I went in to go see Dr. Jess to have him replace a cap that was put on my teeth about 10 years back. Heather, at the front, was very welcoming and polite and took care of everything for the insurance side. His assistant, Madison was also very helpful as she made sure everything was going smoothly during the whole procedure, always asking if I'm doing okay, or if i needed anything. Overall, my experience at Langdon Dental was one of the best I've had as Dr. Jess and his whole team are not only professionals at what they do, but the way they do it makes you truly feel like you never left home.

I am always so happy to go into Langdon Dental. Not only do I get all my dental services done there, but I am a local community member and also own a local business. Dr. Jess and all his staff are always happy and wonderful. I was blown away by the one day crown service that they offer. I was able to sit and watch the crown be created in real time. I found it fascinating. Dr. Jess always explains everything in detail and he was wonderful with my 4 year old son who went in for his first dental appointment. I highly recommend Langdon Dental!

After over 10 years of neglect and not taking care of my teeth, I truly thought that my teeth were beyond the point of repair. I was referred to Dr Jess and was surprised to learn how much dentistry has advanced over the years. Honestly, the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. Today I had a root canal and a crown installed, all in approximately 2 hours. My mouth was not sore afterwards, nor was it frozen for hours after the appointment. My Dentist was very thorough with explaining my options beforehand, and was extremely thoughtful about my comfort during the procedure. I am still in shock about what a pleasant experience it was. Highly recommend.

I just had my first visit to Langdon Dental and I must say it was outstanding! From my arrival to my departure all of the staff were friendly, informative, and professional. Dr. Jess is the first Dentist to ever sit down with me and explain my oral health. He showed me on my x-ray's and pictures areas to pay attention to and he explained possible causes to some of my concerns. Not only that, but Dr.Jess gave me treatment options, explained the difference between them, and explained how each one might affect my oral health in the future so that I could make an informed decision. Kudos to Dr. Jess and the staff at Langdon Dental on a job well done!

State of the art equipment, Extremely clean and well lit environment. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I don’t normally write reviews but Dr. Jess and his staff were phenomenal! Firstly I had a broken tooth and had never been there before. The receptionist Juliana booked me in and was so sweet and caring on the phone making me feel at ease. I walked in the door and was welcomed by Heather and Juliana who were bright and bubbly and genuinely cared. I didn’t wait long at all and the assistant Madison came and got me and she was just so kind and caring and gentle as she took X-rays. During the procedure she put Vaseline on my lips which I thought was kind. Dr Jess was so informative showing me my tooth on the screen and explaining my options . Even though he had kindly fit me in I felt like I had his undivided attention. The thing that impressed me the most was there was no pressure as to the decision I was contemplating. He gave me time to decide and had Juliana discuss with me the costs and so I knew where I stood. Dr Jess was very professional but very caring. I wasn’t just another mouth to work on. I was lucky that the tooth could be saved and I chose a crown. Low and behold the crown can be made in one hour in the office which meant I never had to come back to have it inserted. A bonus for me! Dr Jess is honestly awesome. I have never had a dentist take the time to inform me as he did. I appreciated that. Oh yeah and no pain! I’ll be back and thank you Langdon Dental for making my experience a great one.

I called Thursday morning to see if I could get in to do a root canal, and they found a spot for me the next Monday. I went in Thursday for a complimentary exam to see what was happening, including X-rays, photos and a ct. everyone was so wonderful and friendly. My procedure was quite literally painless. Everything was explain thoroughly, and 3 hours after the procedure the freezing is gone and I have ZERO pain. Incredible service and work. I think I just found my new dentist!

Very nice staff! Dr Jess is honest, helpful and realistic with any work needed and is supportive and follows up with the continued care procedures to maintaining a healthy mouth. Can’t beat the proximity to home - once experienced an emergency and fortunately - the office was open. Great support also when the office voicemail offers alternate contact info should the office be closed or if an emergency arises. Langdon Dental team have the best interest of their patients in mind when working on them. Dr Jess personally checks in as he works and ensures his patients are comfortable throughout the procedure. In fact... I forgot my blanket once and I was lent a brand new one to use... thank you. The team is aware of the changes within the industry and keeps up to the demands associated. The office has something new each time I go..but that’s only a couple times year. I have been a patient since the beginning - the Langdon dental team has steadily improved and I will continue to go - I actually relax there. Shout out also to Langdon Dental for sponsoring our Pancake breakfast. We have appreciated your generous donation to the community for the town’s annual Langdon days over the years! Dr.Jess and the staff at Langdon dental are AMAZING!! I had to replace a tooth, implants were not an option, and was told by another dentist that my only option was for a sort of denture. Dr. Liz and Dr. Jess came up with 2 other options for me and I am more than pleased with my decision. I have my smile back again. For the most part we have been very pleased with experiences at Langdon dental. All of the STAFF are professional and cordial. Both my wife and I have had work done . This is where it ends My wife was requesting 2 implants and 2 crowns to replace a partial plate. As time went on rather than crowns mounted on the new implants a partial was made. Originally we were shown a nice looking crown and a demonstration of how it attached to the implants. And could be removed when and if necessary. We are still unsure why this was demonstrated and as time went on an appliance was attached to the partial which now attaches over but not attached to the implants. When we reached the point of the denturist installing the partial to the implants which now had an appliance to hold them in place . This was explained as necessary to make sure they remain in place through fitting process . So , my wife on the final day of fitting shocked to find she now had a partial plate that rests on the abutments of the implants . Very upset after nearly $10,000.00 spent to have implants to hold a partial which is removable just like the partial she has. Had this been explained we would have ordered a new partial or not had any work done.This was never explained or demonstrated. I myself have implants and crowns which are attached to the crowns . I am not sure where this process went wrong however this is not what was wanted , explained or wanted replace a partial plate with another partial plate not permanent attached to the implants??? What was the point of implant?sorry just don’t understand whole process. Not the way explained or at the very least not understood . Nearly 10,000. Spent to have implants . Why not attached to implants

Everyone is very friendly. The dentist and his assistant made sure to explain every single thing that they were doing and asked me several times if I was doing okay. Dentists are the only thing I'm afraid of. I'm going back next week for my 3rd crown. I'm still nervous but not as bad as I was.

Madison was our hygienist with my 5 year old (who was previously too afraid to have anything done) She was SO WONDERFUL dealing with children! My daughter actually did everything we needed to do and it was all because of Madison! She has a natural ability to interact with her patients (kids or otherwise), work with them, and calm them down. Good Morning, I just wanted to say Thank you to both Dr. Jess and his staff. I called yesterday morning because I had broken a piece off my tooth. I got into see Dr. Jess by the afternoon. I am one of those people that don't do well before seeing the Dentist, which I told him. Dr. Jess and Staff told me how I could let them know if I was feeling any discomfort during the procedure. The Staff were GREAT giving me time to relax, explained to me everything that they were doing and why.
