When my Victoria dentist retired,he suggested I try someone in my locale.The Drs. Shepley & Sibbald,though far from Rossland won my trust. Competent, caring.Cleaning and booking staff disciplined, organized. They recently moved to a brand new spotless dentistry.Cleanest washrooms on the planet.

My son is part of the ASD community (autism) and Mark and staff are absolutely AMAZING! He has absolutely no issues or meltdowns, which is no small feat (he hates even brushing his teeth) They do accept healthy kids, but due to price freezes from the government there is a small Upcharge, which in my opinion is worth it for the friendly, clean and inviting atmosphere Highly HIGHLY recommended!!!!!

No empathy whatsoever. I had fractured tooth and they would not help me even though they had open appointments.

Was unable to book into clinic due to another family member not paying off a balance when I was 14 (the treatment was not for myself) I’m now 28 and living back in the area and just found out I'm not allowed in clinic??? Not sure why an unpaid balance for someone else who is deceased, is effecting me from getting dental care 13 years later?!
