I switched to ID Dental while working nearby and had checkups and got fillings with Dr. Reid. I had an issue with a filling fit done there which required a 2nd visit to correct (but was properly fixed after all). As well, we seemed to have administrative issues at ID Dental with insurance claims and billing where they were unaware about who was receiving the insurance payment which lead to me being overbilled (which was also later rectified).

Very displeased with the work done and the level of professionalism. I had four cavities done and nine months later they still have not settled right despite multiple return visits with the same complaint. The main receptionist is awful regularly losing paperwork and misscheduling appointments. My sister has also been seeing dr Reid and has not had great experiences either. Stay away.

Had a series of fillings done that ended up causing me to leave with a great deal of pain which was not solved and never present before my visit. instead just tried to solve the issue thoroughly, they tried to upsell me new services. After visiting a second opinion, I learned that that pain after having fillings done, is not normal and the practices they used were dated. They still charged me for the services and I am having to get the fillings redone because they were so poorly done.
