A great Dental clinic indeed. The staff are always quite friendly and helpful. It is also quite kid friendly. The chairs are comfortable and the personal T.V is a good bonus option that they have. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

Hardly any wait time, the receptionist remember who you are, the hygienist was great, when I got my filling I was in and out in less than an hour including waiting room time. The dentist did a great job. So good that I'm thinking of getting another cavity so I can get another filling!

I have been attending Wildwood Dental for nearly 30 years. For many years, Dr. Keith Hamilton was my dentist, and for about the past 10 or so years it has been Dr. Jay Stevens. I have been quite satisfied with my treatment over all the years. Wendy Berg has been my hygienist, and she has been excellent. Of course, Wanda Altman has taken care of the business end for most of the years; she is a real hoot!

Although the dental staff were amazing my problem is with the reception, the women who was taking care of my account decided it was appropriate to announce what dental procedures I needed done to the entire office and then continue to make fun of me for those procedures. She was rude and demanding and did not at all explain what I was signing, nor any of the insurance details. When I asked about my coverage she responded with and incredibly rude tone and still did not explain. I have always disliked going to the dentist and it’s people like this who make my experience even more horrible. I hope I do not have to deal with this particular receptionist again.

I've been going to Wildwood Dental Clinic, since it's previous location and I don't think I'll ever look elsewhere. Dr. James Dessouki is my dentist and he is great at his job! He's very professional, caring, and really wants to ensure you know your options. I always look forward to going to the dentist. I've had several hygienists and am always impressed with their work. They are all super friendly and thoughtful. Plus the clinic is gorgeous with lots of great amenities. I went recently with COVID protocols in place and am thoroughly impressed with how they are handling things. I felt very safe the entire time. Highly recommend this clinic!

I had a sensitive tooth for years that did not bother me. I was told it was fine and did not need to be repaired unless I wanted to. A "simple" filling turned to a full infection of the tooth within a month, killing it, infecting my jaw and sinuses. The freezing for the filling also was not sufficient and I felt the drilling while coming down with a panic attack and frozen in fear and pain. I was now terrified of going to a Dentist for the first time in my life. After revisiting the Dentist and explaining my pain and being unable to sleep, I was given a refill of antibiotics. 2 days later in agony I was instructed by a friend who is an ER Dr to go to hospital immediately. Stuck on Oxycodone. The dr changed my medication and the infection was gone in 3 days. Prior to the Dr visit I had been in pain for 3 weeks unable to sleep prior to the Dr. visit. Due to how the oxycodone affected me I was not allowed to work. I was charged again for the same tooth 3 weeks later for a root canal and crown as the tooth was completely rotted, exceeding my dental insurance and costing me $780 out of pocket. Prior to the filing, all my check up x rays showed no infection and a completely healthy tooth. Thankfully another Dentist informed me this would never have happened in their clinic and welcomed me aboard. I will have to pay out of pocket for the rest of the year but at least I now feel I will not get overcharged.

No wait time. Receptionists are always compassionate listeners, and they pay close attention to the patients concerns. I’ve enjoyed having my dental hygienist, she did a good job for me and gave me some helpful recommendations how I can keep my teeth healthier. On the top of that, my doctor, Richard Kerby, is a very knowledgeable and friendly. He tries to do whatever is the best for you. I got three filling and one Pulp capping; I am so satisfied with his job. He did a great job. I am thinking of getting another cavity treatment, so I can get another filling! I highly recommend this clinic!

The staff who does the dentist work here is great. I had some trouble getting a referral sent but was able to get it sent after calling and reminding them a few times over a period of 3 months. This is the bees knees of dentistry. Massage chairs during appointments, hygienists who make you as comfortable as possible during the cleaning, front desk desk staff who great you with a smile (and usually remember you too if you go regularly!), and Dr. Koob is so thorough with explaining what is going on, in addition to doing quality and precise work if any is needed. Definitely would recommend!

Highly recommend Wildwood Dental Clinic, I would give them 6 stars if they were available :) I am personally afraid of dental procedures, so my experience with Dr. Hilary Stevens and her assistant was better than I could have ever expected. They addressed my concerns in all aspects , from my anxiety about procedures, to the procedure it self, ways to make it as comfortable as possible, detailed follow up care and a plan to move forward over time for my dental care. When I first got there the receptionists were very friendly. I have been to the clinic three times now and with each appointment, I had zero wait time in the waiting room. The dentist (dr.Adam) was very thorough with explaining the procedures. I was nervous.. I hate the dentist and have extreme anxiety about getting teeth work done.. as I have finally found out.. there is no need for anxiety with a good dentist! It was pain free from start to finish.. and at the end of the day the Dr. Adam even called to check up on me. Wow! Filling fell out, and I called to follow up with the dentist and they booked me an appointment, I went on time and the surprise that the dentist told me that everything is ok, and noting fall out. I told the doctor I feel the big gap in my tooth and even the dental assistant checked it before the doctor come, but she said no, the issue is that you gum that time was swelling and it is ok now or it has been shrunk, but nothing happened to the filling, I told her the food stuck inside and every time I eat anything I have to use the tooth picks to get the food out, but she confirmed again, that it is the gum issue not the filling, which is really weird, as it is not the first time I have filling but it is the first time I hear this, beside that the filling last for years, but it is only slightly over two months and I struggle every time I eat. Even I was surprised that the doctor wanted me to pay for the follow up, however it is the first time I go after the filling, so she refused to fix the filling, and wanted me to pay more money, her implicit message never contact her after paying the money even if I lost the whole filling, otherwise I will pay more and more. After a long conversation between me and the dentist she agreed to waive the check up amount. Is it normal to have filling for only two months after I paid $ 700, otherwise I will have to pay again. I am going to go to another clinic to fill my tooth and tell them the story of the doctor that the issue is the gum not the tooth, and I will see what they are going to tell me, but what if it not the gum?

Dr. James Dessouki has been my dentist for over a decade. He does an awesome job - he is friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly he performs highly skilled work. James also is my children's dentist and they love him - he is easy for them to visit and he has walked them through their first visit to the dentist, carried on to filling cavities, routine checkups, and even assisting with emergency dental care after unfortunate accidents. Thanks to Dr. Dessouki for being a great dentist!
