This is one of the best dentists I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many! The service is great! You’re met with a smile (have to look into their eyes because they’re wearing masks). You can see the smile in they’re eyes. They’re very friendly. They let you know what you need to ensure coverage, Give you options, and can even make payment plans if you need to. The teamwork is amazing to watch! I have recommended friends and family and they tell Me the same! Great place!

I had a wonderful experience going in to see Dr.S. She was very gentle, it had been some time since going to a dental clinic (7years) that I was so worried. My past experiences at different clinics has been so terrible that I had been so worried to go in. Dr.S gave me a prescription to fight the infection of a tooth where a old filling from a different clinic had fallen out, some of the tooth decayed because I hadn't gotten in when it had happened and that's my fault. She told me that I had been needing a root canal or extraction so we booked in for the root canal. I had recieved a root Canal and a filling in one tooth on my upper jaw. I had been in pain for so long and Dr.S and the wonderful Staff there made what I thought would be a terrible ordeal into a much better experience than I have ever recieved before. I can tell that she truly cares for her patients and so do the assistant dental workers. I barely felt the freezing needle go in which was fantastic, I hardly felt the drilling was just the vibrations. They are very great to protect your eyes as well, apon arrival I was given a pair of tinted safety glasses. I was so surprised because I had never seen this kind of professionalism before. I would highly recommend going to this clinic if you are in any pain. On a side note I would like to thank Dr.S if she's reading this, I am so greatful that I had recieved you as a dental professional and that I can never truly express my gratitude. Thankyou to you and your wonderful Staff.

I had a great experience here, I found that my dental hygienist Anvi did a proper job. I did not encounter any pain whatsoever. Dr. Teneycke was very professional and informing. His assistant Janine was also great, funny too. I can't recommend them enough.10/10 experience.

Best dental experience I ever had. I have major anxiety about the dentist , having my mouth open for a long period of time with the bite block , etc. They are extremely patient. Super kind, as well as encouraging. Amazing bedside manner. The dentist I saw (I cant remember his name but he was wonderful ) was upfront about what I needed but made it clear it was up to me what I wanted to do. I've been there 2 times now and I will continue to go there. Never felt more comfortable at the dentist !! Thanks!! ????❤

The new front desk person is a little aggressive, you need a customer service training I think, you can't argue with the client. Talk to her on the phone and tell her that I'm gonna be a little late for about less than 15mins, and she told me that is considered as a cancel appointment if I'll be late for more than 15mins. My point is she don't have that feels sorry customer service type of attitude. And she started arguing with me on the phone. Wow. I'm your client and you can't pisses me off more. And she hang up the phone on me and never feel sorry or anything. Been a client for this clinic almost 3years.

I've been going here for a couple years and they have been my favorite dental experience in the city. Everyone is friendly and polite and the staff has always gone above and beyond to work within my insurance limits.

they just charged my wife for doing X-RAYS . the major thing she needed , was the filling and the staff kept saying it will be on the second visit and would be a ROOT canal. This is terrible -- if a patient is in a pain and needs a permanent filling because the old one just popped out -- they just run you away without doing nothing just few X-Rays and charge $100 -- this is wasting of money

My experience has been completely fabulous. I have called after hours around midnight to the emergency line and the reception staff was so kind and helpful. The receptionists have always treated me so well. They are friendly and helpful. I had an eatimate done and didnt know how to access it and the receptionist made sure to help me find it in the online system. They are accommodating for arranging appointments. The dental staff is amazing. I was going to another clinic and I always had multiple cavities that needed work. Pretty sure they were doing unnecessary work to bill me. At saskatoon dental they will notify me of areas they are watching but never do work unnecessarily. I have recommended this clinic to many people and they have been just as happy as I have been. Definitely a 5 star place!!!!

Booked an appointment and was so disappointed to come in that my appointment had been booked at an earlier time. Totally wasted my plans for the entire day. I told the receptionist that I could never agree on the earlier time since I need to pick up my kids at school.

Asked if my son wanted Some sort of anti cavity coating, I said yes, then called me months later threatening me with collection over $70 bucks that I didn't even know I owed all that time. they already knew before they asked me as they are in the industry, that insurance doesn't pay for it.. which is fine but I didn't have my credit card on me. Anyway after all the money they billed my insurance and then act like vultures over $70 that I could have paid at the next visit shows all they care about is money. The place is filthy, they bring you in and don't even wipe off the chair from the last person and their muck from their shoes you have to lay in. While you are ready for your work to be done in the chair they stick some no liability papers in your face. No class.

Dr. Sammak is an excellent doctor but the staff is literally rude trailer trash. She really needs to hire some staff that knows how to be professional. I strongly recommend to hiring some people from eastside of the city.

I just got a crown done with these lovely folks. It was my first time getting one done and they were very comforting answering all my questions and being patient with me! My tooth feels great! Everyone is very friendly. I will definitely be back for any other dental work I'll need in the future!

Reception is rude. It's as if they're annoyed when you ask for information which is basically their job. Hope they know how to be patient and give proper customer service.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the staff at this dental clinic. They are friendly, professional and caring, always greeting me by name and asking how I am. I I enjoy my visits, except for the occasional minor pain when I need a filling. Dr Samak, my regular dentist, and whichever dental assistant she’s working with, always talk with me in a relaxed, friendly manner. I appreciate this approach as it reminds me they remember me as an individual. I’ve had nightmare dental experiences from other dentists at other locations in my life, so finding such wonderful professionals at the Saskatoon Dental Clinic has been a Godsend!

This is the best dental experience that I have ever had (I have lived all over Canada and US)!!! Pain free dentistry (needed a new filling and it was done the same day) and the clinic is very warm and welcoming. Hands down Dr. Sammak has the best hygienist in the city. I have never had a cleaning so well done! AMAZING!!

Called for some advice on a loose crown I got replaced a month ago. The receptionist was completely rude and talked to me in a tone like I was dumb or she didn’t want to help. After I asked why she was talking to me like that she changed her tone tried to be nicer she also tried to book an appointment for me. Dealing with someone like that will lose customers for your business fast. That’s the first person you deal with and she’s rude, I will be making appointments elsewhere in the future.

The Dr was extremely nice and calm. Answered any questions I had. He was very welcoming. However, the two receptionists I had to deal with was very rude. Talked in front of me how I was an adult-child , only because I was using my parents’ insurance. They were chuckling about it too. If I could save a few dollars by relying on my parents’ insurance , I would! I brushed it off because I saw them struggle trying to set up my profile. At the end of my appointment, I talked to them again. Took a while to attend me because they were gossiping with one another for about 5 mins. They were even rude to the Dr when he pointed out what needed to be done. The receptionists were very unprofessional, not only to their patients but also to their superior. I believe they need new faces that patients can trust.
