The staff at Kingswood are amazing! They are genuinely sweet and friendly. They personalize the care depending on the patient. For me, they are extremely gentle (I am a wimp!) but also try to get me in and out as quickly as possible as I usually have a busy schedule. This was my first time here and by far the best experience I have ever had at the Dentist. Very professional and everything very well explained. The lady at the front desk (sorry I didn't get her name) was very welcoming and a great people person. I had a tooth pulled and when I was done I was able to go back to work with no pain, in fact its three days later and didnt have any pain. Everything about my experience was smooth and I normally dread going to the dentist. Thank you everyone I will definitely be recommending your practice.

Visited first of week for an emergency extraction which I self diagnosed completely wrong. The dentist was more than professional and thorough- properly identified the root cause ( get it)! The staff was fantastic! Warm and welcoming at an awkward time with this pandemic. I am very comfortable in returning and having this practice cater to my entire family. Very happy!

Dr. Marchesi is an amazing dentist. Her poise and friendliness work alongside her professionalism and knowledge. She takes the time to do all of our dental work right the first time. Her work is superior - after my husband suffered a traumatic accident to his teeth she repaired them flawlessly. Lisa, her receptionist, works with you while using her interpersonal aplomb to make their schedule fit yours. Their skilled hygienists are friendly and upbeat. I fear the day Dr. Marchesi retires.

Kingswood Dentistry put my small child through so much trauma and anguish. My 4 year old cracked her teeth and had to get crowns after a bad fall. She was met with an upsetting lack of empathy. After her traumatic experience with this office on THREE separate occasions, as a scared and untrusting child, she refused to go back. This office has no methods for dental practice on small children. I would NOT recommend them for any family with small children.

I've been in for 2 separate cleanings and a round of fillings and I have had a good experience during each visit. The office is clean, comfortable, modern, and well kept. The dentist is fast, efficient, careful, knowledgeable, and precise. Her assistants/hygienists do a great job while being very friendly, informative, and pleasant which promotes a relaxing environment. All of the work is well done without any pain and I have had almost no discomfort after leaving as well. The staff all do an amazing job at helping me fit within my insurance limitations, and accommodating me when I need to reschedule appointments. Overall a big recommendation from me. They care about their patients, and they go above and beyond!

This is the best dental office ever. Dr. Oxana always makes me feel comfortable ( which is hard to do as going to the dentist scares me ). She is so gentle which is exactly what I need. Michelle at the front desk takes care of all my insurance billing and estimates, making sure I don't have any surprise bills! She is very helpful and always goes out of her way for me and my extended family. This office goes above and beyond compared to other dental offices. Very highly recommended !

Worst office in Barrie, signage doesn't even identify office, the office manager seems rude, the dentist Dr Oxana is a total nut job, she drops f bombs in front of patients.. Adds up male patients on Facebook while people are waiting for their appointments, I even heard her have the receptionist cancel an appointment cause she wanted to "leave early".. Very unproffessional

They are great! Very accommodating with getting you in quickly or dealing with emergency change of plans. Always friendly and just overall lovely. The office looks fresh and clean, they even have foot protectors in winter months to keep the dirt/wet tracking to the bare minimum.

I just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you for how I was treated when I was there earlier this month. Much of my anxiety around going to the dentist is based on the shame I feel for not flossing enough and the negative reactions/shaming behaviour I've experienced from other dentists in the past. And then that's compounded with the fear of pain, because I had let things go for so long. From my first conversation with Allie, I felt like I was in a safe place. You were empathetic and I felt zero judgement. I can't emphasize how much that influenced my decision to start getting my cleanings again. I've shared my wonderful experience with everyone and I know and have been comforted that many others struggle with going to the dentist as well. I've recommended your team to everyone I know! And as a bonus, I've been using the waterpix everyday (that was recommended at my visit). It's really helping to strengthen my gums and make them less sensitive. Although I'm not quite ready to tackle an appt without sedation, I can forsee things being much smoother in the near future. So, thank you so much for your approach to care. I'm so glad we found you.

Very bad experience !! Push too much to get Invisalign for my daughter, have a feeling that they just care about money business. The dentist left the dentistry few minuits before my appointment without any excuse or notice when I told them that my daughter is not going to get Invisalign. Seriously???!!! Well, at least, the hygienist was nice and polite to apologize her boss’s “leave”. Terrible feeling afterwards... never comeback!

Had an awesome experience at Kingswood, which started the moment I first walked in, the receptionist was friendly and informative, the hygienist did a through job, very impressed with how clean my teeth were after she finished. My visit was for a broken tooth, Dr Sam did a excellent job with the repair. What really impressed me was the way the staff got along, friendly, caring and courteous to each other which made for a stress free visit. Looking forward with visiting them soon
