Let me tell you what an absolute pleasure it was visiting this team of professionals! I desperately needed to find a reliable, trustworthy dentist as I was convinced my last two dentists traumatized my point of view of going to the dentist overall. I was referred by my sibling to visit this this clinic as they had previously left with an amazing experience. We drove all the way from Toronto to Barrie on a Wednesday evening through rush hour and I'd be happy to do it all over again for my next cleaning (yes, it's already booked and locked in!). Shout out to Doctor Pliousnine (Dentist), Sarah, and Janet (Dental Hygienist) for being so patient and understanding of my needs. I highly recommend entrusting this team of professionals on your oral hygiene.

Simcoe Family Dentistry is simply the best Dentist office I have gone to in my life. The team at the office is truly superb and very professional (yet fun - yes I said FUN at the dentist office - imagine that!!). They make you feel totally comfortable. I have had some work done there that I would not have had risked having done anywhere else because they are 100% competent and are constantly upgrading their skills and abilities. I was honoured to be asked to be part of their introductory video and am truly proud to have been able to participate in it. I have also seen them interact with children and they are comfortable there as well. If you have not been there, do it now, you will never use another dentist unless you move away.

Amazing Dental team! If I could put more stars I’d put as much as I could. Everyone here is lovely, friendly, caring and understanding. When I moved to barrie I had trouble looking for good dentists, mind you I also had a fear of not being able to find a good dentist until I found this amazing team. My mother has fears of pains when going to the dentist she hates the dentist. But when I got her to warm up to go for her first appointment shes been stress free since then. She’s never complained about pain and the dentist is so delicate with his hands you barley even realize ur at the dentist with your mouth wide open. Me and my mother both got 2 separate surgeries one was a root canal which was so easy I was totally fine after the appointment. My mother got her wisdom teeth removed, she had zero pain after her surgeries for the removals. All and all this is the best dentist that I could recommend ANYONE to go to Including children. In the middle of this pandemic last year, during lockdown. I was suffering from sever dental pain, quickly found a reputable emergency clinic open. I am new to the area and they took me as a patient right away to assess my dental needs. I haven't been to a dentist in over 10 years due to a terrible experience, so to say the least I was super hesitant and nervous. The staff and DR. Mikhail P were super pleasant and my visits have always been easy and "PAINLESS". With multiple visits it truly feels like a family there not just another patient! I had 4 extractions, and multiple fillings all without being traumatized like in the past lol. Can't recommend this place enough! Thanks again for the awesome dental work!

Best dentist I have had. Absolute Professional Mikhail fully understands how to diagnose and perform most procedures including wisdom teeth removal. I was so confident in his work I was able to do the procedure without gas and I was more interested in the process then the "what if's". Painless and competent on all procedures Mikhail team is well seasoned including all the hygienist, they know how to be quick, but thorough on exams, and give appropriate and effective feed back during and after cleaning I have gone through 4 dentists prior to having the pleasure to have Mikhail takeover the practice. I have always struggled with my dental hygiene and hated most procedures that were performed and had multiple repeat visits to fix questionable work prior to Mikhail taking over. Positive bedside manner and more like a friend then atypical dentist. 100% effective rate with work performed, easily Top 1% of dentist in Simcoe / GTA

I had a horrible mouth full of plaque, and the gentlest cleaning I've ever had at Simcoe Family Dentistry. Honestly, in comparison, my other cleanings felt like Jack the Ripper was in my mouth. I walked into this office a mess! Broken tooth, unable to eat, for about a week. I was about to rip out my own tooth I was in so much pain!. Dr Mikhail saw me right away. Took care of my nightmare tooth and had me eating again within the week!. There was no judgment from any of the staff. There were no lectures about not being able to financially prioritize my dental health over many years. Instead, Dr Mikhail gave me fantastic advice on how to properly take care of my teeth at home. Without knowing if I would even become a permanent patient in the long run. He gave me solid tips on how to heal myself without any costly dental intervention. One year later, that advice has left my mouth the healthiest it has ever been. We’re still working on repairing the damage caused by years of malnutrition. No pressure, and complete understanding of the long lasting damage caused by anorexia. If you’re looking for a dentist that is sensitive, non judgmental, and puts your health an wellbeing before any financial gain. This guys the one! For the first time in 30 years I’m able to walk into a dentist office with my head held high. No need to feel ashamed of what has brought me to where I am now. Thank you SO VERY MUCH Dr Mikhail and team! You’ve changed my perspective on dental care and have made me feel beyond comfortable and welcome.

Dr. Mikhail and his staff took me on during the pandemic as a new patient on an emergency basis. They were nothing short of extremely professional, safe, courteous and understanding. I have had a serious issue with cavities due to dry mouth from my medications. I was extremely embarrassed to open my mouth at the initial appt. I was so anxious, I cried. Everyone assured me that I am putting more pressure on myself and my smile than needed. They explained everything that I needed done in detail and they brought me in at no charge to go over those details. They are practicing safe distancing and screening patients before they come upstairs. Overall, I am super happy to have met Dr. Mikhail and I feel extremely lucky that he and his practice took me on as a patient. Today, I smile after my fourth appt in just over a month, I've gotten trays, cleaning, several cavities filled, whitening trays, toothpastes... and in general I received nothing but kindness from these people. I came here before going there to check their reviews and I am happy I did. Heres another 5 ***** plus review!!!! You are absolutely deserving of every compliment you receive.
