I got ballet shoes and I have nothing bad to say! I love them and the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and helped me pick out a good pair. The store itself is very clean and bright. I see myself back there soon!

I've ordered online from Jump! in previous months, and we were happy to visit the store in person. Staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter was able to get everything she needed for her upcoming figure skating competition.

They cost less than Stage and Street, but they don't size your feet. They prefer to spend time with children. Getting them to bring another size of adult jazz shoes out for me was like pulling teeth, and the ones I left with still don't fit as well as the pair I got from Stage and Street. I tried on two pairs and she decided they fit. I could tell she just wanted to move on to the little kid waiting after she spent about five minutes with me, even though I stood waiting while she spent 35 minutes with the kid before me.

This shop has become a “must stop” when I visit Sudbury. Wonderful and friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I had a pointe shoe fitting with Sandy this visit (who came in just for me, since I am only in town for a few days) and she was great. Knowledgeable, to the point, and I walked away with well fitting shoes. I wish I had a shop like this in my city!
