The secretary is rude. Refusing to book an appt with the new dentists because she said I missed an appt with dr cervienko, who retired. Despite that dr shokur sees me in her other office. She told me to call there and book, that she wouldn’t take the booking. I wonder how many other patients she has turned away

I've been going to this clinic for over 20 years. Most of the staff has been there that long. That says a lot. Losing Branko Cervienko through his retirement left a hole that has been filled with the two kind and knowledgeable dentists. Is Quesnel lucky or what! To have had such exemplary care all these years and to know that will continue for many to come!

I was booked into an appt on a monday unfortunately got sick & could not make it nor cancel my appointment as I couldnt give 24 hr notice so was charged a sum of dollars. Was told my husband & kids arent allowed to go to their appointments the day after. Not impressed with their rude service nor not understanding ppl do get sick. My family & I will go elsewhere.
