We were evacuated from the Fort McMurray forest fires when I started to experience some discomfort in one of my teeth. I called Dr Bernard's office and they got me in short notice for a diagnostic when I got some bad news : root canal. He and his staff worked hard on our behalf to try and fit me into their busy schedule or find another dentist to do the work. Very professional, would make them my regular dentist if I lived in the Beaumont area.

Friendly atmosphere all over. As soon as I walked in the receptionist helped me and made me feel very welcomed. I don’t normally enjoy the dental experience, but the hygienists to the dentist himself was nothing but kinda, gental with my chronic jaw pain. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I went to Dr Bernard on Sept 9th 2020. I needed the roots of a broken tooth extracted. It was the best experience I've had in 45 years, not saying it was 45 years since I've been too a dentist ; Dr Kinderchuk was good, but the whole procedure was painless. Extremely gentle from the needle to extraction and explains everything thoroughly through easy to understand explanations. This clinic is by far the best. I live off of 97 and Anthony Henday and I would invest the time again and again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you staff for the great appointment.

I was going here for cleaning and it was always super painful and I didn’t feel welcoming after a while of looking finally I found a dentist that is not painful, the cleaning should not be so painful like in this clinic. Not recommend

Today i have an appointment at 10.30am. I already there at 10.30am and receptionist said dentist bernard will be with me shortly, he still with another patient. Im waiting and waiting untill 11.30am (1 hour waiting). And start ask her when he will take me. At 11.35am she said dentist bernard cannot take me today and ask me to come back next week after new year ( because today is a last day for them ). And the thing make me more upset, she take another patient who came at 11.30am. After i waiting more than 1 hour, she just tell me to go home without say sorry or something like that ? Even dentist bernard not come to see me or say hello and explain that why he cannot take me today. I wasted my time and wasted my dental benefit for this year. Really not happy with that. FYI : I came with my newborn 1 week old baby and my toddler .

Dr. Bernard is my family's dentist. He has been my dentist for over 15 years and I have never been disappointed. In fact dr. Bernard has saved my family thousands of dollars on kids retainers as he found a way to have them made and placed them himself for a fraction of the price I have been quoted elsewhere and I be forever grateful. He is skilled, takes great care for his patients and his stuff and he hums!???????? I must point out that his dental office décor changes more often than his staff, which to me only means its a great place to work. The office place is very clean and welcoming. I have been dreading going to the dentist all my life, however I am always looking forward my appointments with Dr. Bernard. let's not forget to mention the great personnel from receptionist to hygienists. They are super friendly, funny and helpful and they make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I believe my kids love them as those ladies keep spoiling them with surprises after every check up... Honestly I have nothing bad I could say about Beaumont Dental Care. They are the best!

I love this place. They are so careful with keeping things clean and I love not chocking on all the pastes with the dental protective barrier they use. Also no one else does the sealant so my teeth don’t hurt as much after I have a cavity done. Great dentist and great staff!!!

This is a great place to bring you family. Dr Bernard is such a nice dentist that takes the time to keep everything just right. I hate when you go to a dentist and after you have a filling it hurts for weeks after. I love that they do it right to make sure it lasts as much as you can and protect you from pain as much as possible. Keep it up.

I have just had my regular dental hygiene visit and I thought I would take this opportunity to thank Dr. Bernard and his staff for my continued quality dental care. It has been one year since I retired as an employee of Dr. Michael Bernard. I have often thought that I should write a review so that patients can better know Dr. Bernard. I worked for 42 years in dentistry and many times have said that Dr. Bernard is the best clinician I have ever worked with. During my 16 years working with Dr. Bernard I have found him to be extremely caring, gentle and honest. He is also the most educated general dentist I have known. His pursuit of continuing education is outstanding in all areas of dentistry including orthodontics and dental implants. After many years of study he has attained mentor status with the Kois Center, which further shows his dedication to his patients. Because of this knowledge his is able to provide care at a level well beyond most general dentists. I would not entrust my dental health to any other dentist.

Dr. Bernard is the most thorough dentist I've ever had. I love how he takes the time to answer the "why" questions that I don't think of asking but should be. I wish I'd gone to him years ago, I probably could've avoided some issues I'm having now. I also love his approach of "this tooth could probably use some work but it's not urgent, and this one needs work now". He's also super patient and kind with my young son who was nervous about going to the dentist.

I have had many expierences with dental offices over the years but this place really stands out. Going to the dentist used to be something I would stress about and avoid. I no longer feel that way. They take their time to really get to know you and to make sure that you understand everything that is happening. I really appreciate that. Dr. Benard is also an extremely intelligent person and you can tell that he strives to always put his best foot forward. While having a dental procedure done he often talks about something new and interesting he's learned about and I find that really reassuring because It means that learning is important to him. Science is cool and evolves so quickly and one thing I have gathered is that he makes very calculated decisions and really takes time to evaluate all the new innovations that comes his way. I always feel well taken care of and I finally trust someone with my dental care.it feels really good to know that when I need to sit in that chair, the chair I used to always dread, i can now relax. That's worth so much to me. If you are looking for a new dentist, give him and his staff a try. You will not be dissapointed

His procedure of explaining his every move while working on my teeth has given me comfort during the procedures. I visited Beaumont Dental Care for a long over due check up and cleaning yesterday. The experience was one of the best that I have experienced in a dental office. All of the staff were phenomenal! The front office staff, the hygienist, and Dr. Bernard were all very professional. I would high recommend this dental office and will be back for regular cleanings and check ups.

I had an awesome experience at the dentist today. Dr Benard and all the staff were fantastic. They are so personable and put me at ease. The work was great and totally pain free. I really appreciate the time they took to help me understand what needed to be done and what I needed to do for follow up. I give them my highest recommendation. I waited too long because of my apprehension. I just wish I would have come in sooner and I will definitely be back.
