We are very lucky to have zen fitness here. This business deserves a 5 star rating because it's unlike any other gym. After my first pole dance class with Seija I kept coming back so a membership is definitely worth it. There's no judgment, it's just super fun and empowering and inspired me as a woman!

Really great space and the attitude is super body positive, and respectful. The classes are fun and unique and the team is always friendly and welcoming. I hate working out but at Zen it really works for me.

Great atmosphere and a wonderful positive vibe from all of the instructors & fellow Zennies that I have met. They offer a great variety of classes and times. I really like that there are so many different types of classes offered at one spot, and that the classes are all small sizes. Buy a one week pass and try as many classes as you can, and you will not be disappointed and will be hooked :)

We had a private bachelorette party at zen fitness it was absolutely amazing! I had so much fun and the instructor was so helpful and encouraging! it was a 2 hour session which may seem long but it flew by with all the fun we were having!

Started with the intro to zen 30 day membership and have been hooked ever since :) such a good variety of classes to suit your physical goals and needs as well as having them spread out during the days of the week and times during the day.
