I have been using Downtown Barrie Dental since moving to the area in 1997. I thoroughly enjoy going to the Dentist and Downtown Barrie Dental continues to provide quality work and fantastic customer service.

Shannon and her team went above and beyond to try and meet all of my treatment needs, get the best “bang for my buck” out of my student benefits and be beyond informative in answering all my questions and concerns. Dr. Agha is very friendly, skilled and personable. Would highly recommend for all of your dental needs and concerns.

Terrible experience they charged me top dollar for everything eventhough i have no insurance. They did nothing at all just looked in my mouth and it cost a ridiculous amount. They only care about money, I give this dentist 1/10. Dont go here unless you have LOTS of money to Give away.

Who really loves going to the dentist? I for sure am not one of those people but when you do go you want it to be the most comfortable and pleasant experience possible. In all of my visits to Downtown Barrie Dental the staff have been amazing and very friendly while also very professional. When working on my teeth they constantly are concerned that I am not in any discomfort and go above and beyond to make sure it is a pain free experience, even when taking out my wisdom teeth. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a dental team who is truly concerned with the health of your teeth. Thanks again Downtown Barrie Dental!!!

Dr. AGHA, is a great doctor! However, his front desk staff are very unprofessional, incompetent! I repeatedly told them NOT to bill my private medical insurance for dental cleaning , to bill ODSP as always, did it anyways, using up my private medical insurance, that it left me with a $600 bill for dental surgery, when it was only suppose to cost me$150.00. Staff refuse to reverse the billing to fix it, and rebill it properly . They gave me nothing but excuses and putting me off for more then 6 weeks. I asked to have the doctor to call me to discuss the matter and he still hasn't as he has left the province to work somewhere else with no follow up to my dental surgery. That is the short and skinny of the matter! I have never encountered a more unprofessional dental office then this one. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Went to this place because I didn’t have insurance and they would let me pay in instalments well that only lasted the first visit I went to this place every week for almost 3 months to fix my teeth and get rid of pain they did my a lot of work that helped but then near the end of my teeth they stopped caring they shaved and filled my teeth down to the point everything is sensitive and left me with a temporary filling well they never got back to me about me temporary filling for months went by with out a work for even a cleaning till I couldn’t take the pain no more went back the girl who fixed the tooth pain felt so bad for me and told me that’s the worst she has ever seen so they put another temporary filling back in and sent me on my way well another 3-4months have past never herd back from them and I want them to fix this problem they have gave me or give me back my 4 grand

Barrie downtown Dental is so friendly and professional. Shannon knew that I was having anxiety about my appointment. She talked to me and let me know step by step what Dr Agha and Tricia would be doing. Tricia was personable aswell she did an amazing job on my teeth. I look forward to my next visit. Around 2010 the original Dentist did alot of damage to my teeth. I lost 3 molars after seeing this doctor. Very poor work ethic but no surprised. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Anyone looking for a new dentist, Dr.Agha is wonderful! He’s professional and relaxed and makes your appointments very comfortable! As a very nervous dental patient, he reassured me throughout and it was actually an enjoyable experience! (The massaging chair helped too!) Shannon in the office is amazing and gets all of the insurance billing done without you having to pay anything up front! Trish is a wiz at cleaning and had great recommendations as well to help daily cleaning. Thank you for fixing us all up and we will see you again soon!

Sent I being going to downtown dental it has change four times you don't know who you are going to get for a Dentist and I think they over charge to take out teeth.I had to have six teeth out and they charge me $1400.00 my insurance is 100% and they only cover $700.00 so now I have to pay them I give them a one star.Not Impress with there service when I have to pay them.So now i have no more Dental coverage

Downtown Barrie Dental provides a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere! Shannon, Dr. Agha, and Tricia are all very professional, yet friendly at the same time. Shannon is very accommodating and flexible, so appointments are easy to make. Patient comfort is clearly a priority and they even have a massage chair that can be used during dental procedures. I highly recommend!
