I have extreme dental anxiety. It almost disappears with dentistry By The Bay. I haven't had a single full blown panic attack since being with them as I have with other dentists. My last dentist, last 3 appointments were a nightmare with staff and the dentist ; including the drill getting STUCK in my tooth!!! Staff rolling their eyes at me and telling me about their Gold Star Patient Program; laughing at me and telling me that means the worst patient of the day, etc.. Robyn is just the best at allaying m fears before I even arrive on their doorstep!! <3

Dentistry By The Bay is the best dentist my family and I have ever been to. The atmosphere is comforting and positive, the staff have a way of making you feel comfortable even if you’re not usually comfortable at the dentist, and everybody that works there is very friendly. I have needed multiple fillings and I have had great experiences with all of them. As well, I recently had a gap filled in between my teeth that I was feeling very nervous about, but I am very pleased with the work that was done. Would recommend Dentistry By The Bay to anyone and everyone.

I would like to take a few minutes to say thankyou to the staff at Dentistry By The Bay everyone has made me feel quite welcome as a new patient . Robin was very kind and explained how my new crown would be done and fitted. She even got all of my lab work done on very short notice. Tina cleaned my teeth last week and answered all of my questions and provided me with my favourite tooth brush. Dr. Majid is my new dentist and is very caring, I hope he stays in Belleville. Shannon has the tough spot were we all pay . I think I paid her enough to let me come back!!! The whole team was excellent in sanitizing in these struggling times. Thank You Darlene.

The team at Dentistry by the Bay were so kind, reassuring, and understanding. They all worked together to help me get over my fear and get the dental work I needed. Now I actually feel excited to go in for my cleanings because I get to chat with everyone there. I highly suggest Dentistry by the Bay for everyone with (or even without!) dental anxiety. :)

By far the best experience I've ever had at a dental office. Not only were they able to schedulee last minute on a Saturday but they were also very helpful with working within my plan limits. Not only were they able to fill my cavities, they were also able to rebuild a damaged tooth from a failed root canal at a previous dentist. Staff are very friendly and down to earth, I have no problem driving an hour and a half to come back!

The employees here and Dr. Jafari were outstanding. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and it took just 4 hours, the surgery was smooth and everyone made me feel good about it too. And on top of that, all teeth were able to come out in one piece and I have hardly any pain from the surgery as well! If I'm to recommend any dental clinic it would certainly be Dentistry By The Bay.

Top ratings here! I had dental anxiety as a result of oral surgery years ago at another place, but after my first couple visits I was as relaxed as ever. Dr. Jafari is extremely knowledgeable and personally cares about my whole experience. Morgan, Courtney, Sheena, and Kim always greet me with the biggest smiles in the world, and Robyn is the simply best hygienist out there. Everyone working here loves it and it shows! Cleanings, fillings, whatever the procedure, your visit to Dentistry by the Bay will be a breeze!

I have to say, this place treated me like family, one day every week for six weeks they made the time to help me with my teeth. They had to take care of my cavities and reconstruct my teeth. They were just as excited as me to see the end result of all the hard work they put into to my smile. The staff from the front desk was always smiling . My dentist took the time to hear what i wanted and achieve it, she had the best bedside manner, the girls that had to help my dentist were sweet and caring for me, Malcom had to perform magic making my crowns, and not have very much notice. My wife has been going here since she's been a little girl. Even though the dentist and dental hygienist have changed over the years they still manage to maintain great quality work with genuine kindness and caring service. All the staff are kind but there is one that stands out who is named Robin. We like to call her my wife's guardian angel. My wife suffers from extreme anxiety and Robin as held her hand through numerous surgery's and even wiped her tears. Robin has made it possible for my wife to go through dental procedures without going under heavy sedation. Robin we love you and for the office keep up the good work. I was very pleased with how Sheena was able to handle the concerns and questions that I brought forward after a procedure. My teeth have always made me very self conscious and dental work has been something I would try to avoid as it made me extremely nervous and scared. As I am expecting my first child, I knew now was the time to really focus on my dental health and didn’t want anything to sway me away from my decision (whether it be being scared or upset). Sheena went above the call of duty to make me feel listened to and understood and I felt offered me genuine compassion and care when speaking with me about my concerns. So I only gave a one star because I couldnt submit a review without giving any but if I was able to it would be a no star. Very inconsiderate workers as appt was at 1040 was told when my husband walked in it would be a 5 min wait.that than turned into a 15 min wait that than turned into a 45 min wait went to go find someone couldnt find anyone as they were all in their staff room having a laughing and socializing break . Went back and sat down even though he was having trouble sitting as he has some medical issues which he had told them about. Than to top it off they take the person who's appointment was after his and the assistant even says to my husband oh they were.not suppose to take that person it was suppose to be you. This is one very unorganized un professional dental office, great way to be treating people at such a horrible time. My husband will be taking his money elsware

I felt a toothache coming on second week of the Covid lockdown and over the course of the week it got worse. I called Dentristy By The Bay and they were able to see me right away and diagnose the problem...I needed a root canal. Four days later I was all fixed up. Everybody there is warm and kind and I greatly appreciate the fact that they were open for emergencies during the lockdown. I cannot say enough about them all. If I could give them all 10 stars, I would.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jafari and his staff. I was treated like I was his only patient, with all his attention and gentle caring. He took his time to explain everything he was going to do in my mouth. I did not feel a thing as he worked on my tooth that needed a root canal. I am now going to be a patient in this office. I would highly recommend him and the office to all my family and friends. His staff are all concerned and I felt as if I had been going there for years, but I was a new patient with a problem that he fixed with no issues.

Highly recommend! Dr. Naureen has been excellent with our whole family, especially in how she speaks to the kids while having procedures done. (as well as all the other staff!) They have been very flexible/accommodating with our schedules. They tell you up front everything they need to do and if you have coverage they let you know ahead of doing the work if it is covered. Facility is clean and nice as well. Definitely recommend to others.
