Cefa is a fantastic!! If you're looking for a daycare that feels more like school this is definitely the top option. With a huge variety of daily educational and fun activities, your child, like mine, will thrive! Their communication is excellent, their attention to detail the best I've seen, and the teachers there are absolute rockstars!!! Especially Kathy and Ashley! :)

For the price, it’s better to take care of our dear children ourselves than Cefa. The staff is not always the same since most of the best and the good staff quits because of low pay. So the underpaid staff taking care of our kids is at a question mark for which there is no answer. Sweet words gets spoken around always about the staff and kids which is good. However, the admin smiles and says everything we want to hear about our kid and badmouth our kid to every other parent. Nutrition is so much below par and the school could use a real chef. No information on who cooks the food or where the food is from. Our journey in short, what started off as a “is gonna be a great experience for our kid” ended up being the worst decision. We feel guilty as a parents!

I have toured several Early childhood centers and I can say that CEFA Victoria is one of the best! During COVID-times when as a parent you have so much to worry about, this center takes so much off your plate (hot lunch, great learning opportunities, talented and empathetic caregivers)! I highly recommend you to visit the center if you’re looking!

I am very proud to be a CEFA parent: This school is phenomenal! My daughter has been attending CEFA since she was 11 months old and the amount of learning, interaction and stimulation she receives is incredible. CEFA begins teaching from a very young age. The teachers are all so fabulous with the students and my daughter has, and is, excelling because of her time there. In addition, the parent teacher communication about what goes on in the day exceeds my expectations. Thanks you CEFA staff!!

Thank CEFA so much for taking such great care of my daughter. We started 2 years ago. We’ve gone from the baby room to JK3 and she has learn so much. The staff members are amazing and very helpful. Special thanks to the administration staff for all the work you do.

Love cefa’s curriculum and hot lunch program!due to COVID I tried limited my baby’s school time and asked her stay at home to have a day off, she said “no” all the time. She loves her school. I can see daily reports through app and monthly news letters (including the activities and menu) via emails.

CEFA Victoria is amazing! The staff is extremely professional and I would highly recommend families to consider sending their children to this location in particular. There COVID-19 protocols definitely brought a high sense of comfortability for our family. The administrator, I believe her name was Yasmeen, was extremely kind, polite and super reliable. I would highly recommend!

Did a tour back in January and so glad I did. The inside of the school looks great and I am still able to watch a video on Facebook. Watched how the teachers engage with the students, we get daily updates of what the students have done during COVID and I really appreciate that. I’ve toured other daycares, this is definitely not in the same league - I know this is actually at a Junior Kindergarten. This school is going into its second year - they’ve had to slowly expand each room which as a business person I can respect. However I really appreciate that even through Covid they stayed open and did their best to provide service to families that needed it. Keep up the great job Cefa Victoria.

This daycare is horrible. Avoid at all costs. Although some of the staff are friendly, the principle YASMIN is not qualified to deal with parents or children. This daycare RESTRAINED our one and a half year old to a chair and was left alone to hysterically cry because he had a runny nose during the wildfire smoke haze. They claimed they were taking "Covid precautions" after our son had already had a runny nose for the week prior due to the smoke (and no symptoms of being sick). Upon arrival, our baby was strapped into a chair, facing a wall, alone and screaming his head off crying. After bringing our concerns to the principle YASMIN, She decided to turn into a condescending know it all, telling us we were wrong to request that he shouldn't of been treated this way. On a daily basis we pick up our son left in dirty diapers, snot dried all over his face, and either extremely thirsty or hungry. If we make a request for his face to be wiped or to be clothed suitably, our emails go completely ignored. Fast forward to this week in October 2021, 2 year old son was ejected from the daycare by YASMIN. Against corporate policy, they kicked out our little boy for bad behaviour. I was informed by the vice president of CEFA that it is their policy to have meetings with the parents and a plan to address behaviour as the first steps to help children learn to over come bad behaviours like hitting or biting. Instead, we were only ever told ONCE each of this ever occurring. The staff did not offer any help to correct behaviour, offer any meeting to address behaviour or follow their own rules and guidelines. So if you want your children to be abused and neglected and then unfairly kicked out, this is definitely the daycare for you. If you love your child, avoid this facility and especially YASMIN.
