After failed invisiline through a different dental office, I was told at Ferris lane dental that they could build up the sides of my front teeth to close the gap. It has been almost 3 years since I had the gap filled and I couldn't be happier. Colour matches perfectly and I can't even feel where the filling starts and ends

Most of the staff is warm and welcoming when I arrive. They are also quick to fitting me into appointments. My biggest trouble has been scheduling, 4 different times over the last 6 months appointments have been scheduled incorrectly, with the wrong time, wrong person etc. As well, they called me to ask to move my appointment to 1:30pm, I arrived 5 minutes early and I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes. Not once was assured that someone was in fact coming. I had believed again that they had incorrectly made my appointment, they hadn’t it was just a very long wait time. In that time that I was sitting there I was listening to the receptionist speaking, about 3-4 times in my 40 minutes, it came up that they had misplaced a number of peoples files.

just had my first visit to Ferris Lane Dental today. I was super impressed from staff who registered me in to everyone that worked with me after. Staff are all so gentle and caring , i felt like I could joke and share my life with them from the start. My plan for care going forward was discussed at my pace as I no longer have Insurance so was pleasantly surprised to receive a discount on my visit today and even on future procedures with options for payment as well. Absolutely the worst experience. I had a tooth extracted. A week later needed another done. The original extraction had to be cut into and the bone shaved down. She was not gental at all. And the assistant...... First day hunny????? I was also cut by the scissors when getting stitches. She did not even get to extract the 2nd one...... I left. The stitches were undone before I got home. I will never go back. So unprofessional.

Update: Raubvogel and team are amazing. Dr Steven Wahba and assistant were kind, but very rough. Incredible. My oral health has been neglected for several years. The dentist and hygienists were so understanding, kind, not judgmental. They explained everything as they were doing it, which is important to me. They explained more than one option for next steps and made a recommendation that made sense to me. I am glad to say I've found my new dentist! Would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Would give it a zero if I could. The dentist improperly filled a cavity in my tooth, which later abscessed. The then performed a root canal and broke a tool in my tooth. So they sealed it up and didn't tell me until after. And after all the trouble I still had to pay crazy prices.

Ferris Lane Dental billed my wife $1400 because they did work that was not covered under insurance and did not adequately check our coverage. They gave her a quote and told her that they would do the billing over time and then billed for everything at the same time.The insurance will only cover $500 as a result we are out $900. We our currently disputing the charge. I would be very careful in dealing with this dentist.

Good work done by the dentist and good, professional work done amongst staff, but if you don't have insurance this is not the dental office for you. I had two small cavities filled this morning with composite fillings. Normally a $300 bill anywhere else but they charged me $550!!!!!!!! $550 for 45 minutes of work and two small cavities filled. Do not go here unless you have insurance. They charge the most they possibly can.
