Nervous about freezing as the needles are often painful and it often doesn't take well on me. This experience was excellent as I barely notice the needles and had a comfortable session without pain! Still don't like the sounds of drilling and grinding but who doesn't. Excellent job Dr. Rouah! Thanks

We brought our 18 month old daughter here for her first visit because Big Bay Dental came very highly recommended and they weren't kidding. This place is immaculate, so pretty and well decorared. The staff were amazing. The paperwork was computerized for me to complete which made it very quick and easy. My daughter had a bad experience when she was sick with a doctor prying her mouth open to look at her throat and has not been the most cooperative with people looking at her mouth because of it, but the staff here were understanding and made it fun for her she was even opening her mouth at the end. I highly recommend for anyone needing a dentist especially with children.

Having just returned from a 19 year work assignment in the U.S., I was very pleasantly surprised to find Big Bay Dental. They are extremely friendly, very professional, well skilled at everything that they do. They all keep you very well informed on exactly what the next procedure involves, a very comfortable situation. I was also very impressed with the quality and newness of all of their equipment...very up to date. Their facility is spotless. Wish my dental service in the US was as well equipped.

I knew I needed a bunch of work done to replace some missing teeth so I booked a free consultation. Dr. Rouah and Kristine explained how dental implants work and Cindy helped me work out the finances. I think I met everyone in the office. My implants feel great and look natural. Now I can smile without being embarrassed. I can’t recommend this place enough. They even called me to see how I was doing after I recovered. No one has ever done that before.

As a person who was terrified of the dentist, I can say that Dr Rouah has made every procedure easy with his patience and calm manner. Fillings are quick and carefully completed. Implants are well thought out using the best techniques (3D scans, crown experts, digital impressions). Even with COVID-19, Cindy makes coming into the office a safe and welcoming experience with every precaution in place coming in and leaving. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or bone graft for an implant, I know I’m in good hands.

I had Invisalign braces made to straighten my teeth. Everyone at Big Bay was extremely knowledgeable and made the process really easy. My consultation with Dr. Rouah was completely free. He explained the process to me and was really patient when he answered my questions. I went back again to have pictures and a scan of my teeth taken and sent to the Invisalign office. They even showed me how my smile should look when I’m finished with the aligner. The Invisalign aligners are really comfortable and I can take them out when I eat. No one seems to notice them since they’re clear. So much nicer than braces. They didn’t take long to make and everyone at Big Bay was friendly and knowledgeable.

What a beautiful, comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Greeted by cheerful staff who took all necessary covid19 precautions before I arrived. I had terrible experiences in the past with dentists and their staff where not professional. When I met the Dr. ROUAH he was very understanding and took his time to reassure me that there would be no problems. He gives his word. He was right, wow I tell ya what a difference. I didn't feel the needle when he froze me. He was very compassionate and asked me a bunch of times if I was okay!!! His dental assistant Carly was very professional and new what to do when asked. She was also comforting and very friendly.. I would recommend Big Bay Dental for all your dentistry needs. 10/10

Not like I enjoy going to the dentist but this team really does work together to make you feel comfortable. Cindy is a real sweetie and she's the welcoming committee. Dr Eric and his team ensure that you're visit is as pain free as possible. They are VERY consistent in asking how you are throughout any procedure. Our whole family goes to Big Bay Dental. Very good dental experience. After chemo I had a lot of trouble and needed 9 extractions because of loose teeth. My partial plates fit perfectly and never needed adjustment and the staff are thoughtful, well trained and up-to-date on all the aspects of dental care. I certainly recommend Big Bay Dental.

After many a Zoom call I finally decided to fix my teeth- seeing them everyday was really bothering me. I had braces as a kid and did not follow through with my retainer and they started to shift. Within 6 months of using Invisalign Braces my smile looks better then ever! I found them easy to use and they worked so quickly. Thank you to Dr. Rouah and his team, they were awesome to work with! A great operation. Dr.Rouah is amazing and has great bed side manners with children and adults. I've had the pleasure of working with Krista, Anna, and Cindy all of which are amazing and very friendly. The waiting room is very nice with beverages offered and a nice fire place with TV. The facility is modern and the equipment is like new. Parking can be an issue in the plaza but that's life. Good Job Big Bay Dental. Keep it up.

