My experience going to this dental office each time I had to get extractions was great. The secretaries were very friendly every time I went there. When it was my turn to get work done, the assistant came to get me and talked with me and asked how I was as they were taking me to the Dental area. Dr. Wilson, my dentist was always friendly to me upon arrival and was interested in how I was doing. I have had a very great experience going to this dental office and was satisfied with all the work I had done.

Many thanks to Dr. Richard Boehme for taking good care of my daughter in an emergency last night. My 13 year old daughter got 3 teeth knocked out during basketball tryouts. Dr. Boehme took care of us and put us in touch with an oral surgeon so that everything could be taken care of as soon as possible in the hopes we could salvage these 3 adult teeth. Everyone was very helpful and always explained what was going on so I knew what to expect. I was quoted to be a 2 year case but finished early which was great. Dr Sihota completed my treatment with some cosmetic fillings that I didn’t think were necessary but I am so pleased with the result. I am so happy with my new smile. I’m thankful for the time and effort that was put in by Dr Sihota and her assistants. I highly recommend Dr Sihota, I am grateful to have her and her team to take care of all my dental needs.

All the staff here are very friendly and professional. Dr. Miller and Dr. Richter both do an excellent job and ensure that you understand what is going on. For the last appointment I had at legacy something was delayed and I ended up having to wait for 20 extra minutes or so. Because of this wait the administration staff gave me a $20 Tim card as soon as I walked in the door. To me, that is going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction (which some people take for granted in these types of business). I have moved to Edmonton but I still try and schedule my checkups over the holidays when I am back in Lethbridge.

Lets see got dentures..turned out bottom were to long and all the teeth were very small. went back and as a senior I had over 2000. coverage wanted them to fix the dentures they made me..but wanted an extra 900, above what alberta seniors benefit covered..Oh and by the way the origional ones were 5000. what a rip off...I guess they have to pay for their new office....so disappointing..but thats all right I found a dentists that is making new dentures at NO extra cost..renews my belief that there are dentists that do care about seniors on a fixed income...also they pulled my bottom teeth and left 2 roots in...
