About a year after I got a filling done at Didsbury Smiles it became loose and fell out. I was told by the dentist that the filling became loose because it was not properly done in the first place. I was also told that it was under warranty and that I wouldn't have to pay for the procedure to fix the faulty filling, I checked with two front desk staff, the dental hygienist, and the dentist to make sure I wouldn't be billed. It was only after the procedure was told that I had to pay an appointment fee of almost 100.00. I have tried calling on multiple occasions to clear things up and they haven't replied my calls, now, I have received a bill in the mail. I feel as though Didsbury smiles has a low quality of dental work and an even lower quality of customer service.

I thought I was going to need a bridge because it had been recommended by the other dentist in town. Right from the moment you walk through the door until the time you leave you are treated with respect compassion and you feel like you are important. Simply the BEST! Dr Josh is the BEST! It is refreshing to find a dental office that is not just about the all mighty dollar and not the patient health. They do not recommend needless procedures and offers of things you do not need. The ladies that are hygienist is simply the BEST too! I am driving 45 minutes each way to this dental office but it will be well worth the drive. I use to hate dentist but now I can go with out any anxiety and leave knowing that what was done needed to be done and look forward to my next check up. Thanks for showing me that I do not need to fear the dentist because of pain and sounds or the un needed costly procedures that only was for financial gain. You need not to worry about Covid-19 here. You will be safe right from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. The ladies at reception ( Mandy and Simone) are amazing and truly make you feel welcomed. The thought of going to a dentist makes me feel anxious and sick to my stomach. Dr. Rivera made it enjoyable and painless. He had a good sense of humor, skillful with his hands, explained everything he was doing to keep me in the loop, very knowledgeable and reassured me I wouldn't feel any pain. He was so right!!!! Before I knew it, he was finished and I was on my way. They even have TV on the ceiling in each room to keep you entertained and distracted from the procedure. Super awesome!! The office was clean and front desk were friendly, even asking how I was feeling after the procedure. Even though I'm one of many patient's they see in a day getting a filling done, it was nice of them and excellent customer service skills. I'm so relieved to have found a trustworthy and knowledgeable dentist.

My daughter's and I have had everything from fillings to root canals even a tooth extraction and we could not be happier with the service we have received. The reception staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable when it comes to working with insurance, they're truly beautiful friendly ladies. The knowledgeable and friendly staff continue into the back the hygienists have all been lovely, gentle and kind. Dr. Jones has worked on my 6yr old and has inspired her to become a dentist. I believe that speaks volumes to her kindness and gentleness. Dr. Song has worked on my teen daughter and myself. He is as gentle as you can be for a dentist, he communicates every step along the way so you know what's going on. He doesn't just get the job done he make sure you're as comfortable as possible through the process. I would highly recommend Didsbury Smile Dental for all ages.

I was very reluctant to try a new dentist after a horrible experience at another dentist in town but I had heard good things about Didsbury Smiles so I thought I'd give it a shot. Walking through the front door I knew immediately this was going to be a way better experience. The decor was very clean and fancy yet very inviting. The girl behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. Which helped settled my nerves. The hygenists were outstanding! Very kind and cheery. Everything in the office was very state of the art and made the experience more comfortable. When I saw the dentist himself. I was very suprised yet relieved to find he wasn't some hot shot, stuck up city dentist, but very pleasant and happy to talk to. He gave off a small town dentist feel as he asked questions to get to know me better. It was such a good place that I immediately made appointments to take my three kids there as a trial run to see how they deal with children. Because if you know me you know my kids are quite a handful. The staff made my boys Derrick, Alex, and Mark happy and kept them entertained with the two tvs in the office! My daughter Alexis was a lot like me and was terrified at first but she came out smiling and can't wait to go back. Overall, this dentist is amazing! Have nothing bad at all to say. they are just what this small town needed (and it doesn't hurt that Tims is just across the parking lot ;) ). thank you so much Didsbury Smiles Dental for taking such good care of my Family. I had a bad tooth infection when I called smiles for an appointment ....the receptionist was sweeter than my tooth and got me in the following day by tooth hurty...I mean 2:30...I was in horrendous pain and not a very nice person to deal with when I arrived with the throbbing unbearable pain that an infection from a broken off molar cap that was only about 5 years new...anyways I was having trouble filling out the paperwork and having a hard time being nice to anyone...they were quick to get me in a chair and to x-ray my jaw....I was completely amazed at the clarity and quality of the x-ray, it made things a way easier when I came to making a decision on weather or not to pull the tooth. The dentist was clear headed and experienced with the calm demenor that one expects from a dental practitioner during a crisis of the mouth....very happy with all the beautiful NEW equipment and staff...also found the front seating area to be aesthetically pleasing to the eye and nicely designed for privacy or a coffee from the kurig....thanks guys for your work on my sons braces too #didsburysmiles.