We just moved to Barrie and needed a family dentist. My neighbor recommended Dr. Rouah and the Big Bay Dental Clinic. I called and explained that we were new and they offered to give a tour before we even booked an appointment! My kids got to see what to expect and my 4 year old felt comfortable and at ease in the clinic. The kids had about as much fun as you can have at a dentist so I think our search is over.

I went in for teeth cleaning yesterday and this was by far the best dentist office I've ever been to. The office is super clean and they use state of the art equipment. Dr. Rouah and his staff are very, professional, friendly and comforting. They let you know exactly what procedures would be best suited for your dental needs. They use all the up to date equipment. My dental surgery went well. After the surgery, Dr. Rouah checked in with me at home for the next few days to make sure I was feeling okay. Going to the dentist has always been something that I have never had a good experience with for the majority of my life. I have been to many dentists over the years in Canada and the United States and it was always the same. I recently went to Big Bay Dental for a major dental procedure and was blown away by the excellence of their staff and the care that they all provided. From the moment I first entered the office I received 5 star service and it was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. I also have a young toddler that I brought to the office for her first check up and she had a blast during her visit. The wire that holds together my perfect teeth became somewhat loose after snacking on nuts. I called there office and tgey had me in the very next day, I could have gone somewhere closer but they had installed my invisaline 2 years prior. I was in and out in 30mins. Thanks for the amazing service.

Dr. Rouah saved my teeth and saved me from spending tens of thousands on implants. After a hockey accident, my teeth were in bad shape, but Dr. Rouah worked his magic and gave me a new smile that was better than it was before. The hygienists at Big Bay Dental are amazing and very knowledgeable. They use high end equipment to give you the cleanest teeth possible. Clean modern upscale interior, friendly staff. I took one star off because environmentally I was a little taken aback at having to fill out between eight and 10 pages of information on single sided forms. I was told that I then needed to fill out another two forms before booking a process to fix a broken off veneer. I am new to this dental office so I understand there would be a health history dental health and a consent form beyond that it seems really excessive I was also asked to make two consultation appointments and a third would be a visit for colour matching to their live in Richmond Hill. And that’s before the process has begun which I understand is a minimum of two more appointments. So again just environmentally that’s about a tank a gas so about $50-60. I brought this up at the clinic and they were able to send me some information electronically including a quote for Services a request for a $500 nonrefundable deposit and a consent form. I removed the second star because they’re pricing was close to double that of another Barrie clinic I had just been to. I had chosen to try one more clinic because the first one was so busy it was going to be really difficult to get appointments with them. If you’ve ever had part of a tooth come off you know it can be uncomfortable and if it’s near the front as mine is it affects your smile. I’m just not sure why are you dental clinics would have such extremely different prices for the identical procedure as I know they use ODA codes for procedures which would be sent electronically to my insurance company. I know clinics might have slightly different rates I still don’t understand how the prices could be so different between two clinics in the same small city. I know each clinic will have slightly different procedures but I thought the ODA Coding would mean that the procedure should cost relatively similar amounts. This may fall under cosmetic procedures which I would have to pay the majority of the cost of so this made a real difference for me and I’ve chosen to go elsewhere. I really like the people there the atmosphere was great and I’m sure they do an amazing job but I can’t afford it and from an environmental standpoint just given that we are all trying to conserve paper and carbon emissions I feel that all this going back-and-forth and driving practically to Toronto and back over a procedure that involves one tooth just seemed a little excessive. I hope this does not seem like a harsh review - not my intent But I think they could do better and perhaps their market is more geared towards wealthier patients. It would be easy to tighten up their procedures. Why not have one consultation at the beginning for new patients that includes the intake forms a brief examination of the clients teeth and an estimate of the work proposed? That was certainly the case at the first clinic I was hoping to go to I just didn’t want to wait a month to start the process but I guess they are busy because they are good! I am hoping we can all start doing these forms on tablet style electronic devices soon. As the saying goes we have the technology ! At the very least printed back to back if you think of the number of people that go through a clinic in a month - multiply that by all the different healthcare institute in a city the size of Barry let alone a city the size of Toronto think of all the paper that is generated. Living in a city that is so recreational I know that most of its residents would agree with me that this needs to be something that companies are responsible about as well as individuals. I’ve always like the slogan if you eat vegetables today thank a farmer. Likewise if you breathe oxygen thank a tree! I think we all have the responsibility to try to do better.
