Lori was great with my daughter for her first ever visit to the dentist, my daughter was very much at ease and enjoyed learning about getting her teeth examined and the different tools being used. Due to COVID rules we had to wait in the car before they were ready for us, and then I had to spend my daughters first appointment filling out new patient forms. would've been better to do that while we waited. Make sure those get done before your visit!

Wonderful experience with Dr Madison. When my dentist of 45 years retired, I needed to find a new dentist and Dr Madison came highly recommended. Pushed me to have 4 fillings done right after joining them which I don't think I needed. Seemed like they drilled too deeply. Dentist is no longer there. Now have pain in these teeth all the time, have to wear a jaw ice pack at times because it hurts so badly. Moved back to my old dentist in Toronto.

Considering this time of uncertainty with C-19, all staff acted professionally and took all proper precautions. Questionnaire was sent by text and had to be answered, temperature was taking at the door before entry and all staff members were wearing their proper PPE. Once everything was completed you are walked out by a member of the staff opening the doors for you and ensuring that clients didn't cross paths, at any point of my visit. Highly recommend this team for any dental work you require or are hoping to have completed.

I was presently surprised when I walked into Dr. Madison’s office. I haven’t been to a dentist for a very long time. At first you think to yourself, oh I hope they don’t judge too much, or what if they can’t help me. Boy was I WRONG! So much time spent on me. Yes all for me. Over 55 and four months into Invisalign Braces. Going great and it’s a very simple process. Remove to eat then floss , brush teeth and put them back in. No wires, no tightening and no discomfort. I give a 10/10 rating.

I went to Belleville Dental Care in excruciating pain this morning. They were kind and comforting from the second I walked in the door. I was told I needed to have 2 teeth removed immediately and (being my front teeth) I took it pretty hard-even though I had a pretty good idea that I may lose them. They were able to take them out that day. They actually listened when I told them my concerns. They told me the truth, as gently as they possibly could have...and they gave me a same day solution. I could not recommend anyone more and speak any higher of a dental office. Thank you Belleville Dental Care-your whole team was phenomenal and I don't have the words to express my gratitude.

Staff always make me feel like I am visiting old friends.
