Dr. Ord and all of his staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to thoroughly explain everything they did and recommended as well as the reasoning behind it. I felt well informed and confident that I was getting top notch care. Definitely my go-to dentist and hygienist from here on out! Update: my second visit left me more convinced than the first. The hygienist rembered (probably cares enough to take notes) and asked about precious issues and concerns. Very impressed.

We booked with Dr Ord because he had good reviews on Rate MD. The office was clean and pleasant, front staff were cheery, helpful and knowledgeable. My hygienist was as gentle as humanly possible, and a very easy going conversational person. She explained everything very clearly. Dr Ord explained everything very well, was clear about what he wanted to see done, but didn't pressure for anything I didn't see as necessary.

Had 4 teeth done including 1 bad pull and prep for a bridge. I am usually very scared and a mess. Dr.Ord and Victoria made me feel so comfortable and relaxed I felt nothing. He informed me the next day I would probably be pretty sore the amount of work done. I felt great hardly any pain!!, Anyone with anxiety issues or dental problems i highly recommend him. I have been looking for a dentist for about 20 years that listened and didn't make me feel bad about my teeth, I just wanted a nice smile and now i have found one!! Between Dr. Ord, Victoria the assistant, and Kacie the front clerk, they were all amazing left nothing out no hidden costs and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them and I am very thankful.

Absolute fantastic experience. My boys (1yr and 2yr) who are extremely busy played while I was in and the staff were super with them during the boys check ups!!! Just an over all amazing experience for all!! Would definitely recommend. Brittney was soo knowledgeable and good at her job while the receptionist was kind and welcoming the boys tech was soo good with them and made them excited to be sitting in the chair and talk about teeth. The dentist really made the boys feel important.

I’ve had a fear of dental work for a lot of years. I’ve avoided such for a lot of years. Finally needing an emergency dental visit I looked into a place who does sedation dentistry. I landed upon Dr Ord. I can absolutely say I’ve never once felt I was ground upon for my delay in getting work done. The appointment went flawlessly getting multiple teeth fixed in one sitting. I can say my fear has dramatically decreased. The staff and Dr Ord were wonderful.
