They are great with kids. My 6 yr old had a terrible experience with a different dentist so when she needed dental work she was very scared. The staff at Nordstorm made her feel comfortable and she is no longer scared of her dentist.

I had my two teeth pulled without any pain at all, and Dr. Nordstrom even gave me his personal number just incase I had any issues later in the day or over the weekend. When I switched to Nordstrom Dental I felt respected when treatment options were discussed with me. The pervious dentist that I had seen had told me that ALL of my old fillings needed to be replaced, which was not necessary. I'm grateful that I switched! Had a quote from another local dentist that was very extensive and expensive when all I went in for was because I had busted a piece of tooth off a filled tooth. Dr Nordstrom fixed it plus took old metal fillings out of 3 other teeth. I have always been nervous to the point I think of dentist and my palms sweat. Rather than insisting on expensive gas and other methods Dr Nordstrom took the time and patience to help me through and used tips and tricks to make it one of the nicest dental experiences I have ever had. And yes I did have some difficulties with bite..but he happily and quickly adjusted it and in his defence I did get bucked off a horse as soon as the freezing came out lol and dislocated ribs. He can't fix stupid lol yet but he sure can fix teeth and help make the experience so much nicer and to me that is a rare find in today's world.

Excellent dental service. I recently relocated from Calgary and broke a tooth. Dr Nordstrom and staff were professional, courteous and very helpful in all aspects of the dental care. From explaining my options to aiding me with the insurance claim forms they fulfilled all my needs and requirements. They also followed up with a phone call two days later, to ensure I was doing well, and that the bite was good. Their equipment appear to be the latest technology, and was surprised to learn that Dr. Nordstrom had gone to dental school with my former Dentist in Calgary. They will be my regular dental service provider while I remain in this area. Would highly recommend.

This is a gorgeous place, with new looking equipment, not the old 80’s carpet your used to, all the staff and Dr.Nordstrom were excellent to deal with and kept me in good spirits which can be hard to do when your getting dental work done. Got some filings done here, and they felt a little off. Dr. Nordstrom told me I could come back for a complimentary "bite adjustment" later if necessary. After the third time back, he suddenly got very irritated and agitated at the end of the appointment and insisted on refunding me for the fillings. He then told me if I continued to have problems, I'd have to go to another dentist to get them fixed! Yes, I'd have to go to another dentist to fix his work! Stay far away - unprofessional and unpredictable!

A friend told me to seek a second opinion from Dr. Nordstrom, the X-ray equipment at Nordstrom Dental showed that I required 4 repairs and 1 extraction.
