I absolutely love this dental office. Especially Dr. Fauzia Sajjad. I am a nervous patient when it comes to Dental work. Even when its just a simple cleaning. (Let's just say I had 6 teeth pulled as a child along with years of orthodontics and have been uneasy ever since.) Everyone at this dental office is highly educated, kind and sincerely genuine. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and to help you understand everything that is being done. Dr. Sajjad is passionate about what she does and wants the best for her patients. I have never seen this in a dental office before! ... Not to mention they have a beautiful office! I would HIGHLY recomend Dr. Sajjad and the wonderful team at Gibson Family Dentistry!

One of the best dentists I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. I scheduled a very last minute appointment during the beginning of an 8,000 mile road trip when a filling decided to fail. Dr Sajjad and her assistant were incredibly honest and up front with me. The procedure was quick and painless and she even talked me through the next steps I should take when I am able to see my at home dentist. Highly recommended!

Very nice people, that is for sure:) Only down side was that I had to do all my exam including X-ray even though I just wanted my teeth cleaned... They said that I must have them done, otherwise they couldn’t clean my teeth. I spent over 100 dollars from my health spending account other than my dental coverage to pay that, and got my teeth cleaned... Afterward, I checked with my friends and other dental clinic, apparently you don’t have to do all those exams to get teeth cleaned, it must be their protocol... If you live in Banff or near its area, I think that they are pretty good people and good place to go for teeth checked out. But, if you can have access to other dental clinic, go and check if they can just clean your teeth without paying for X-ray and other stuff since your teeth are good and healthy. Well, we learn from the mistakes right?:) Good luck! Also, thanks for cleaning my teeth!:)

I had an amazing interaction with my dental hygienist Elyna. She is gentle, kind and hummed softly during my treatment which was surprisingly comforting ;) Leslie the clinic manager is also an amazing women.... helpful, sweet and very welcoming. For someone who is nervous going to the dentist, Banff Dentistry is extremely calming and professional. Highly recommended.

Great experience and customer service. I had a killer toothache mid vacation on the weekend and they took me in Monday morning. All the staff were so helpful and Dr. Sajjad is a wonderful dentist and person. Turns out I needed a root canal, and was surprised how painless the procedure turned out to be. I was so thankful to be able to get on with my vacation in this great part of the world without pain. Thank you!

The dentists and staff are super nice... However, I must caution you of the female dentist here. She did my cavities in the fall. It's been almost a year, and my tooth still hurts! She said it would be sensitive for a few weeks, but that sensitivity never actually went away. I can feel it most when I floss.. it really makes me cringe. My tooth NEVER HURT BEFORE the filling. Dr Gibson tried to "fix it" by shaving it down more?! Which did nothing because I'm pretty sure the issue is right in the nerve. He asked me if I could feel a difference then was surprised when I said no? I don't get it. The other scary thing is... this happening to my boyfriend too! He got his teeth fixed by the same dentist and it actually hurts him when he eats! I was always a little bit nervous of my tooth's new sensitivity, but after learning he had the same issue from the same dentist I'm actually now kinda scared! I'm not sure if this damage can be reversed...... Anyway... I just wanted everyone to be cautious of the female dentist here. My other two teeth that she did were fine... and I had a great "experience" there besides this ... the most important part.

Beautiful and clean dentistry! The people working there make it even better. I got my teeth worked on along with an MMT to correct my bite. I have never been happier. I took my husband and kids there as well. Dr. Sajjad and all her staff were professional, personable, and answered any questions I had. That helped me come up with the best course of dental issues.

