stepped up immediately without any hesitation. It was a difficult circumstance, but obviously this dental center puts their clients first above all else. The staff were compassionate and caring, and the patient commented on how comforted Dr. Allen made her feel during her appointment.

East Hill Family Dentistry is a great dental office! I was anxious about going to the dentist but Dr. Ryan and Brianna took my worries away. This office is both a professional and comfortable environment. Dr. Ryan always explains the procedure he is about to do, while periodically checking to see if I'm doing okay. Each appointment was a positive experience, as I was surrounded by friendly people. You can tell they genuinely care about what you have to say. I feel confident in the work done to my teeth... And the building looks amazing too! Clean, bright, and modern. Definitely a 5 star rating!

I had been visiting East Hill Dental for the last while to try to correct some dental issues. Like many, I had experienced a considerable amount of dental anxiety in the past. However, after my first appointment with Dr. Rayan, if felt extremely comfortable. Like many others have mentioned below, he takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and why. He communicates during the procedure, being sure check your comfort level, and giving updates on the progress. Hands so steady, I have never felt the initial freezing. The dental assistants are always knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. The front office staff are always so pleasent and helpful. Even when this place seems busy, they treat you with patience, professionalism, and compassion. I would imagine they deal with a lot of people in pain and/or anxiety issues, and this staff is the salt of the earth. Recently, I went to see Dr. Rayan and his team at East Hill with terrible tooth pain. I thought the tooth would have to be pulled for sure. Dr. Rayan explained why we should, instead, save the tooth with a root canal. I was somewhat worried. I had nearly exhausted my company benefit package, and I knew root canals are time consuming work, and usually quite expensive. Dr. Rayan extended the kindest of courtesies, and did the root canal at no charge. It's a long review, I know, but these people are worth my time, as they have clearly made time for me. I will continue to recommend Dr. Rayan and East Hill Family Dentistry to coworkers, friends, family, and even strangers. Like you!

Been with Doug Smith for over 45 years, was excellent, no longer a friendly care about your neighbour's community minded business. Seems to be all about the bucks to pay for new building upgrades!!!! Lifelong patronage no longer counts in our city! Very disappointing during these trying times.
