As a young adult, I still avoided the dentist because I equated a visit with pain and discomfort. Every person at Ferguson Family Dental Care is caring and aware of the discomfort people equate to the dentist office - and they do their best to remove the discomfort. I am always greeted professionally and welcomed by the lovely people behind the desk. Cleanings and check up are done efficiently but warmly - real conversations are had and awareness of my initial worries are dispelled. When I need additional work, Ryan (dentist) has been amazing. He explains each step, is easy to talk to and he listens. I have not had a bad experience with this office - each person who works there is amazing.

Dear fellow dentist-going pansies, this place is the right choice. Videos of cute animals. Massage chairs. Sunglasses so you don't go blind. Dentists who care enough to set up a game plan for you and make sure you follow through with booking your appointments. Front desk ladies who treat you like family. Hygienists who care about your comfort and don't make you feel bad for having a million cavities. Dental surgeons who somehow pull your tooth out in 3 seconds before you have a chance to be scared. Dental assistants who make you feel safe and comfy and you can have deep life conversations with. Draws/giveaways are a thing (free stuff!). I definitely recommend because I used to avoid going to the dentist due to bad past experiences. Now almost a year since my first appointment at Ferguson Family Dental, any and all anxiety I had about going to the dentist has disappeared :)

CoVid19 update. 30/6/2020. Ferguson Family Dental appears to have gone above and beyond with the new protocols put in place. Pre-screening, masks, shields, cleaning, and HEPA filters. If for some reason you still feel anxious due to the media's hyping of the fear I'm sure they can assure you and bring your mind to ease. Dr. Ferguson and his team are friendly and attentive to your needs. They address your needs and give options for solutions. I would recommend my mother to him. My wife needed an emerge tooth pull. The Ferguson team were able to accommodate that the same day. Since then we've brought the whole family back. The staff moral is excellent along with the service-today was customer appreciation day, bonus :) . They take the time to make sure your comfortable and familiar with the procedures. From the very first phone call.. I called in around 8am in the morning and left a voicemail to please call me back because they where not open until 9.. the office (to my surprise) called me back at 9:07am - the lady on the phone was very nice and chipper considering the time of the morning ..started my experience off well. I have just switched to Ferguson dental! I have been to many dental offices and this one is stand out above the rest. Fast new equipment, happy receptionists and hygienists, and Dr.Ryan is absolutely fantastic. He takes the time to explain what’s going on, your options, and what he thinks is best and it is actually genuine information. Most importantly he’s not rushing to get out of the room and he really takes the time to give you a detailed appointment. The prices are unbeatable and you leave feeling good. My whole family is switching over!

This was my first visit here & couldn’t be happier! I needed a filling replaced on my front tooth & Dr. Dean Stauffert, my new dentist, exceeded my expectations in what was achieved. He explained his approach before doing anything as I held a mirror. During the procedure itself, he used a technique to minimize the pain of the injection at the front of my mouth. He continuously checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable. My other front tooth also needed work so it was symmetrical to the other. I never thought my smile could look so good! All the staff were warm & welcoming. I highly recommend them!

Dr (Ryan) Ferguson is simply the best! Have you ever seen a dentist with so many 5 star reviews? He and his staff have earned them all. The admin staff is super helpful with navigating my benefits to help me get the most out of my dental care. We are recently switched our dentist to Dr Ferguson & Dr Stauffert ..they are gentle, honest of what they are doing and caring. The my original dentists retired (so sad they were so gentle & honest) and new dentists took over and they were so rough and seemed to be money grab. My dental hygienist then refered me to Ferguson dental..she knew these two dentists would be gentle and caring... the only sad part of switching was i left behind my awesome hygienist I knew for years, she understood and supported me.