I have a big anxiety for dental treatments because I've been going through a lot with my teeth. I cried with every treatment. Since I go to Dids Smiles, I got laughing gas from the beginning, to make me more relaxed. Dr. Jones and her great assistant always tell me what they will do, step by step. They ask me how I am doing a few times during the treatment. They listen to me and try to make me as comfortable as possible. The last couple of treatments, I didn't even need the laughing gas! It is going better and better, thanks to these 2 amazing people. Proud owner of 4 new perfect crowns.

This was by far the best dentist my daughter has ever been to. After some bad experiences elsewhere Dr. Ziad and his dental assistant managed to work with my 8 year old even though she was already feeling a tonne of anxiety on the way there and they calmed her down enough to do their work. This is the best place I've ever taken my kids! I have 4 kids and we have taken them to different dentists over the years and a couple pediatric dentists and we have never had such great care and been treated as well as we have at Didsbury smiles. The hygienists are so great with kids and so friendly, the dentists are very patient and great with the kids also. Had my second visit today, last Monday and this Monday. Let’s get something straight right off the bat. I am terrified of the dentist office, to the point that I now need a ton of dental work which requires many visits. I was placed in a room and the young lady’s name attending to me was Pam she was the perfect match for me, she was amazing at helping me deal with the tension I was was feeling, very attentive to everything going on in the room to make sure I was relaxed enough to see the dentist. The. Dentist was Dr Josh I had to have my front teeth RE filled as they broke (felt as though I should have been in an Allan Jackson video )along with 5 teeth this past year. Anyway Dr Josh explained everything to me as he worked on my pie hole fixing my front teeth. He made it very clear we would not proceed without me understanding everything needing to be done. I have never ever had a dentist do that before. I had my second appointment today and had some more hard work done. I am here to tell you if you have a fear of the dentist you MUST visit Pam and DR Josh they are a fantastic . I have never met a dentist or dental assistant I actually liked until last Monday. I am so happy with my teeth that they fixed for me. I don’t think another dentist would have gotten them so perfect. There was no pain ,I wasn’t uncomfortable , I know that they are doing what would be best work for me personally, I have great faith in these two humans. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations of a dental visit, and that’s a good thing considering I will have about 5 - more visits in Jan feb 2021 Lisa D

I recently started going to Didsbury Smiles after some years of neglecting my oral hygiene. Having had an uncomfortable experience when I had my wisdom teeth removed at a previous dentist I avoided going back to one at all costs. To say that my anxiety got the better of me is probably an understatement. On my very first visit for a cleaning the staff worked to put me at ease and did their best to make me feel comfortable. The experience was painless and while my anxiety was still prevalent the exceptional treatment was enough to get me to go back. I have now had numerous visits including several fillings. Each time the experience has been the same. The staff are calm, patient, and reassuring. When I asked about options for sedation they were able to offer me a few choices and I'm happy to report that the nitrous oxide has been a real help to get me through the filling appointments. From the friendly administrative staff to the dentist themselves I would say that the experience has been great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Didsbury Smiles to anyone in the area who may be looking for a new dentist. Go ahead, you won't be disappointed.

This is a great place to go if you have finicky toddlers. The staff is amazing and Dr. T is awesome. Took my 2 and 3 years olds today, and they loved it. Even my daughter did fantastic, and most people make her cry. I had them open up my tooth for a root canal, didn't feel the needle, the dentist was so patient as I was very anxious and overall was a great experience that completely set my mind at ease for the actual root canal. Every time I have either called or gone to Smiles Dental the people there are always so pleasant to talk to and are very knowledgeable. Any concerns I have had they have been able to deal with professionally and happily.