Walked in on the first day of our honeymoon with a failed crown on an implant and a slightly sore extraction site from a tooth I had out 10 days before the wedding!! Amazingly they were able to see me pretty much straight away at 7am! Looked after really well and given lots more advice than back home in UK! This dentist pretty much saved the honeymoon because he found debris in my wound and cleared it out at the same time as fixing the crown. He also gave me the tools to keep it clean (why didn't my dentist do this and avoid problems?!) and allow it to heal. Wishing I could come back and get all my dental problems sorted here, I'm sure half the problems I have are from poor dentists! Thanks Hannah Chivrall

I cannot say enough great things about Dr.Fauzia Sajjad and all of her team over time. I have had many problems with my teeth as a result of my age and severe osteoporosis. Dr. Fauzia Sajjad has been reliably there so many times when I had to have extractions and the refining of the fittings in terms of dental plates that were required. She has always been exceptionally truthful with me and even referred me to a specialist when she wanted the best care for me. I have found her exceptionally competent, empathetic and kind. Dr. Fauzia is exacting and she expects that of her staff. I feel very lucky to have this dental office supporting me at this difficult time in my life. Thank you all so very much. Sandra.

I came to this dentist to get a top wire fixed after my braces were removed a few years before, the second wire which was in for almost 15 months had broken luckily my teeth hadn’t moved yet, I came to this “facility” to prevent that from happening granted my over bite had caused this as explained by the dental surgeon, she replaced the wire with the same wire as we agreed it may or may not last but budget wise this was my best short term option it was a calculated risk. She said it could last up to 10 years ..when I brought this up she said “it most defiantly would not last “which was a blatant lie” I was happy to go ahead thinking if I get 12 months then it would be worth it as the last wire had lasted almost 16 months, I noticed the bonding was not evenly distributed and it broke off within not even 2 months, I had spent 8k getting everything in place so even being on min wage it was worth it, after my two front teeth developed a large gap and one of my other teeth had started to shift dramatically I called to discuss options to which the so called “surgeon” who performed the work basically washed her hands clean and said “I told you it definitely would not last” that was most definitely NOT the case, she raised her voice saying “I am a professional you can’t swear at me like that” not ONCE did I swear or raise my voice even though I was extremely frustrated, she said we can’t help you she would ask me a question then constantly cut me off then yelled “like a true professional” and hung up on me, this women is far from a professional I recommend going anywhere but here, apparently I also developed a huge number of cavities that needed immediate attention (surprise!!) and also tried to up sell a heavier duty wire at the time to which I asked if that was still an option and she said “I never said that it’s not an option” by far the worst dental experience of my life after spending almost 500$ my teeth are far worse than they were before..

The best dental experience! My mom and I were in Banff for vacation when my mom started to have severe toothache. We found Banff Dentistry and Dr. Sajjad took great care of us. She listened to our concerns and explained to us the x-ray report, and performed the procedure on the same day. My mom felt great the next day for our flight back home. We highly recommend this place! Dr. Sajjad is amazing!

When I went for my initial checkup, I was astonished at the service and the facilities at this dentist. The receptionist and dental hygienist were very kind and patient. And... Dr. Balint was incredible! After the check-up, we had a consultation. He wasn't rushed and I never felt like just another patient. I was required to get my four wisdom teeth removed. Usually this would make someone nervous, but because of the professionalism, kindess and honesty of Dr. Balint, I wasn't worried at all. The procedure was easy, and I was comfortable throughout my time there. Thank you Banff Dentistry!

Dr. Sajjad is not a friendly person and does not tolerate questions. You may not understand what she is telling you. Leslie, the receptionist, is cold and a somewhat hostile towards men. It is an all female operation in this office and the two mentioned above are downright unfriendly to the male gender. There are four other ladies working there who are friendly and great at their practice. Beware and sincerely, males really should go elsewhere for dental work.

Very simple clinic with basic competency. Don't go there If you have advanced work to be done, otherwise they will charge you consultancy fee and end up referring you to a specialist. Save your money and go to a specialist straightaway..

Dr Fauzia, at the Banff Dentistry pulled out one of my wisdom teeth in no time. She is highly skillfull at her Job and such a lovely human. I would recommend anyone to go to her. In the past I've experienced dental appointments to be very long and painful. With Fauzia, I actually enjoy being there and I had barely any pain after my visit.

My wife needed emergency dental treatment whilst on holiday nr Banff. We called Banff Dentistry at 7:50AM they saw us immediately and what a wonderful experience.
