Dr. Coulombe is the best dentist I have ever been to. After a dentist botched two root canals, he fixed them no problem. He also did some cosmetic surgery on my teeth and now I feel more confident smiling. I won’t go to anyone else!!

I was not impressed with their professionalism during my recent appointment yesterday. A lady made a mistake and didn't take responsibility for her own actions. This appointment was first changed due to them accidentally booking me on the Friday before Thanksgiving which I was flexible to change to. They rebooked me for a 11am appointment a few weeks later. Then a few days before my appointment, they texted me to change my appointment to 8am due to staff shortages because of COVID. I agreed to the change even though the notification was very short notice. Once I came for my appointment, things were normal except near the end of my appointment. A lady did my dental cleaning but I didn't catch her name. At the end, she was flossing my teeth with very strong force. I have an underwire from have braces on my bottom teeth. She flossed so hard that she yanked loose part of my wire. She didn't even take responsibility for her mistake and tried to say something along the lines of "oh, it must have been ready to fall off at anytime now". What she doesn't know is that I had my underwire retouched just a few months ago which means there was no way they were readily loose. She brushed it off like nothing has happened and was about to end my appointment. It wasn't until I mentioned the wire again that she said she couldn't fix it and I need to rebook a new appointment to see a dentist. This is unacceptable since it was her fault for causing my wire to be loose and I had to book another appointment which I have to pay for something she caused. During my appointment, I even told her it was a long commute for me to come here since I don't work downtown anymore due to COVID. She didn't even take this into consideration when she told me to book another appointment. I ended up not booking an appointment due to that reason and also because I didn't want to deal with last minute appointment changes again as described above.

This dental office is trustworthy. I recently tried two other offices because I moved from the area but quickly regretted it. These people are friendly and reliable. I’ve never had to pay more than what is covered by insurance. I thought I had a cavity but it turned out to be sensitive teeth. I could had had work done that wasn’t necessary but these people are honest. I recommend this office to everyone.

Have been with this clinic for 30 years. Have always found all staff to be friendly and professional. Never have to wait more than a couple minutes for an appointment. Never had any issues with billing. Staff are very familiar with various insurance policies and their restrictions. Dentists and Hygienist's are first rate and facilities modern and comfortable. ????
